While I do live within 30 miles from them, I got my 500 series rack the next day, and works perfectly!! I Will continue to buy from Vintage King!!

I was screwed out of about 100 bucks on an exchange rate discrepancy for a refund on an item they no longer sold but accepted payment for anyways. Their customer service was very customer service-y nice about it and tried to make up for it with store credit, but Im still out 100 bucks unless I buy something else from them which I had no intention of doing. I dont recommend for international customers.

I have received great service this week from Vintage King Audio. It was me that was treated like a king. I ordered a new condenser microphone from Vintage King - which was my first order from them ever - in the wee hours of Monday morning and here it is Wednesday in the middle of the afternoon at my home. Fabulous customer service - great email notifications about the status of my order as my payment was accepted and the package was shipped. And I got to use my preferred payment method. All aspects of my transaction from online selection/purchase/shipment and receipt of my package were just fabulous. It was packed very well too! Wow! you have earned my business treating a small order from a new customer with such high priority. I ordered this mic to be part of a pair for stereo and the company I bought the other one didnt have two. I thought I liked the other company but now VK will be my go to place! Thanks! I will order more things on Friday!
