I waited less than 2 minutes after checking in at the kiosk. The ladies up front that helped me and did all the blood work were very sweet and did an amazing job.

Check-in process was very quick and easy (electronic), I waited less than 5 min, and both technicians who worked with me were very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was unsure about how I was feeling after blood draw, and the phlebotomist was very kind and waited with me as long as I needed to get up to leave. Professional and proficient.

I prefer this place to the nearby Quest Labs. They are the only place that has consistently been able to draw my blood without sticking me 3 times to get it right. They have gotten it right the first time, every time. I am not sure about the other reviews on here, as I have had only good experiences. I have never had an appointment, just walked in and never waited more than 15 minutes. Convenient location just one building over from my doctor too.

A week later still waiting for lab results

I always use this Lab Corp and really like the staff but this last time the staff were not wearing masks. I think for a professional medical facility this should be enforced by Lab Corp for everyone’s safety during this pandemic.

The staff here is both inexperienced and incognizant. The staff does not listen to the advice or warning of their patients. They feel that they know better and have no apology and very little concern for when this ignorance results in a drastically negative experience. I would not advise going here.

Very rude brunette at the front desk, she seemed uninterested & didnt care to help. She gave a lot of unnecessary attitude & shouldnt work around people if she doesnt care to do her job. The other ladies were super friendly, but the desk lady ruined my experience.

When you try to call, you cant get in touch with a real person, it’s poor customer service. Not to mention a bad business decision.

Terrible experience. Staff were completely disinterested in getting labs drawn. Didnt speak until 15 minutes after I signed in. Then said they couldnt read the order for labs by my doctor. I told them Id like my paperwork back and would go to Mercy Festus across the street. One of the employees told me my insurance had a contract with LabCorp and only they could draw labs, that I could not go there. I had to ask numerous times to get my paperwork back. Then went across the street to Mercy. They quickly got me in and completed the labs.Would not recommend LabCorp Festus to anyone.

People were coming and going and I am still sitting there and they said that they had no appointmentGo to the window and they tell me they screwed up.
