Best place in town to do laundry!

First time I come here to wash my clothes and the machine I was using got an error at the end of the wash cycle. The door remained locked and I could not get my clothes out, and to make matters worse there was no attendant present to address the issue. Finally, a patron that was in the laundromat told me that the “tax guy” next door owned the laundromat and that I could possibly find him there. I walked next door and I spoke to the receptionist and let her know that I needed to speak to the owner because I could not get my clothes out of the washer and I was on a time constraint. Her response was that the owner was busy and that at this time it was not “important” to him to help me . I responded , “ it’s important to me!”. She said I’d have to wait and told her to tell the owner I was angry and I walked out. A few minutes later that attendant showed up and addressed my issue and I was able to get my clothes out of the washer. A few minutes after a short, stocky guy with professional attire walked in. He started discussing the problem with the washer. Being the solid guy I am I went to apologize to this person for walking into his place of business a bit annoyed (with good reason) and complaining in front of his other customers. Instead of first apologizing , he told me I was rude to his secretary! I let him know that his laundromat customers weren’t important to him according to his secretary. He then responded “ her words, not mine”. Now putting the shoe on the other foot as I run a medium scale business myself and understand the value of good customer service , I would had been apologetic and even offered to reimburse the customer for his negative experience in hopes of having the customer return and not write a negative review as is now the case. The owner was extremely unprofessional and lacked any class. Never coming back as I don’t live in the city, but even if I did, I would not come back . F for horrible customer service and not having an attendant readily available for emergencies such as this.

I love this laundry super easy access clean and dryers work the best nothing compare to the other one by vonz keep it up 👍

Super Clean. I was really impressed. Vending machines, even ice cream behind the counter. Free WiFi!
