Needed new rear wheels for an older HRR216 Harmony II Honda mower. The website was excellent for identifying the correct part. The price was cheaper than the local service center. Too bad I had to pay shipping because I didnt spend enough, but the parts arrived in just over a week and are now working great.

Ordered a mower refresh from them (wheels, spark plug, oil, air filter, blades). It was a good value for all of the items I needed and they were OEM parts, so I knew they would fit. When the package arrived, the mower blades had torn through the shipping box and the spark plug had apparently slipped out through the hole during shipment. I contacted the company and they immediately shipped me a new spark plug. No hassle. Overall: great value, great service, great parts.

First time customer, not a great experience. Had them pick up both my riding mower and my push mower for a tune up. They noted an issue on the push mower which I was aware of, and did a fine job on the riding mower. Upon return of my push mower, I noticed that the self-propel no longer is working in my first usage after the tune up. Was basically told, tough luck. It would seem to me that a tune up (that I happily paid for) would improve the mower, not make it worse. I have a hard time paying for a tune up for a mower I cannot use anymore.

I purchased a belt from them on the Aug 6th. Received the item and it is the incorrect item, doesnt match what I paid for. Sent them a email explaining my issue along with a picture. They asked for my mower details and I sent them that info. After 10 days of not hearing back I opened a case with PayPal. They do not wanna accept their mistake. I would not do any sort of business with them if this is they way they work.

I have been looking for specialty shop that i could order my mower parts from. I have been looking for someone that has better customer service than Amazon and I want to support smaller, specialty business. The Mower Shop had great prices, they were very responsive, and they shipped quickly. Ordering from them was easy and less confusing than trying to find the correct part on Amazon.

This was my first purchase from the Mower Shop - I needed parts for my Toro Titan zero turn mower. They had the parts in stock and shipped it out right away. The box arrived very quickly, but looked a little funny, as the shipping label was taped to the box, with bits of yellow packaging (shipping packet/envelope) hangings from the shipping label. Clearly the package had been damaged enroute somewhere along the line by the UPS Surepost system, and two of the items in the order were missing. UPS or USPS salvaged what they could and put it in a new box, but I was out 2 small items worth almost $50.I emailed the Mower Shop and sent pictures of the box and label, explaining what I believed happened. That same day, they shipped out replacement parts and said that they would file the claim with UPS Surepost. I was so happy to hear that, and I could not ask for better service from a store. Thank you so much Mower Shop - you have a customer for life!

I will never order from them again. I ordered my product before 12 pm on this past Tuesday 06/26/2021 and According to their website you can choose 2nd day air for 2 day shipping. I spoke with ups customer service and they said the seller did not ship the product until the next day which is 06/30/2021. So, its not 2 day shipping its 3 day shipping. This company waited until the next day to ship my product. I just gave them an extra 35.00 for nothing. I could have gotten the same results with free shipping. NEVER AGAIN. I really needed the product Thursday. I will not recommend this companys 2nd day air. They will make sure you wont get it in 2 days.

Purchased a mower and chain saw earlier this year. The chain saw has been to the shop twice because it wont start without them working on it. They wont refund my money, I wont be back - you can buy the same thing at Home Depot and get the same/better customer service.

The items I ordered were not in stock and not stated so online. It took 13 days to recieve my mower part. Packaging was terrible and packaged arrived torn and beaten up. Postal service had to tape torn pack and place damaged sticker all over package. I called The Mower Shop to complain. They thought I was trying to get more items for nothing. But, even though package was damaged the contents were not missing or damaged. I never recieved an apology . I therefore will NOT be a return customer.

Twice Ive ordered Honda wheels from Amazon and received the wrong wheels. Twice (after trying Amazon), Ive ordered Honda wheels from The Mower Shop and received the right ones. It does cost less to get the wrong wheels, but Im not sure where the savings on that is. And there is the hassle of returning the items. Ive figured out that The Mower Shop is the place to start.
