I would recommend them for any yard work you might have done based on the great job they did on my yard and my neighbors.North County clean out the side of my house and sowed grass seed. Their workers were kind and worked the whole day until the project was finished. The grass was growing in 4 days and was looking very green after a week. North County also redid my rock in front of the house and it looks great. The North County Lawn Care team did a great job of coming in providing us a couple of different options as to what type of irrigation system we may want to have installed at at our house and gave us what we thought was a fair and acceptable quote. From the day they started working up until the very last day they came in on time everyday and made sure to clean up everyday.The North County Lawn Care team did a great job of answering all of our questions and taking the time to go over various different ways we could water our hanging baskets, our potted plants as well as our yard. The North County Lawn Care team just fully redid my yard by leveling it out (it was a mess before with mounds of dirt and half grown grass). I found them to be very efficient and I cannot believe how good it looked afterwards. The hydro seed was just laid down and should be growing soon. I couldnt recommend them enough.

A little before and after on a recent project we had done through North County Lawn Care. The last two pictures are the before shots and in the last one I tried to get a good view of how wonky the patio was before; it sloped down towards our foundation. To remedy that, North County Lawn Care helped us plan a new and leveled patio. It feels so good to see this project completed!The whole team was super responsive and helpful during the planning process. To make way for the new patio dimensions, they relocated a tree and a french drain we had in the way. They also placed my stepper pavers back into position in the newly refreshed limestone rock area near the gate; a nice attention to detail! We hired North County Lawn Care to install a patio and new flower bed in our backyard. We are extremely happy with their work! They worked very efficiently and the new patio looks beautiful! Our home had trees that needed to come down, landscaping that was neglected/overgrown and grass that was completely dead. The roof and gutters were a mess and all the concrete work needed cleaning and sealing. North County did it all in record time, with integrity and professionalism. They recovered our irrigation system, reseeded and recovered our lawn in 3 weeks. We moved into a home that was cleaned and manicured. All hardscape was cleaned, roof was power washed, gutters were cleaned out and all trees trimmed and removed if needed. Spectacular service. Every person working for North County is awesome, professional and helpful with great attitudes. We look forward to a very long relationship.

I had a vague vision of some raised beds and a trellis. I basically told them “make it look pretty” and they turned my vision into something fantastic! I love it!

You know something is right and good when the whole neighborhood is exclaiming that your lawn in beautiful. While I have knowledge of many areas of horticulture, turf is not one of them, and we inherited a horrible lawn when we moved to our new home. I realized after a month of trying to get a handle on it that I needed more help. After talking with some folks in the area, and a couple of other services, we called NCLC. After visiting and site review, we set up a lawn rejuvenation program and after 3 or 4 months, our lawn is spectacular. Going forward we have decided to do an annual program to maintain it. The staff are responsive, honest, forthcoming, and good listeners. The field crews are experienced, hard working, and friendly. The office staff were patient as I worked through a hundred questions. I highly recommend NCLC.

Above and beyond - thats the short of it. During the height of the busy season I requested a quote for installing a new front yard for our newly-constructed home. The front yard portion is close to 15,000 sf, so not a small job. Not only was their price very competitive to the other bids we received, but they agreed to a small fee increase for a rush job. Their crew came out in the evening and VERY early morning to get the job done within a few days. They worked the odd hours so as to not affect service to their other clients who were already scheduled. Not only that, but they did an outstanding job of completely transforming our front yard. Their bid was a little short on the amount of dirt we needed, so they added another 20 yards free of cost instead of just shortening the area we wanted installed. Outstanding. As a business owner myself, I know the value of maintaining good client relationships. They worked very hard to keep their current clients happy, as well as working extra hours in order to gain a new client. Thats how you run a good business model. Outstanding, outstanding, outstanding - we will return for all our lawn care services. I highly recommend to anyone reading this to get at least 3 bids, but make sure you factor-in the quality and level of service you will receive.

We are so delighted with our new front yard. Kevin and his crew did a phenomenal job! Before choosing his company for the job, we got several other bids. What caused us to pick him were his ideas and the time he took with us during our consultation. He listened to what we thought we wanted and then he suggested alternatives, which we had never thought about doing.We basically had just a lawn, a small tree and a couple bushes. Now we have color, texture, character and a beautiful new yard. In addition to many other things, he transplanted our tree and transformed a large bush into a focal point - something that never occurred to us to do. He also added lighting, which transforms the yard into an entirely different look at night.The driveway was too narrow and they added paver walkways to both sides of the driveway and tiled our front steps. Jose and his men worked tirelessly though rain, wind and cold weather and always showed up with friendly smiles. One of them could sing pretty good too!We live on a street near a trail and have lots of foot traffic. We have received so many compliments from people walking by and several neighbors have even come over to tell us how nice the yard looks.We loved working with Kevin, Jose and his crew and all of the people who came and worked on various aspects of the job. I was left hanging with a previous contractor and North County Lawn was able to come the day after I called and fix some major issues in my new irrigation system. They were quick, professional, and did a great job. I will stick with their services.

Kevin came by to quote me on a project that I didnt know how to manage. I had a collection of trees that had been planted for slope stabilization, and some volunteers and out of control shrubs and weeds. I hadnt been sure which were good and which were problems. It turns out that one of my stabilizing trees had been shaded out and died because of my inaction. Not only was Kevin knowledgeable, he was able to trim everything properly, that afternoon, at the price we agreed on. And not only is the view improved, but the trees were saved. I am very grateful that we caught it before the remaining stabilizing trees were damaged. I could not be happier with the result.

The crew at North County was very professional with our drainage project. They came on time and under budget. Compared to our past experience using landscape service, they were unbelievable. They are the pinnacle of service. We couldn’t be more happy.

Crew arrived at the time I was told they would arrive, and got right to work. When I spoke to the lead he asked me if I had specific things I wanted done to the shrubbery. I asked for a great tree cut back due to the ice storm that had ravaged my park strip trees. I also asked him to trim up the other shrubs (cut them back 2-3 feet) he was happy to do so. After the work was done the yard was cleaned up to the point you wouldn’t have even known they were there, the shrub work was doing me perfectly! These guys did a superior job, recommend them highly!
