These people led my son and his girlfriend around for weeks. They looked at a house and put an app in. Then were told his income wasnt enough so they needed 2 full pay stubs from his girlfriend who works at whirlpool. Then after they had everything in and asked to see another place they told them they wouldnt rent to them because they have no renters experience. Total discrimination!!

Love renting from Bishop Kandel friendly people and if I need something fixed they usually have it taken care of w/I 24 hrs!!! I couldnt ask for better landlords

They were very nice people. The owner (one of the owners) took time to show us several properties. Asked for feedback and everything. Very friendly professional and all around great people. The employees had gotten back to me super fast. They were willing to work with us and I can not say how much they were very friendly. I dont think I have ever rented from a company that nice and helpful and understanding. We are still in the process but I have been please with the company. I have to edit this. we have been with them a couple months now and they are still amazing. We had bad weather incident and they have been on top of it all. I am grateful we have a great landlord. Maintenance is quick and so helpful.Thank you again .

We have been renting from Bishop-Kandel for almost a year. We are very pleased with everything, we have had to call about several things but always got a very quick response. Yes the house maybe older and repairs have to be made but they were always done in a timely matter. Anytime we have been into the office we have always been treated very well. Everyone from the office to the repair employees have been very respectful and helpful. Thankful for this rental experience.

Bishop Kandel Rentals would be my first recommendation to anyone looking to rent in the Findlay Area. Being a returning renter speaks for itself. The properties are well taken care of and any issues (plumbing, hot water tanks, etc .) are always taken care of in a timely manner. Staff is very accommodating whether entering your home or visiting the office. Honestly, will stay with Bishop Kandel Rentals even upon an upgrade to a larger home. Keep up the great service it is very much appreciated.

For one you have too pay all utilities and no appliances included with the rent price that’s not good

These people claim to be good Christians but use god to discriminate. They should be ashamed of themselves. Findlay should be ashamed to have them in the community. Homeless people and unmarried people are not welcomed by these fake Christians who use god as a right to do what they want

Do not rent from them!!!! They will forget what is on your lease and try to charge you for a bunch of stuff including try to raise your rent! They will keep 100% of your deposit and say the professional cleaners you higher have lied to you and didnt clean??? Lol they are ridiculous and thieves!!! Oh not to mention if you have to have maintenance come out they will half ass it and charge You! Renter beware!!!

We are denied any chance to rent from this company due to not being married, when I know for a fact there are 4 plus people renting thru this company whom are not married! I found this highly offensive, not to mention a case of discrimination!

Houses are very poorly built. And they charge WAY to much for them!! Seems like they always look dirty no matter how much you clean.
