Appointment time was for 12:30am got here a gated at 11:30 pm here it is 1:50am and still waiting at the guard shack for a door others that arrived after me are getting doors while I’m still sitting here Waste of the day making me late for my next pick up and delivery avoid this pathetic place !! We should be able to charge them $200 per hour for having us sit like this I bet that would correct the issue!! Just sayin

So they transmitted the wrong time for delivery they make me leave and come back 12 hours later. Then I waited over an hour past my appointment time before i was permitted in the gate. Then i was on the dock for 5 and a half hours. The best part is the 355 dollar lumper fee the charged for them to remove their freight off my truck.

Well lets see how it goes today. In line to check in appt is for 12:00 and its 11:47. One truck ahead of us so my husband got out and walked his paper in.Oh yea we only have on pallet.I only doing this because every time we come its takes for ever to get out. Stay tunedUpdate 1:00 just got door! Hey 2:30 just felt some movement wonder what the lumber fee will be. Meanwhile 😴 ok Im woke waiting on paperwork paid 100 lumber fee and 2 more hours later a green light.Not bad because I was 😪 😆. They just need to care and do better Mclane!Period

Here at 9:15am for 10am appointment. Got a text at 11:30 they are unloading me. Didnt get empty til after 2pm and then had to pay them for unloading me. And I only had a 40 container. I will never deliver another container to this place again.

It took 5 hrs and they charged $355 for 7,000 lbs. What kind of racket is this? I could of hand unloaded my truck faster and cheaper then this place.

Arrived @8:10am for 10am appointment, long line at gate & finally assigned a door @10:10am. It is now 1:55pm almost 4hrs after my appointment time & they are unloading me. Why does this company take so long to unload simple water when others unload it in 30 minutes to 1hr? Truly sad & very inefficient! Maybe Ill be done within 5hrs of my appointment time, its now going on 3:3pm and Im still being unloaded

The unloading process is quick, but after the cargo has been unloaded each individual box must be shown a detailed tour of the warehouse and that takes a while.

Ive been here before and this time I got right in and out in record speed!Everyone was friendly!

Like everyone else has said... Gaurd is really friendly.Unloading takes way too long.No parking there or on street.Going to avoid.

Call about getting in early which I said they would take me early got here at 9:00 a.m. still here at 2:30 p.m. extremely slow at unloading.This place is a joke do not take freight here as they dont care and will unload you only if they feel like it.

Plan on asking for detention here. No overnight parking they even blocked off the cul de sac so you can’t park there. Appointment time doesn’t mean anything. Worse than Walmart on a bad day. Worst McLanes ever

This is the most nastiest place on earth , I am a truck driver and a carrier owner , my drivers always have issues with this company been early or late is the same.

Cane early for appointment, they were great getting us unloaded.

While waiting for my paperwork last night, every other carrier in line had damaged product when they signed to get paperwork. Yes, me as well. Depending on the product and amount rejected, you will spend time getting it donated or sold at a different location. Most places wouldve accepted this. BEWARE !!

One of the worst warehouse ever for delivery. Very, very slow. They dont have overnight parking. Speedway truck stop 2 miles away. They dont take trucks earlier then 30 min before your appt time. It took me 5.5 hours to deliver 26 pallets of bottled water arriving 30 min before appt time. They dont have second shift. They receive only mornings or nights. Lumper charges are unbelievably high. $355 to Capstone Logistics when for example Kroger charge just $78 for same load. It tooks extra 2.5 hours to get paperwork prossesed after you see a green light. So, be ready to waist your time there and nothing you can do with it.

I got here this morning at 08:45 for a 09:00 appointment. Just a short load to knock off this morning. Im not sure what the major malfunction is here but its currently 14:20 Ive paid 335$ and have yet to receive my bols. I had another load MY MONEY load for the week. If youre a owner operator or long haul driver stay as far away from here as possible. I know I will!

I’ll give it 2 stars because some days they will get you out within a couple of hours and most days they won’t. Why does it take 2+ hours for 1 pallet that has 200 cases of the same product to be off loaded and counted? If the people that are in charge at this place would read a few comments they would know what is going on and hopefully would try to change something for the better but I don’t see that happening any time soon. You re appointment here means just get a dock and wait 5 or 6 hours so they can start slowly unload you

1 hour plus just to get thru the gate appointment time 0030 arrived 2320 still counting if unloading is anything like trying to get thru the gate you will.be here at least 7 to 8 hours avoid if possible

Had 8:00am apt and checked in 7:00am they give me door, they started unloading my tuck 9:00am until 1:30pm for full dry load. So 6:30 hours i was in a Door. every body watch out this receiver. 👎👎

Very slow only 8 pallets 3-hrs in the dock waiting to start. 2-hrs to get you unloaded , 3 hrs waiting the Lamber that you paid needed 3 -hrs get back to the receipt ‘Capstone is very last too , they will keep your receipts and paper work the total times I was there is 10 hrs. You can do your 34 reset here in the dock.They bring same boxes 📦 in the back tooTired wasting time , never came here at any cost or you will loose your next load. Need management this is so bad.

Don’t show up early. Don’t park on street. Mclane calls the police about trucks blocking the driveway. That includes the cul de sac ! Parking ticket is $10 and police are pretty cool.

If your a truck driver.. dont except loads to or from this place!.. unless you like wasting your time!!!..I sat at the gate for an HOUR.. waiting to know which dock to goto.. when I see A DOZEN OPEN DOCKS.. now sitting at the docks for THREE HOURS waiting for them to unload my trailer!.. and when I ask if its going to be done within the hour so that I have enough time to go home.. all i get is an unfriendly not going to happen from the dock workersI get paid by the mile and dont need my time wasted!!!.. get the stuff OFF the trailer THEN sticker it and put it away!!.. now what was supposed to be a short run (300 miles) is now an overnight away from home without breaking the law

One star only because the guard was great to deal with. Very professional and polite. Otherwise it took 3 hours to unload me, then another 3 1/2 to get my bills......for half a trailer. Lumper service blamed the receiver, receiver blamed lumper service. Very frustrating.

Checked in 7am 15/20 min got a door 920am all done I would say not bad exept I think lumper fee is high for 5 pallets

We were only here 6 hours. Probably would have been 5 but they forgot to call and tell us we were done 🙄 Plus Capstone tacked on an extra $50 in bogus fees. Its like they randomly add things. They added extra for double stack, pin wheeled pallets, and bad pallets. This was a single stacked, straight in load on good pallets.

Worst place to deliver to. If you have a chance to avoid it please do. Plan on an eighth hour unloading

Great people, accidentally gave me a dry side door for the frozen delivery. Unloaded anyway and out of there in about 45 minutes.

Cattle drive dont show up early got in line at 2000 for 2230 apt got to guard shack at 845 and was told to come back at 1015. I really hate these type of places that treat you like a robot.

The unloading company is very slow and overpriced and McLane is slow at checking in product. It wont do no good leaving a comment cause nothing will ever be done about it. Avoid this hell hole

First and last time here for sure! Stuck at the gate and will probably spend many hours for a Simple water load! At Costco 30 minutes to unload here hours. Don’t come if you come make sure they pay up. #boycotmclane

Excellent place to work, great pay and benefits. By far one of the best jobs Ive ever had!

After waiting nearly 1.5 hours at the gate we were able to go to the dock. Then it took another 3.5 hours to unload. 35 minutes to find paperwork that was sitting next to the person looking for it. Sure it’s a clean facility but the service pretty well went in the hole. There is potential to be a great place if they can work out those details of check-in, load/unload, exit...

Very unprofessional hiring practices and unappreciative of hard working employees with flex shift pretty much would rule this out as a solid place of employment they do have nice benefits though as a tiny cushion.

The guards are nice even the yard guys and that was weird yard guys are rude and have no respect for us drivers but who ever is unloading needs to step there game up way to long not even unloading the whole trailer so one star for the guards and one for the yard guys and was waiting at the gate for 3 hours will not come earily to this place no more I will arrive just in time

0800 appt got there at 0620 got door right away. Only had 2 pallets so i unloaded it my self. Nice friendly people.

Abide by apt times 1230am. They have to get there trucks done also anyone I front of you. Security was 1 man doing inbound an outbound so delays so no fault of his an he has do his job and wait to hear where to send you. Once at dock go to door by dock 31 buzz to even get in hand off paperwork and its returned quickly so you can hand off to other window. You give phone number and go back and wait to be called so they can give you your lumper fee. There is a separate company that unloads you counts restock and anything over or broke goes back in your truck or trailer get call almost 200.00 for 4 skids. Then will be given paperwork and receipt an a sheet to let you out at security gate. 4hrs to accomplish above. So dont be in no rush not even if expediting because you will wait and wait.

If your looking at the reviews they are spot on. All I can say is if you are tired well you will get a lot of sleep. There is parking for about five trucks outside gate in dead end or a speedway 1.5 miles off exit with about twenty five spots. Good place to eat I was there almost six and half hours to unload. Also moved me from one door to another. Have food or go to sleep. All I got to say. Y’all be good.

Newer McLane DC. Plenty of room. Called in ahead and they were nice enough to accept load a day earlier. Awesome!

This place is a branch of hell you can stuck there for ever dont do there load they take 8-10 hr for unloading and they charge $300/$400 lumper fee take too long I PICKUP load from PA it was only 465 miles trip but this place took 9 hr to unload my truck and they dont pay detention time so be. Careful for this place

30minutes early for appointment. Still 6th in line waiting at gate for entry. Once in a dock will most likely spend the entire day here. And pay the lumper service $304.1st shift deliveries should be avoided at all costs. Ask for a 3rd shift delivery, less trucks and faster in and out times.

Appointment time 2230. Arrive 2100. Sat at guard shack waiting for a door until 2255. Lumper has bol in hand 2307. Didn’t finish until 0407. Staff was polite but the unload time is terrible. Plus the lumper fee is ridiculous.

Another Capstone lumper service. This company definitely enemy of truckers. 5 hours unload. Avoid if you can.
