Dan and Ryan were my window professionals. They were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Everything went great from our first visit to just get information up to buying and receiving the windows. I even received a follow up phone call from Bee Windows Brand Ambassador Susan to make sure everything had gone well and to ask if there had been any issues.

Our installer was very courteous and knowledgeable. Cleaned up after all the tear out and when done on final day, he went thru everything with us and made sure we were happy and pleased. We are very happy with work.

Been looking to replace our back patio doors. The whole experience was great. Sales person was knowledgeable helped us with our question and got us information needed. After ordering, they did a second visit to verify measurements for ordering. Once the doors came in was easily scheduled and installation was quick and easy. Workers showed up did the work and were gone with barely knowing they were here. Provided care instructions and cleaned up before leaving. Will use again.

We had a great experience with Bee Windows from the man that sold us the windows to the installers. Due to Covid our windows were delayed several times but the company always kept us updated. The installers were GREAT! They worked all day with only one small lunch break. They were extremely professional and cleaned up any messes they made putting in the windows. The windows are beautiful and we would definitely go back with this company for more windows.

Joe from Bee Windows installed our patio door and he did a fantastic job with his partner. They were very professional and were great about not leaving anything behind. Later we decided to get a walk-in bath off the main bedroom and we got Joe again! Yay! It was nice to see a familiar face, and once again he didnt disappoint! He kept everything together and didnt leave a huge mess laying around. As he took out the tub and shower it went right out the door he didnt leave anything laying around the bathroom/ bedroom. We highly recommend Bee Windows for any windows or bathroom remodeling that you need! We will use them again should we need anything else in the future! Hopefully we get Joe again! We just had another window installed by Bee. This was a new kitchen window. The installer did a great job and cleaned-up extremely well. I am most impressed by the clean appearance both outside and inside. I was expecting to have to paint around the window but there is no need. We are very satisfied. We have had 6 sliding glass doors, 4 windows and 2 entry doors installed by Bee and are happy with them all.

Bee Window sent out a sales advisor to take a look at our windows. Frankly, we knew nothing about windows and we werent sure if our windows were good quality prior to his arrival. We were probably a great target for a less reputable company to swoop in and sell us bad windows. However, the kind gentleman not only explained a lot about our specific brand of windows, he told us there was no rush as the windows themselves were still in good shape. The fact that he didnt try to sell us something we didnt need, and that he patiently answered our questions made us confident that although we arent buying new windows at this time, Bee Window will be the first call when we decide to do so one day.

We had a bath remodel and we absolutely love it. Went from a dark unattractive bath to one everyone is talking about.

Very good quality. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Installation of our entry door and side lights was done quickly and with no mess. Communication through the whole process was excellent.

If you are looking for a responsive and flexible company, please look elsewhere. I have been waiting 10 days for a call back to just schedule an estimate on a few windows that need repaired. Apparently this company has one person who can do this, even when this person is out on vacation. I have called multiple times and just keep being told I will receive a call back ASAP.If you have a lifetime warranty, it can only be transferred one time. If you are the third owner, you are totally out of luck. Good luck finding that information anywhere on the website.Also, the technician friendliness is totally hit and miss. Ive had to ask for a technician not to be scheduled for my home, after he was incredibly rude and I honestly did not feel one bit comfortable with him in my home.Also, be sure to write down all names and prices that you are quoted. They will try and charge you more, hoping you dont notice. I had to correct a technician when she tried to charge me more than what was agreed on.I have had more luck calling major national retailers than I have getting ahold of the right people at this local company. I cannot stress enough to steer clear, unless you enjoy waiting and waiting for any kind of communication.

High quality products, worth the money!! We had our front door replaced and we could not be happier with our new door. They took the time to come out and go over all of our options including wood type, window type, and colors. Then came out a second time to measure just to make sure before ordering our final product. Everything was installed in a day and we are in love!I even received texts from our neighbors about how good our new door looks!

Bee window did an outstanding job installing my windows. They were professional throughout the whole process. They do use the sales tatic of if you buy today you will get the best deal, which will put you on the spot. With that said I am 100% satisfied and will be contacting them again for my siding and gutters

The installers arrived on time and introduced themselves, showed ID and began checking out the job at hand. professionalism and efficientwork habits made the job go quickly. always courteous and polite and answering questions to me as they worked.. they installed 2 double hungwindows and a new sliding door w/ screen. Very rude. The company would not visit for the initial consultation without the name of my husband. They gave no consideration to the fact that I am the primary decision maker with regards to this project and the representative was overall rude after I made it clear several times that I was not willing to provide my husbands name.I have found, in the past, that companies dismiss female customers without there husbands involvement and this company seems to be the exact same. I am not interested in doing business with a company that refuses to respect the independence of women. We will look elsewhere.

Bee Window stopped work on my project without notification, gave no explanation, contractor no showed several times during the installation. We entered into a contract for Siding, Windows and Doors. The sales person completed an application for a line of credit on my behalf and it was approved. The line of credit allowed 6 months to purchase and I made the purchase on the same day as the approval, however Bee Window only billed the line of credit for half of the project fee that day and never billed for the rest of the project. Bee Window is suing me for the remainder of the cost because they let the line of credit expire. The project is still incomplete and no attempts to contract me have been made with the exception of a lawyer hired by Bee Window to sue me!

Not impressed, overpriced.So I paid $4,000 for a door and window replacement from Bee window. Its much better than what was there before but I dont feel like I got the full value that $4k shouldve gotten me.I live in an older home. When the appraiser and installers visited my home, the looks on their faces expressed that this job was not worth their time. With Bee Windows reputation, I was hoping for a good quality product and installation.I like the door. It fits without any gaps or drafts coming through. However there are markings etched on the window portion that cannot be rubbed off. Why? I wish this small detail wouldve been disclosed when making the door purchase. Its not aesthetically pleasing at all. I wouldve chosen a door without these markings.There is also an exposed gap in the top right hand corner where the metal door framing material doesnt meet very nicely. Couldnt that have been covered somehow?The installation team came back to finish the trim on the inside. They had notified me that the trim will not exactly match the older trim that was already in the house. Thats fine. The finished trim was not great. I can see exposed finishing nails. Scuff marks were not covered by the white paint. The edge of the trim didnt go all the way down to the floor. I asked them to fix it, with mediocre results.I wonder if I lived in a nice new house if the job wouldve been taken more seriously. I thought paying for a higher end company would get me higher end results but looks like thats not necessarily true. I definitely wont be making that mistake again.Update 11/17/20:Now that we have colder weather I can feel a cold draft coming in from around the trim. They never insulated behind the trim when installing. Not happy at all.Update 12/30/20Bee Window has not tried contacting me at all to talk about their service. Their comment to my review is misleading and false.

Several years ago we had custom windows put in for the entire house done. We are especially happy with our large front window that gives us a panoramic view. They also installed a new tub/shower that had some challenging issues to figure out. Omar Guerrero did a great job with that and we are very happy with it. Most recently James installed a new front entry door that we are very pleased with. They do an excellent job with quality products.

We had seven windows replaced plus a five panel bow window and we are very pleased with them. The installers were professional and polite. The seat part of the bow had several scratches but by the time we saw it, the installer had already notified his boss of the problem. The seat was refinished and it looks nice. We will be calling Bee Window in the near future to replace more windows in our house.

Bee Window company has been professional, very communitive and easy to work with. We had a sales person in our home to tell us all the options for replacing our sliding glass doors with french-doors. The sales person was not pushy as we made our choice to have Bee install the doors. It took a few months to get the job done but the quality of work was outstanding. I would recommend Bee Window to everyone one. The after service was great. They called to make sure we were happy with the doors and their workers. We will be having Bee Windows do additional jobs for us in the future.

I had six windows installed in my house. The workers were very professional, knowledgeable, and took great care and pride in their work. They left the work site clean. I am so happy with my new windows I no longer have frost on the inside, the cold stays outside just the way its supposed to! I would recommend Bee Windows to anyone. The price was affordable and there were different options on how to pay.

The bee crew came out and replaced 18 20 yr old windows in my 100+ yr old home. Wait time on the windows a long, but thats covid for ya. Cost was what i consider on the high end, but you do get a lifetime warranty vs. having a guy do it on the side for less. Installers sent picture of the old windows lack of proper sealing and insulation as i asked. The window measure employee made himself available to answer questions prior to install. The windows look great and after two days we can already hear a difference in how much outside noise doesnt transfer into the home. We can also notice a difference in the temperature in the home. This winter will be the true test to just how efficent the windows themselves are. Thus far, i would reccomend to anyone.

Bee Windows install all new doors and windows in our home. They have the most amazing work crew. We totally enjoyed having them in our home. Each evening they completely cleaned up before they left. The first winter I did not have to change my furniture because of the draft. My Marvin windows sealed. My electric Bill dropped and stayed down all year. If I ever move the first thing I would do is call Bee Windows.

Our windows are wonderful, but the warranty for parts/labor is HORRIBLE. We should have gotten the no hassle warranty and labor would not be charged. BUY BEWARE.

My mother Kathy Rucker wanted a bay window installed in the dining room. Measured & signed contract on April 4th 2021. She still has no window or a date when it will be done. They take days to call her back about anything. Theyre customer service & professionalism sucks!!! Would never recommend them to anyone.

Bee windows was amazing from start to finish. The sales person was very knowledgeable and provided correct expectations from the start. The windows came in within the expected time frame and installation was scheduled quicker than we anticipated. The installer Matt was wonderful and very detailed oriented. His entire crew was great to work with. Our installation was not easy and they finished in 3 days! Bee windows followed up immediately to check our satisfaction and to review the warranty.Absolutely would reccomend Bee Windows!

Of course Bee windows are of the highest quality. The young man who installed my windows was outstanding. They look beautiful inside and outside. He was very kind and courteous and wore his mask. He was training another young man and was very patient when he was explaining how to do things. He made sure inside was protected and cleaned up afterward. I would give him 10 stars.

If I was able to give a negative star rating it would be -5. It would be nice if the different businesses and contractors would just come out and say sorry we do not deal with female homeowners instead of wasting peoples time.I have had plenty of different contractors waste my time by not showing up but not one waste almost 2 hours of my time till now. The representative came out and was late showing up, no phone call saying that hes running late to be courteous. He walked around taking his pictures, I showed him the window that had been closed off so I could see with and without it. Afterwards sitting at the dining room table mom and I are going through the different windows and selecting the ones we want and where they will go. Now he is not taking any notes, so that part of the estimate would be correct. We ask to see some doors so we can make our selection as well. Im told hes not equipped for that and the company has over 3000 doors I could look at them on the website, well that was wrong information as unable to see any kind of doors. As hes packing up to leave my phone number and both email addresses are double checked, then Im told Ill have several different estimates by evening. Now a week later still no estimate all though I did get an automated email saying how can we earn your business.

The representative who did the demonstration of the windows and the person who installed the windows were great! The new windows look fantastic and the gentleman who installed them was very knowledgeable and professional! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

They installed new siding. Took awhile to get started after siding was ordered, 7 months. The siding is great. Did have a problem with the installers cutting the phone line, but Bee reimbursed the fee charged by the phone company. Theres a lot to be desired by the financing company though. The work was finished by the end of April. Apparently the due date with the fiance company is the 6th of the month. No bill was sent & they are calling by the 10th saying we are late. The first billing wasnt received till the 13th of the month & were charging a late fee. Needless to say will be looking for new fiance company as dont like the way theirs does business.

I was a little apprehensive about having all our our windows replaced at one time as it seemed to be a huge project. Bee Windows made it easy from beginning to end. Bee Windows installed a sliding door for us back in December 19, 2019 and I could t be more pleased with the results. I was a little apprehensive with it being installed in December and how cold it was outside but really they did t waste time and we’re in and out in no time and the quality of their work is out of this world. I was looking forward to working with this company since Ive heard so many positive things from neighbors and family. I just needed one window installed in my workshop. This included demolition to make a space for the window. I regret telling them that I was married since they refused to schedule an appointment without my wife also being present for the appointment. I tried telling them that I was the sole decision maker for this project and while I understood the necessity for a project that required a whole/partial house window update - this dedicated space in my garage was solely for me and I didnt want to put my wife through a presentation since shes got her own busy schedule. I tried cooperating and said that my wife could do 20-30 minutes of the meeting but that wasnt good enough for them to build rapport etc...she had to be present for the potential 90 minutes.I sincerely hope that this company can think methodically about when its appropriate to have both parties present or a single party. The representative tells me Well Im sorry then, were just not the right company for your needs. Wow, just wow.

I have used Bee Window for my siding, windows and a new shower installation. They were professional every visit and got the job done swiftly. They cleaned up after themselves and the projects all look amazing. I would recommend them for any of your household needs.

Salesman was knowledgeable in helping us select the product we wanted. Our order was pushed back a month but ended up being moved back up to our promised time. The installers were quick and the window looks great except the caulk in the inside of the house was not flat and has some flaws and also had some foreign material in it. I am also still waiting to hear about the warranty work on one of my older bee windows that has a broken part but the installer did look at it and we are awaiting their answer on if they can provide the part to fix it or if the window will be replaced. The installers were respectful and left the house clean. We do really like the new windows and they even match the old fairly well. Everyone we dealt with throughout the process was friendly and knowledgeable. We would recommend the product and also have had a friend purchase many window yesterday for their house after seeing ours.

We looked at several companies regarding replacement of 2 double hung windows that were 30+ years old. We chose Bee Window and they delivered with Sales, Operations & Service.Jonathon our sales rep was GREAT with presentation and price..Operations came through by calling us 3-4 weeks earlier than expected to let us now the windows were in the 1st week of January.Finally- the installation crew was awesome-and completed everything in a reasonable timeframe and at times we hardly noticed they were here!I forgot to mention the great warranty too!

First of all horrible communication. Periods (weeks) of no response to multiple emails/calls. Window install went well enough. Door install was another story entirely. Didn’t want door, talked into getting expensive door because I was told that they would guarantee no issues. Install door, floor tiles pop, mold, cold air and not only leak on floor but water running down inside of door due to glass leak. 5 apts, 6 months later no one knows what is going on, every person I talk to says something different and I still have water coming in house. Waited all day today for replacement door and reset only to have guy show up with just glass and no intent to do anything about water leak at floor. To say beyond ticked would be an understatement. The lack of communication to customers and their own team members is absurd. How this company has gone so far downhill is just sad.

Had to reschedule multiple times. It is one thing to have supply issues or installer issues but to schedule 4 times in 3 months is not acceptable. A couple of times is was either day of install or a couple days before install day. If we are having these issues with install I can only imagine how hard it would be getting a warranty issue solved.

It as been whorable . they can not put trim up. Had three different crew out here still not done right. They can not doors in all out of square. They try blaming on the house. Real hard getting whole someone talk about the problem. They seen a difference crew out each time . will neve used them again.

I do believe Bee has quality products and I have a great relationship with my sales person, Drew. However, Bee needs to step into the 21st Century with bringing resolutions to customers with scheduling issues. When I made my measuring appointment 4 weeks ago, I was not using a crystal ball to see into the future to today where a work situation would not allow me to leave. I called my nephew to be present at my house while the technician measured for the door. This was a problem for Bee because they want the person on the contract present as there were documents to be signed. I was not told that I would have to sign documents. Bee would not bend one degree to help find a resolution to my problem. Its easy to state this is our policy but for me to be a repeat customer, I needed to hear; I understand you have a scheduling issue, lets work together to find a resolution since this is a reschedule for you. I work! As a matter of fact, I work a 2nd job solely for making improvements to my 1951 built house. I am not a stay at home wife and this is not 1950! I spoke with the technician, told him we could go over all the necessary forms via Facetime and I would drive home to sign documents. Bee has 1 person to measure doors and this person is not local and does not drive after dark, did not know how to Facetime, was irritated that I hurried him, wanted to draw diagrams and hash over every single detail. I made my position very clear to him; he would have all documents completed and I would sign.He had not completed documents when I arrived. Honestly, everything that needed signatures could be completed via email with the exception of color swatches; he and the sales person do not have the same color samples (which is another rant for another time). If I could cancel this sale I would but my 3 day right of rescission has expired.

We were so happy we decided to go with Bee window. We decided to replace our patio door, and were pleased with their professional manor, warranty, and install. I can’t say enough good things. The entire process was great, and we will definitely use them again for any other items that come up!

We had a sliding glass door installed. Pretty expensive but I can tell its great quality of the glass. Doesnt let heat in, in the summer and no drafts in the winter. Installing was done in a professional manner and they cleaned up nicely.

I received very high-quality windows at a great price, and the installers were very friendly and engaging during the process. They answered all my questions and gave me all the information I needed. They cleaned up after themselves very well and went the extra mile to make sure there were no small pieces still in my backyard that my dogs might be injured by. The sales process felt a tad intense even though I made it clear I had already decided on Bee Window. Nevertheless, the salesman was still very friendly and very thorough, dutifully answering all my questions and concerns. The installation took a day longer than anticipated. The aesthetic of the end result was a little different on the outside than I expected but still looked very nice and I was happy with it. I also received a call from the owner at the end of the process, personally following up to ask about my experience. I would use Bee Window again and would recommend them to others.

We had all 16 windows replaced in our home with Bee WIndow. Great employees from Sales Rep all the way through to installers and repair team. Office staff very responsive and everyone was very informative through every step of the process. Installers were professional, courteous and overall a pleasure to have in my home. Owner followed up with personal call to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction on the final evening of the install.

We have always been very pleased with Bee Windows. We have used them in several of our homes over the years. The most recent project was converting our screened porch to a 4 season room. They did an outstanding job! Matt and Isaiah rocked it!!

Everyone we talked to was pleasant and polite. Installers were very efficient and while they were pricey, the quality seems great so far.

I have been thoroughly displeased with the professionalism and the quality of the work that was put into my windows. I have had to call and have multiple inspectors come out and work on issues with the installation and left work incomplete. I wish that I had went with another window company. The quality of the windows and what I requested to have were not upheld and been told well we just cant do that. Rick Soler was my salesman and I feel like I got robbed with the quality and professionalism craftsmanship. Poor poor job.

Replaced three entry doors; Bee provided good information at the initial meeting, answered all our questions, and made good suggestions on the pros and cons of various options. Despite heavy back-orders, we were able to go from first meeting to final installation in a bit over two months. The installers arrived on time and worked through the morning without a break. The doors look great and seem to be exceptionally well built; very satisfied.

They showed up on time, finish everything and cleaned up right after l... it was like they where never there! Very professional 👏 would recommend I would use them again 😀

They put replaced 23 windows and put in a walk in shower. They have great service and very knowledgeable and professional repairmen. We will use them again if we need other repairs or replacements they can do.

Had them come to my house to give me a highly overpriced quote over 2 years ago. I had the same work done locally for 25% of what Bee Window was going to charge. They continue to call me everyday to harass me into buying new windows. (10 calls in the past 7 days) I tell them each time, that I live in a new home and have no need for windows. Please remove me from your list. NOPE! Theyd rather continue to harass me.

Bee Windows called me thirty minutes before their crew arrived to let me know they were on the way. Once they arrived they put plastic down on the carpet where they were replacing five windows. They were very friendly and professional and did an excellent job. They were neat and cleaned up all debris and mess to the point I did not have to do any cleaning. Brad did a very nice job caulking the windows and all the new metal around the windows. This was the fifth or sixth time I have used the services of Bee Windows and they have or exceeded my expectations every time. It has been a different crew each time but every time the crew has been friendly and professional and has always answered all of my questions. I began to have issues with my windows years ago and out of all the companies I had contacted, Bee Windows was the only company that would come to my house and make repairs to my windows that had not been purchased from them. When it was time to replace my windows and eventually my doors, it was an easy decision, I calledBee Windows and have never regretted that decision. From the salesman to the crew they have always been friendly and professional and went above and beyond in service. I would never consider using any other company.

Bee Windows did a great job from the beginning to the end. Our sales experience with Fred Goodnight was sooo much better than our meetings with the other vendors we interviewed. Other than Bee Windows, some of the worst sales experiences of our lives. Fred invited us to stop by their show room “anytime, no appt needed”, so we did. At that time, George Faber came out of his office and spent about 30 minutes with us. He gave us more info on our window options and answered all our questions. The 2 day install went smoothly. The crew was polite, and everything was clean when they left. Sorry I can not remember the crew’s mgrs name, but they all did a great job. The windows look even better than we expected. We were a little nervous about ordering them black on the outside and white on the inside, but Bee said they would look good…so glad we listed. I would highly recommend Bee Windows.

Although I used this company to do my windows i was very disappointed that the appointment I made for my door didnt happen. I was called and offered a virtual meeting which gave me the impression. I was not worth the time to do an in house visit

We had our screened porch made into an all season sunroom. Bee Windows erected the knee wall and window framing to install some large windows and sliding glass door. It makes us feel like we have the outside in and even gloomy days are brighter in our new all-season sunroom.

I filled out the online request. They were prompt to call, but wouldn’t do an appointment unless my wife was present too. I was going to pay cash for 3 exterior doors. One of them custom. Not sure how other families are, but my wife tells me what she wants and I take care of the minutia. I’m happy to spend my money elsewhere.

The process was painless from start to finish. The salesman came & gave us an extensive product presentation abt what we were interested in. I didnt think I would need that much info but it was handy. The install gentlemen were professional & quick. Nice looking quality product. I have told coworkers & friends abt Bee & would recommend to anyone looking for a quality product. I am especially pleased with the elegant look to our new front door.

Very professional from the first call. No hard sell from my salesman, only confident, direct answers and expectations. The build and installation team were also professional, and very skilled. My bay window project turned out on time, on budget, and is everything I wanted.

I am a repeat customer. They took care of my little house. Although it wasnt a major job for them, or in the best neighborhood, they treated me and the house like it was their number one priority. They are comparable prices to other major companies and have a great warranty. Added bonus.... You get the owners direct number if you are dissatisfied..

I purchased all new fiberglass windows for my home. Brad Christenson was my salesperson and he did a great job helping me decide what I wanted and helped to figure out all the details. Once ordered the windows took much longer than anticipated “due to Covid” but finally they were installed. There was one window that didn’t have a grill that was supposed to. After another lengthy waiting period that was taken care of. I have yet to get a handle for the patio door that I’ve requested multiple times but I’ve decided just to go with the what I have. My biggest complaint was the financing program through powerpay that I was encouraged to use. Initially I planned to pay cash but was offered a “special program” however no one could give me any details in writing. I asked Brad to get me in touch with the powerpay rep multiple times with no success. About 6 mos after initiating the loan, and the windows are mostly finished now, I finally got in contact with the rep after sending a threatening email. What does it take threats to get basic information?? Overall, I’m happy with my windows and patio door but I will never do any business with Connexus or Powerpay. Powerpay especially is difficult to deal with, website support is a joke and their business practices are sketchy at best. Stay away.

The team was well organized and always on time. I was so impressed with how well the installation went. The employee was clean and quick about installation and the final product looks amazing!

I see that there are MANY others that have experienced the same terrible service from Bee Windows as I have. It appears from the reviews that there is a 50/50 chance that you will be left high and dry... It will take MONTHS..... In my case, 11 MONTHS AND COUNTING to get a warranty claim resolved. - It is really truely unbelievable that a company can do such a poor job. 11+ months, flat out unbelievable.

We had a 12 foot patio door and two windows installed. The installation went very smooth, they were on time and worked straight through no breaks both were very professional. They got the project done in the time promised and it looks fantastic. We found a small cut about an inch in screen door the next morning. I called and they are sending someone out to replace the screen no questions asked that was very nice to have that kind of service these days.

We had three windows and a security storm door installed. From the sales person through installation the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Our questions were answered and if it meant bringing in other people from the company, that was done. Installation took half a day and was efficient and neat. We love that we no longer have drafts. Our new windows and doors look great and have generated nice comments from our neighbors. Great products and great team!

Our new windows and doors are beautiful and are of high quality.When the job was completed the co owner Pam spoke with me personally to insure my satisfaction and if I had any further concerns she provided me with her personal phone number and told me to call anytime.Our next project is new siding. My wife and I are eager to have the crews back and are excited to see the finished project.
