Colleen Bellar is the absolute best. She is knowledgeable (one of the few realtors I know with a business degree in real estate) and has lived on Amelia Island for 25 years. She works tirelessly for her clients, is professional, and is a top notch negotiator. She recently helped us sell a home for 1.3 million in less than a month when homes in that price range on the island typically sit on the market for 9+months. She delivers results.
