Went to use the Notary service today and the lady could not have been more helpful. We would also like to thank the other staff that were asked to sign as witnesses. Very professional friendly and courteous. Will definitely use this store again as unlike the store in Yulee this one knows about customer service.

The two ladies working at this UPS store were my heros! I was vacationing in Amelia Island and suddenly found myself needing to have documents printed, signed, notarized, copied, and shipped...all immediately. My husband and I were able to get it ALL done fairly quickly with the help of the ladies working at this UPS Store. We were extremely thankful for their expert help in a pinch. They were friendly, efficient, and super-helpful. We look forward to going back and gladly giving them our business whenever need be.

I recently have had such pleasant experiences at our local UPS. The women there have been very helpful, and Debbie especially has stayed incredibly patient with me through a few chaotic Amazon returns I have had. LOL. I will say during the pandemic they were a little short staffed, and didn’t focus as much on customer service (understandably so).

I had a complicated issue, an item purchased near the store, but shipping was not included in the purchase. Store manager quickly and efficiently helped me and emailed confirmation without delay. There service was greatly appreciate.

Always efficient but 9/10 it’s an unpleasant experience. I’ve been using this location for 5+ years and usually leave disappointed with how the employees treated me. I will continue using this location because it’s the closest to my home and I need the services to run my business, however I wouldn’t recommend the location to others. I no longer bring my children after one of the employees yelled at my small daughter. Lacking in customer service but they get the job done.

Its a UPS store... They handled my online print order as well as could be expected as they printed 3 pages for a grand total of 45 cents. What was nice is everyone was social distanced & masked inside the store. Pleasant staff. 5/5

I have been using this location for over 5 years. Toni the manager ALWAYS replies to my emails and requests promptly. I keep a mail box and do all of my mailing, scanning, and copying. Keep up the great work guys!!

I always use this location as my go to place for printing or shipping because its always easy and staff is nice. The associate Toni was extra nice and helpful though. I came in right at close needing to return school books I forgot about and even though her computers were shut down she was very patient and helped me get my label printed so it could be sent. She was excelptionally friendly the whole time while someone else could have been understandably frustrated or just told me they were closed. Thank you so much for making this my go to place

I dont mail things out often, so Im always lost when I need to do so. I went in and was greeted immediately, and was able to send everything out without a hassle. Cameron was especially helpful, and is definitely a great employee.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went to this location because the location near me closed at 3pm I drove about 45 minutes to get there and drop-off my package. I arrived at 3:58 p.m. the door was already locked and I saw a staff member in the back on the phone... if your store closes at 4 p.m. your door should be locked until then. what was worst is an elderly man was carrying a pretty heavy box but couldnt drop it off because the doors were lock before 4 p.m. not a good way to conduct business...

I brought a package in to ship to my sister but was not happy with the cost so I canceled the transaction only to find out later that my sister was sent an e-mail advising her that she would not be receiving the package from me! She was very confused by this & disturbing to me!! Once the transaction was canceled no contact should have been made.

I called about a notary. she was very disrespectful

Rude staff. Didnt even speak to me. I was the only customer in the store. I guess my presence was a huge inconvenience.
