I joined Hitchings a little over a year ago because they could save me hundreds on my car insurance. I worked through Dominic who was incredibly helpful in finding the policy that was right for me. Two weeks ago, my wife was in a car accident. I imediatly called my Hitchings agent Dominic, who helped me instantly file my claim and call for a tow truck. Within 48 hours of the accident, Progressive deemed the car a total loss. Within the next 48 hours of that decision all paperwork was complete and we received a check for fair marked value for her vehicle within 8 days of the accident. This allowed us to buy a new vehicle within days, and when I submitted my receipt they instantly deposited a check for the sales tax reimbursement. I am not only satisfied with how Hitchings has helped me, but I am ecstatic for how they go above and beyond what I ever expected out of an insurance company. I periodically check in to modify my policies to add coverage or see how I can save money and they are always very responsive that whatever I ask of them.
