While staying at the Little America Hotel we found Uber nonexistent. Taxi service was not at all reliable . The hotel recommended Flagstaff Private car service for a 5:30 pick up. The driver was ahead of schedule and extremely polite and helpful. The car was perfectly spotless and comfortable. The cost is more than a taxi but knowing you can depend on them is worth the extra dollars. Great job.

During our Grand Canyon getaway we used this company two times, once in town and once from Williams to Flagstaff, AZ. Both drivers were polite and professional, and Jasmine was a delight to talk with during our longer ride. Cars are luxurious, brand new, spotless, and well maintained. During these times when most are reducing service due to Covid this company responds, communicates and delivers on their promises. We found arranging at least a day or two ahead is best since they can be quite busy and it will give you the peace of mind that its all taken care of.

Mr. Bapy, who is the owner and one of the drivers, runs a safe, reliable, punctual, modern, professional private car service at very reasonable prices. He delivers excellent value. He and his drivers are professional, very accommodating, very pleasant, and they communicate efficiently and effectively. If a service you need is not advertised, then ask; they will likely figure out a way to help you. They transported us four times within a week and our schedule was difficult. The driver always arrived early. We were picked up late evening at Amtrak station and transported to hotel. Next morning, we were picked up and taken to pick up rental car. A few days later, I was picked up after returning rental car and delivered to hotel. Next morning at 3:45 AM, we were picked up at hotel and delivered to Amtrak station. I was concerned about getting to Flag airport at 5:30 am because my experience several days early, trying to get a late night ride from airport to town was a real challenge with other taxi services. Going with Flagstaff Private Care service was easy and DEPENDABLE. My reservation was confirmed the night before, and Jasmine called me on her way to pick me up!

Great service! We had an early morning flight out of FLG, which was before any hotel shuttles started running, and Bapy arranged a pickup at our hotel for 4:40 a.m. Jasmine, the driver, was right on time, friendly, cheerful, accommodating. She had gotten up just to come pick us up, and said she was heading home right after to sleep for three hours before making a run to Grand Canyon for some other customers. Hard-working, dependable, service-oriented folks. We’ll definitely use them again!

Flew in during a snowstorm and couldnt find any rentals cars or other transportation. Bapy was absolutely a lifesaver. Great service and great person.

ADVENTURE OF A LIFE TIME!Coordinating a trip from Florida was challenging, but Bapy made it easy with his recommendations and experience. My wife and I were able to hike from rim-to-rim despite so many obstacles (ie. Covid 19, limited lodging options due to high demand, and an extremely difficult schedule. Our driver was on time, helpful and informative and the van was extremely clean and very comfortable. Bapy’s follow up calls, personal attention to details and his hospitality helped make our trip to Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon a memorable experience. I can’t give enough stars for this. i found Flagstaff Private Car Service through searching for great reviewed car services in the city, because i had a terrible mishap with Uber/Lyft and was never going to try it again, but still needed a way to get to/from the Greyhound station to be able to make trips home. the night leading up to my ride and hours before, the owner was very communicative, and worked with the Greyhound bus schedule. when i arrived at the station, he told me the number of who was picking me up and what the car looked like. the driver arrived promptly, was very nice and the car was clean. this has greatly relieved me about getting to and from the station, and i will 100% use this service for future trips. can’t beat a communicative owner, nice driver, 24hr service, and clean cars. thank you so much

Excellent service ! We needed a ride from Flagstaff airport to hotel due to no rideshare drivers in town. Hotel did not have an operating shuttle bus. Bapy got us 2 rides quickly and at a fair price. Highly recommend them, just make sure to reserve your ride in advance.
