Shipping Christmas presents. Got there later in the day. The guy at the counter was simply awesome. He was polite, helpful, informative, and even funny. Even with a steady line of people waiting he was efficient and polite.

This had to be the worst experience I have ever had they tell me I can pick up my package at 7:30 only to find out they close at 6:00. I will never chose to use UPS again the customer service was horrible and not helpful at all. i now have to wait until 72 hours to get my package.

Delivered today yet no package. This happens consistently at my house, the carrier seems be unable to differentiate between my house number and the house number 2 streets away. Its not like these packages cost me or that the degenerates down the street would possibly consider keeping the free package you guys gave them.

Best staff you could ask for. Whether its picking up a package at odd hours or shipping something out, they are always glad to help. Do wish the service area was often more than 2 hours though.

I missed my package by a few hours one morning, but couldnt wait until the next day for it. I went on the UPS website, saw an option to pick it up from the customer center, and selected that. 10 minutes later a representative from the store called me and told me I could come pick it up as long as I came in before 8pm. Went in, picked it up in about 5 minutes, and was on my way.Great customer service, friendly, and hassle free.
