Very friendly staff and easy to get the rental. Dropped off machine to our job location. Excavator had problem and lost power, when job was completed. They were understanding and came to job site to pick up machine. Will both recommend and use their services and products again.

The office lady was awesome and kind. I rented a skid steer in good condition. It had smaller tracks and I drove across the edge of a ground level stump causing The track to miss align. Quick service to put it back on track. Service guy not so personable. Later had the other track come off running over a root on the edge of a ground level stump. Same service guy came a couple hours later and wasn’t happy at all. I greeted the gentleman at the rear gate as he walked past me like I wasn’t there. Maybe work on personality or professionalism a tiny bit. He got grease on his gloves and took them off and threw them in The portion of my yard I was working on and left them there. Told me to get the trailer backed into the back yard and they would handle the machine. I did this and then was told to move the trailer and they would haul the machine back. Again, not personable at all while at my house. I returned the empty trailer and no issues there. All in all, not a bad rental place.

Great place to get some tools to rent on the go. Has almost every construction tool known to man from glasses to excavators.

Deliver was a good thing for those who dont have a truck and are pressed with time

We had set up concrete for 1 PM this week and they were able to get it to us sooner. All that I asked of them was to keep the wheelbarrows full and i would do the running. Both Vic and Charles helped running the wheelbarrows back and forth. I was not expecting that but was very grateful. Great job guys. I will be useing your services in the future.

Oh my gosh, if I could give this company a ten star review, I would. They were a saving grace to our wedding. Our wedding rentals called us pretty much the day before and said they could not provide everything we needed. We scrambled and found Do It Yourself Rentals 5:00 the day before the wedding. They provided us somewhere between 15-20 tables, a wedding arch and 66 chairs the next morning. On top of that, they delivered it Saturday morning and picked up it up Sunday evening ! I had to spot the money for my brother because it was such a last minute issue, but when the Father of the Bride asked to have my card refunded and put on his card, they happily complied with no issue! Fantastic service! Cannot recommend enough!

Rented some equipment from them to level so areas of my land and move dirt around. It was ready on time and in great working condition. Had no problem with the return of the equipment either. Well definitely rent from the again.

This tool rental company always seems to have what I need

I rented a linoleum scraper here. Machine worked but was putting a gouge in my cement subfloor as I stripped the flooring (honestly this could have been user error, or maybe I chose the wrong tool for the job). I realized Id need to find another way to remove the flooring, so I called them up and they allowed me to return the machine and void the charge, no hassle. Victor even asked me to send him a picture of what was going on to ensure he wasnt renting a defective machine. Awesome customer service, will definitely be back in the future.

Rented a trencher for my yard. They also had a small trailer. Great help loading and unloading at return. They had a lot of equipment in stock.

Helpful and informative staff

I reserved (or thought I did) a 36 ft high reach. Went to pick it up Saturday and they said they couldnt find my reservation and had no machine available for me. I explained I had people prepared to work the weekend and needed a machine. He could have said oh well wait till next weekend but, he got one from the other side of jax and delivered it personally, apologized, and gave me a late return time Monday. Machine performed perfectly. Thats customer service. Thats how you get repeat customers. Thank you Do it yourself rentals

The people on the phone were friendly, courteous, and accommodating. The equipment I rented was in poor condition, which resulted in a lot of wasted time. Make sure to inspect things carefully​ and you should be fine.
