I was pleasantly surprised with how absolutely wonderful my experience was here! Lorraine, Dede and Amanda (I think ) were all wonderful , knowledgeable and caring. Clean and wonderful environment. These ladies are top notch!

I went and got bloodwork on a Friday. It is Thursday of the next week. I called yesterday morning and they told me they hadn’t came back yet. I call again this afternoon to check and they say it came back Monday and they just never sent it out. I’ve been bleeding for 3 months and this last week I’ve lost more blood than ever. I will not choose this place again for blood work

Am a former employee of Any Lab Test Now. It was an absolute nightmare working there. The owners Chris and Chuck are just mean human beings who no one likes (employees and customers included). Neither one has any medical background, but they like to think they do. They treated employees including me just horribly. Chris wouldnt allow us to take ANY breaks during our 10-11 hour shifts, didnt even allow us to eat any food (so no lunch break ever), would constantly criticize us for being too slow helping customers, the way we talked to customers, even how we placed the paper clips on orders, etc. She was so toxic and just created a miserable atmosphere at the Fishers and Carmel locations. Often, when I was drawing blood or ringing customers up at the register, customers would comment how rude Chris was to us. Also, Chuck and Chris would hire anyone to work there including people with a criminal background, drug history, no transportation to get to work, etc. This in turn created more work on good, reliable employees but they didnt seem to care. The employee turnover was extremely high. Chris would tell us to work harder and faster, but yet would never help lend a hand when we were slammed. Also, they were too cheap to pay for an exterminator when we had a horrendous insect (flies) problem at the Carmel location. Chris didnt really care about cleanliness, and her desk was so messy and unorganized along with food/drink stains all over it. Anyway, I wouldnt recommend working there or even being a customer.

This place is ridiculous went in on 3rd to get blood drawn samples wasn’t pick up was told to come back in to give new a sample on the 13 today is the 15 and still no results was told results should be in today mean while I can’t work till I get my results 119 dollars later this is crazy it’s now after one and have called a least 5 times still no answer I really just want to go back to work with no t.b results no work so mad right now they are playing with my money and we all no how bad it is out here hopefully I will be able to see my patients soon

This was so bad. I came here to get a shot so I can move to Australia, and the lady who did my shot had a needle in me for about two minutes straight. I was sitting there with blood all over me and my clothes, the lady was so unprofessional. My dad had to scream as loud as he could for about 2 minutes for the lady to stop touching me and get the needle out of me now. I then had to go to a hospital and get yet another shot. I do not recommend this place to ANYONE. This was yet my worst experience at a place ever. Do NOT come here, I’m warning you.

Had a really nice experience. All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Made me feel very comfortable the whole time I was there. Got me in and out quickly

This place hit a nerve in my arm when drawling blood and now I have an appointment with neurologist. Have been missing work since I work construction and can’t properly use my right arm now. Now that my results are in I am informed they messed up some of the test and have to come in to give more blood. Don’t go to this hole in the wall!

I have referred your company to other ppl.Also they father has helped me consistently every since.They are turning five soon.

I walked in and walked out in under 10 minutes for a scheduled blood test. Fast service, professional employees and a nice facility, just like the service Ive received in Greemwood previously.

Nancy was phenomenal! Very nice and professional! I needed labs done asap and she was able to make it happen. I definitely recommend this place.

I had to get some blood work done on a weekend. I was in and out in 20 minutes! I was really nervous and the woman who drew my blood was so nice.

Needed a test done for an employee. Submitted on Friday and was told Saturday or Monday result. Still no result on Thursday. And I’ve had to call multiple times to get an update.
