Mr. Thomas, I am sorry its taken me three and a half weeks to write this review. The stress and the anxiety involved in moving just about drained me. But, I must say the entire process starting with you and your wife and the actual moving with your son and his coworker was the best part about this whole move. They were on time and began to work. They were quick and very efficient, no talking or standing around. There were no damages at all. The most important of all for me, was that they treated me with respect, kindness and dignity, they spoke to me and not down to me, and I loved it. I will use your company again and again. I wish you Sir, and your company continued success and growth.

This team/company was amazing. They communicated well with us the entire time and were prompt. They were all hard workers and I would definitely use them again.

Ive hired many moving companies, but All Points Moving Systems has been the worst by far. We did a large home to home move, and a long story short, they nicked, dinged, chipped, and dented everything. Whats scary, is that after I pointed this all out to their movers in real time, they denied their fault. I witnessed the movers use personal home items to cushion, prop, and support other items during the move. Naturally you can imagine the minor damages this can cause to your home furniture. I refrain from posting any photos of the damage in fear of retaliation, not that this moving company would do such a thing, but safety first. The moving crew was kind. Maybe they just lacked proper training from management.Any expectation to salvage this experience has been dismissed. Management never responded. I am writing this to inform YOU, the future paying customer, of my experience and things to watch for when choosing this moving company. Hopefully I was the outlier.Thanks for taking the time to read my post. No need for business owner response.

I moved from Mt Dora to Titusville last weekend. Tom and his crew were FANTASTIC! They were on time, very professional and extremely efficient. Even though I did all my packing, NOTHING was broken! I called Tom in a quandary as my friends helping me move were not able to move my sleep number bed with its adjustable base. Tom and Joseph were able to do the job the next day! Tom with All Points Moving (& his team) were fantastic to work with in our recent move from Orlando to Fern Park. Tom and his team moved us once before, so we knew exactly who to call when it was time to move again. They were careful with our boxes & furniture, and we didnt have any scuffed walls or floors as a result of the move. We were moving from a two story, in to a one story. Tom & his team have a great system to make the moving process efficient. I hope we dont have any more moves for a long, long time, but if we do...well know who to call!

I personally used all points moving several times. First was a gun safe, I was concerned about broken tiles banging walls and the several steps that was needed to be navigated. Super helpful from the moment I called to get information. After that, I decided I was going going to hire them to help unload my POD. They (two people) completely emptied my POD in record time, and they were professional and friendly the entire time. Sorting a move for a loved one is difficult enough but doing it from another country is nearly impossible. Living in Liverpool UK and moving my Mother to a new Memory Care Facility was a lot of work and one of the more difficult parts was choosing the right company to move her. My employer gave me a treadmill and hired All Points Moving to deliver the treadmill to my new home. My home is only a few months old and the owner was so careful to make sure no walls or doorframes were damaged. He even had to take the treadmill apart to get it down the hallway and into the spare bedroom. Excellent experience and I would highly recommend this company.

They were on time and efficient, They provided solutions to help remove stress from our office move and went beyond the call of duty in a heavy down poor to deliver our furniture. Tom and the crew at All Points moved us out of our first home and into this home 12 years ago, and have helped move large items in and around our home on several other occasions. We have referred friends to All Points. These gentlemen - and they are gentlemen - are top notch professionals. They are on-time, do the job as promised, for the price quoted. My walls are intact, as is my marriage since my husband doesnt have to deal with my propensity to move furniture from downstairs to upstairs and vice versa! I cannot recommend them enough. I wish I could rate this 6 stars... or even 10!Tom Rogenski is undoubtedly a CLASS ACT! My legally blind mother had some furniture and appliances delivered and Tom took the initiative to lead the way escorting in both pieces (and took most of the legwork to do it!). Prompt and courteous... there at the drop of a hat!Afterwards, we found ourselves in a conundrum as we had an abundance of trash from my mothers house and he, without hesitation, opened his truck doors to haul it all away. And we mean ALL -- old furniture, appliances, and more trash than you can shake at a landfill. He went above the call of duty and assisted with loading his truck and made time for our family to assist in what was intended to be a long and worrisome post-project.We are incredibly thankful for Tom and Casselberry Moving. If I had any other large moving projects, Ill definitely be giving him a call. He is superb at his line of work, professionalism is evident at all times, and masterful at his tact! Most organised and hardest working movers weve ever worked with.Our move was not a pick it up and move it from just one location.They were on time with crews working from multiple locations and with a work ethic, we have not witnessed in many years. i tried to give one worker water while he was working he told me no breaks till the work was done.. while the one team was loaded they were on there way to unload at our new home. when the second crew arrived they all pitched in and got the work done.. none of our stuff was bent broken or chipped.. we ended up saving around a thousand dollars vs the guys with a truck.Thanks again to Thomas and his crew...

Are you kidding me!!! These guys are TOP NOTCH! I was in an emergency situation as we were from out of town and needed help loading my 90yr old mother-in-laws 3 bedroom house into a rental truck to head out of town. I texted Tom early after seeing his add on Craigslist and he texted right back. We were in Deltona and they were there within 1hr and working. Had the whole 26ft truck loaded on less than 2hrs and we were on our way. You guys are the best!!! Thanks Tom, if I were there I would never use anyone else...
