I love the people at the Findlay, Ohio branch! The branch in my town closed down a few months ago, so I decided to go to this branch. I was going to get my loan loaded on to a prepaid debit card, but for some reason the card would not activate. The staff went above and beyond trying to get my card activated. They made several calls to different tech supports and were trying for well over an hour! I will definitely be using this branch from now on!
