Young lady working went above and beyond thank you so much for all your help

After being a MetroPCS customer for almost 20 years switched over to Boost MobileDora is AMAZING and very knowledgeable about the phones and if you ask a question she is not sure of - she goes above and beyond and researches and finds the answer for youBoosts most economical monthly plan is a little more then Metro - however - if you elect Monthly Auto Pay it saves you that extra cost and ends up matching Metros

So I just got off the phone... Got off the phone = hung up on. Lakisha which is her supposedly first day at that location was extremely rude and disrespectful. Im calling in regards to my bosses phone that he was supposed to have received a phone call yesterday about and hadnt gotten one. When I tried asking about it she asked what phone? Im not aware of what phone as he hadnt told me but I had his number and name to just verify that the phone was in thats it. She wants to jump on me and say Thats not how that works little girl... Im sorry, do what?! An when I asked for a manager she proceeded to say No, aint no manager here. Okay, cool. First of all I dont need no disrespectful person dealing with customers. Who allows people to disrespect customers like that for no reason when I gave you no reason to pop off at me???? Thanks for that. We will be discussing moving our employees phones over to a different provider.

Just switch to MetroPCS! I was treated horribly coverage sucks! Employees act like theyve only been working there for 2 days! They dont stand by their policy! They get you into horrible phones! I switched to Metro and had the best customer service you can think of with a way better phone! Never will I deal with boost!

Worst, the absolute worst customer service I have received. I took my ZTE Android to this store, yesterday, about a problem that i had with my phones messaging system constantly repeating itself. i.e., I would get the same text a million times. The representative at this store first told me that it was the senders phone. But when I pointed out and showed the representative that it was doing this with all messages, SHE suggested I do something DISHONEST by fraudulently claiming i had lost my phone so i could receive a new one. If SHE is suggesting I do such a thing, perhaps Boost should check their inventory and give HER a thorough cavity search. She is ROBBING Boost blind and encouraging its clientele to commit criminal acts to reap a service that should be free.
