We had our wedding at Circle P in January. This is a very nice venue and the owners were easy to work with. It easily held our 125 guests with any issue. Circle P would be a great place to have a wedding and reception outside in the summer time.

Very nice facility. Indoor and outdoor buildings available. Small kitchen, DJ booth, pond, separate house for bridal party to utilize. Make sure you plan ahead, though, supplies and such in the barn were non-existent. No kitchen soap, couldnt find a mop anywhere, not a single kitchen utensil. There is a sink, stove, refrigerator, and microwave in the small kitchen. The bridal suite (house) is a nice amenity for wedding parties, and the shelter has pull down shades to block the pounding sun

BEWARE of this venue!!!! We were scheduled to hold our sons wedding there this weekend(September 12). They will NOT reschedule their events for ANY reason, not even when father of the bride and brother of the bride are diagnosed with COVID. Considering many weddings have had to be postponed due to the current community crisis, you would think more compassion would be helpful. Other vendors have been more than accommodating for another future date. We would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this venue for your wedding day.Their contract does state no rescheduling but COVID has been an unexpected medical crisis. Very disappointing

So here is the place we had booked with for our wedding. We had NO clue this Covid-19 pandemic would happen during our wedding month. She has REFUSED to give ANY of our money back, not even a deposit. This is not something we could control and I was not continuing with the wedding against the orders that were given by the governor. I do NOT recommend booking with this place. We are out $3,000 now. Everyone else we booked with gave us our money back and was extremely understanding. Except this place.

Stay away from this place!!! The owners are nasty, and cruel people. We had our wedding scheduled for May 9th, 2020 and because of the covid 19 virus, we knew we could not go forward with our wedding. However, I was unfortunately not familiar with the laws at the time, which would have prohibited our wedding and forced a complete refund on their part. Although i tried to tell her that I don’t think weddings are legal, she told me that they are, and that they have no plans to close the venue. I asked to postpone to 2021 under the circumstances, but the owners denied me that and informed me that there would be no cancellations or postponement allowed, even under these circumstances. Eventually, they offered me a new date of August 29th, 2020 due to cancellation (apparently unrelated to covid) which they pretend was a generous offer, but in reality it was a manipulative and desperate attempt to change our date without having to give us a refund. August 2020 ended up being even worse than May, so we had to postpone again, but of course they would not accommodate us in our attempts to be responsible and save lives. The owner even had the AUDACITY to insinuate that we cancelled for other reasons, not just because of the pandemic. She is a nasty person and I should have recognized that from the contract and the emails from the start. If you want your wedding to be the best day of your life, instead of the worst nightmare, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Due to COVID-19, our wedding had to be cancelled per the health department. We even tried asking her if we could have a date in 2021 and she refused. The coronavirus was nobody’s fault and the health department stated we couldn’t host the event anyway and her contract states she has to refund the money under emergency conditions and she isn’t following her own contract. We tried messaging her to mediate with her through Facebook messenger and she would see the message and ignore it. I have heard this has happened to a lot of people with her and I wish them the best of luck.

The venue is physically beautiful. The updates to the building are stunning and it was absolutely perfect for my August wedding. We had an outdoor ceremony by the pond and an indoor reception. The only issue I had is communication with management was a little rough. My mom had signed the contract back in 2017 and we were told that the bridal suite would be included because she wasnt sure if it would be done or not. She had stated that if it was done, I was more than welcome to use it but it wasnt included in my price because it was not done at the time. The entire time, I was anticipating being able to use the space because it was done. There were a couple of other things that I thought were going to be honored and ended up not having. When I showed up to set up for my wedding, I was told that I was not allowed in the bridal suite because I didnt pay for it and she said she emailed whoever signed the contract to confirm the bridal suite and my mom and I were unable to find that supposedly sent email. The email may have been sent and lost, however, I wish I would have been contacted for it to be confirmed directly because the venue was overall perfect. Management was easy to reach with questions I personally had through the planning process so I would definitely rent this space again. I would just recommend being very clear with questions and concerns so future miscommunication is avoided on both sides.

The corona virus situation is stressful to everyone. While the contract does say dates cannot be changed, the owner could be more accommodating in these stressful times. Many other businesses are accommodating-She seems totally heartless.

STAY AWAY! My son and soon to be daughter in love booked their wedding/reception here... There was a medical emergency with my sons fiances mother and she did allow them to change the date. However, there was another viable medical emergency with her sister so they needed to change date to December. Theyre not open in December therefore the owner would not give them a dime back (they worked so hard for this money)! They really need it for another venue, food etc... I know they signed a contract that says no refunds but it was out of their control. THIS LADY IS HEARTLESS... I mean who wants to have to change their wedding date twice? Theyve lost so much money its disheartening! Ud think s shed at least give back the $500 they gave for the Bridal Suite since it was an add-on but NO!! Please do not support such ruthless/greedy people like this.

We had my daughter’s first birthday party here and the experience was wonderful! They have done an amazing job with all of the renovations. It is a beautiful reception hall and very clean. They were more than accommodating with everything we needed. Definitely worth checking out for your event !!

The pandemic going on the world is stressful enough, not to mention my daughter (the bride) has three brain tumors and was having one seizure after another. Was hospitalized and Katie the owner was rude, unprofessional and would not give us our money back or even give half towards another date. She was completely rude, insensitive and would never text or call us back. I would NEVER recommend this place for anything due to the owners.

Beautiful beautiful beautiful. The bridal suit is amazing, the hall is amazing the view is gorgeous.

Looking for a place to have your wedding reception? This place great because you can decorate yourself, bring your own food, and your own alcohol. The hall is very affordable but Ryan and and Rachel are great owners and very accommodating. Rachel also is a photographer as well. I would love to DJ here again!

This is a beautiful venue, but we decided against this due to a lack of communication from management. We sent in our application and down payment, but got no word back when the check didn’t clear.After a month of no response, My fiancé called and the manager claimed to have never received the check. A couple weeks later, they texted us and said they wouldn’t host our wedding reception. Poor communication and unprofessional.

Great place to have a variety of events

I originally left a one star review for the following reasons1) one week before wedding they tore up the lawn and I had to move wedding indoors with hardly any notice . Making it a last minute scramble2) my deposit was held back because i was of the heating bill or something3) after my contract was signed and place was paid in full ... a new contract was printed and I was told if I didn’t sign it we wouldn’t get the keys on the wedding day . The new contract banned may things that the old contract had allowed that we had already planned on and invested money in (s’mores for a fire pit ...Edison lights ....candles etc )4)there was no WiFi ... or ice machine or any other admentaties that come standard at other reception halls5)the wood at the entrance was rotten and missing. I was nervous people would trip when they entered on the soft floor . Their answer was just to cover it up with black industrial rug over the damanged planks.6)but most importantly the owner was extremely and passive aggressive and rude To me ...and extremely juvenile .She even left a one star review on my business after reviewing hers. The difference is she has never once done businesss with me and she was just being vengeful . Very mature. I’m assuming leaving a fake review on my business page is some lame attempt at extortion or something (eyeroll emoji )Also I have not enlisted any of my friends topost bad reviews on your page as a retaliation to your fake review on my page . I refuse to be your scapegoat for other poor reviews.

Well went to Wedding reception and helped clean up and they didnt want to give the deposit back. After cleaning it up in the first place. Floors were black and sticky from spillage. If you rent a hall out it should be clean to begin with!
