So the biggest reason why I went to this place specifically was because and the photos it shows what looks to be really great self service with a vacuum and big garbage can areas next to each one of the self-service car washes. When I got there however there were no vacuums or garbage Benz as shown in the photo. It looks like at one point there was but there is not any more so if you are planning to go there plan to go simply for a car wash through the drive-through car wash or to self-service wash your car.

The first time I manually washed my car, it charged me extra, $14 for only 7 minutes of washing. Washed my car again a couple days ago and I was charged correctly. So I think there must have been a glitch the first time. Easy to manually wash car!

I visit this location regularly n found at times after using the car wash my vehicle is dirty than when when I went in! The wingDow’s r washed with dirty water n I can’t c through them n have to go home n wash the windows again! What’s with that! I want to support local business but this has happening 5 timesIt’s a hit or miss!So disappointed

Owner is a nice guy, gave me a free couple minutes once so i could finish rinsing because I ran out of quarters but that was years ago. Recently alot of the wash options have been either completely out or just not working at all and they dont even have spot free rinse or vacuums. Whole place needs an update but they do have good water pressure.

About a month ago...Had an issue with the auto wash washing the back of my F350. Called the owner and was “maybe” refunded the $2.XX it cost to finish it in the manual wash.Back again...This time I took the extra time and spent the extra money and went to the manual wash first to clean wheels, rear of truck, etc before I went into the auto wash. The wheel cleaner portion didn’t work and the manual card readers have a hard time reading even newer cards for payment.Then went to the auto wash portion...The auto wash didn’t spray my undercarriage, didn’t do the final rinse on the passenger side of the truck, didn’t run the air dryer... but told me “Thank You” on the sign and then shut down. Soap was left on the truck in numerous places.The auto car wash says it will print a receipt but doesn’t print anything.I give up. This place is not clean. It doesn’t look to be cared for too much and falling apart one day at a time. I liked to go there but my money comes hard and I need to make sure I get what I pay for. At the $20.00 I just spent, I’m not. Sorry for the review but I’m tired of companies not giving 100% service and giving minimal for a maximum amount. This is NOT good customer service.

Paid $14 for the platinum wash package at the touchless car wash... Wow.. Talk about a waste of money... I seriously thought getting the most expensive package they had meant a good wash.. But there was still dirt all over my durango...and it wasnt mud caked or ANYTHING just normal use. I should have paid an 8 year old to wash it.. It would have looked better..

Not the best place to wash your car, but not the worse either. Ive used my credit card with no issues. Doesnt tell you the prices up front.Dont forget to push the RED STOP button.Edit, used the north wash bay 5-19-21 no soap came out. How does that happen mid week?Yes, I pushed the presoak and high pressure soap buttons.

I got the premium drive through wash that was $14, the drier stopped drying at 16 seconds so the whole rear half of the car was covered in water spots. The rims were still dirty (and I am fanatic about cleaning my car, I wash it minimum once a month even in the winter. Usually every 2 weeks tho). And buyer be ware the vacuum REQUIRES a card you cannot use coins or bills AND it charges by the minute!! It does NOT stop vacuuming until you hang it back up!! =$24 wash and vacuum and my car was still dirty I had to wash it by hand at home 🙈

I live in Seattle and when I am near Ferndale, I always stop to get a wash. I have always had issues with auto car washes, not getting my car completely clean. Until I found this gem of a car wash! Best no touch car wash out there!

Best place In town. The owner really takes care of all the equipment its very clean and everything always works. Best of all they take cards. Which as a huge plus in my book! I wash my car here every time I come to town. The brushes are always clean and look like new so I know my car will be safe.

Really easy car wash. Our car was washed really well. We paid for the $8 wash.

Use your credit card on a timer...wash, rinse, at your own speed. Dont have to worry about stuffing more quarters into the slot. With the traffic lights the way they are now it is a little bit difficult to get in and out or I would have given them 5 stars.

If you have a long bed truck its a little tricky to get it washed you have to do a little jockeyin

Touchless car wash is fast and clean the car well. The 60 sec driers at the end dont dry very well.The self washing stations are large bays with powerful sprayers and newer soap brushes.Good value for what you get.

Normally have a decent car wash with the 6 or 8$ service, only a few spots after the spot free rinse... Just went through and paid for the $10 service that includes rain-x and Ive never had so many spots on my car. Ive been to other car washes manufactured by aloha and this car wash has the equipment to do an amazing job but it is extremely outdated and poorly maintained, not to mention the hard water issues...

For a $14 car wash.I think the brushless wash should atleast do another round around of soaping n spraying on our vehiclesBoth times that Ive gone there my vehicle still wasnt clean and had areas where it was not clean. This is not worth that price when there are other car washes for this same price that actually do a better job with their brush conveyor line.

Quick cheap

The only place I will wash any of my vehicles! my wife and I have tried most all the drive-through car washes in Whatcom county and this one is by far our favorite... Ive spoken with the owner on numerous occasions and hes a very nice guy and dedicated to his customers. Ive called him before at the number listed inside the car wash when I had a problem. He showed up within 20 minutes and gave me a free wash!! Thats the kind of customer service that keeps us coming back!!

Not the best but not the work you get what you pay for

No instructions on how to stop timer after using credit card in one of the wash bays cost me approx 25 min or $13 to $15 extra before i was able to stop the timer. Tried find a phone no. # But there was none posted atleast not not readily visible, so i googled road rally on my phone and got a number and left message, but 2 days later and no return call.

So my car has been dusty and I wanted a quick touchless wash. And I could not be any more disapointed. The wash seems fine but it left some residue on the windshield for where the previous layer of dust had built up due to me pushing it to the side with some washer fluid. It left some streaks as it apparently didnt want to clean any of my windshields... Not coming here again

My car was quite dirty after all the snow and slush. This touchless car wash is great. You pick the level, and the machine performs ike a charm. My car came out looking like new!

The roadway car wash today was terrible I want to use the vacuum on the sides swipe my debit card or the vacuum round for 30 seconds cut out bounced out came back later that day went to go use it again it was out of order I went to go wash my car and the vending machine that you put the money into wash your car would not take any of my six $20 bill it was a terrible day at road rally car wash please fix your vacuum and your bill suspenser

They have lots of options to wash, rinse and wax. 10 min cost me $5 on my card. Great not needing to feed a machine quarters.
