This company is horrible. We agreed to pay a Quarterly service call fee but they never call to schedule a time. After multiple attempts an appointment was scheduled. Once they arrive they refused to provide service. We were having work done on the exterior. We were subsequently sent a Bill for $ 589. The guy was here for 2 minutes and made no attempt to work with us or the contractor to correct the issue so they could enter. We will never work with this very unprofessional company again. I strongly recommend avoiding them.

We built a new home and had DEC put a car that goes from the basement, 1st and 2nd floors. It was a great experience to work with DEC. They are wonderful people. So happy that we were able to support a Michigan Company.

Wasn’t built to code. Had to beg inspector to come back in order to open business in time. Then it broke within 8 months which cost over $2000 to fix. They said a power outage caused it so not under warranty. That was not true. Then they basically threatened me with a lean. Class act company!

Very unprofessional company. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Cant speak for their work, but the sales team is a joke. Cant even get these guys to call me back.
