Entered the place and informed that I wanted to a pedicure, was told to sit down in the chair only to wait an hour and have others serviced before me. Service was done in short time for a pedicure and done sloppy! They started talking in their native language because I asked the worker to do the job correctly. She got an attitude started to paint my skin instead of toes! Never will return or recommend!
Let me tell you something about this place this business has been around for many many years every single technician here is superb One lady did my nails absolutely beautiful, the owner he does nails as well absolutely stunning I love the nails that they provide here they are fair price they focus on the quality of your nails they are very experienced I think they’ve been around probably 30 years please go here but just be aware that there are many people that know that this place is really good so they’re usually is a wait but if you can get them at a low time this will be an excellent experience for you to get your nails done here
I always get my lashes and my eyebrows done I always love them for the most part. They could definitely take more precautions to make sure that everything is clean and sanitized.
My nail tech name is EVery professional John is the owner he’s very professional a wonderful businessman he cares about his customers I’ve been going to VP Nails for at least 17 years my nail tech is very humble and professional she always gets me right an excellent attitude and she’s my friend I would highly recommend VIP nails go see her at station five

I called to see how much the full set cost before I went , the person who answered the phone was A very sweet man & he told me everything I had questions about. I proceeded to go to this nail shop , when I walked in , the man sitting at the desk what he could help me with I told a full set as soon as I did he sat me down & took me immediately. As he was doing my nails John made sure he asked if the were good to my perfection & carried on a conversation with me. At the end I got my eyebrows done as well again I didn’t have to wait when I sat down the woman doing my eyebrows complemented me & called me beautiful. I recommend this place 10-10. They had great costumer service & no wait. Thank you John & the woman who did my eyebrows , I will return!!
Dont come here for lashes or nails. First time I went they didnt have glow in dark powder to match my already glow in dark nails for a fill. The girl was upset because I still wanted glow in the dark acrylic. Someone else came with a solution. Cool. Once my nails done I realize she didnt do my nails correctly. They where ruff, extra acrylic left on my nails and fingers. Didnt sweat it. Ill give them 2nd chance redo my lashes. Shouldnt have.....didnt like the technic but they lasted 2 weeks. Sat, i went for lashes sunday, they where up off my real lashes and monday one was on my pillow. I went in for them to fix. I still had to fix my own eyelashes. I tried to tell her fake eyelashes go on real eyelashes....not your eyelid close to your eyelashes.
I will never recommend this place to ANYONE ever. My overall experience was terrible and a waste . The attitude of the staff was trashy and unprofessional. The work didnt even last and the overall look of my nails was not worth the money spent. SERIOUSLY RECONSIDER SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE...youve been warned!!!!

I have visited this nail place on three different occasions and I dont really know what the problem is my eyelashes never last more than 2 days after I have had them applied my nails never last more than a week but then the fifth day they are gone and Ive been paid all that money for him have me shaking my head
I went there for the first time today, for a full set, and they got me and my family in right away. The man who did my nails did a fantastic job and everyone was very friendly. The price was great and I highly recommend this salon.

I’ve been going here for About a Yr, because it’s close to my house. But this last service I received has been horrible.....Within the last week, I’ve had 3 nails in total pop off the same hand! The first 2 I went back to have them done over but last night as I was wiping off my walls, my thumb nail broke off. I refuse to keep spending $75 every 2 weeks for my nails to keep coming off. Like literally I took a nap and woke up bam my Pinky nail was gone. Then they have the nerve to ask for a tip.....am i tipping y’all for bad service? I will definitely not be returning to this nail salon
DO NOT GO HERE. First I asked her to make them long and skinny. She rushed through my nails and Instead she made them fat and shorter than I asked. My nails have clumped up acrylic on them and when I asked them to fix them they said no. NEVER AGAIN. I have to go to another nail shop just to get the ones I asked for fixed. Not satisfied at all with her work. (Forgot.her name)

Love them been going since i was 14 yrs old. Its about the job they do, how well your nails, wax, lashes or whatever looks after and mine always come out beautiful. I dont live near them so i make a trip to get myself taken care of here and i love it!

My last experience was HORRIBLE. I received an pedicure and sat at my the dryers to dry my feet and sat my tennis shoes next to me. I accidentally left my shoes there so I went back in to tell them that I left my shoes. John asked what time was I there and I told him in between 2-3pm he was suppose to look at the camera to check and see if he seen me on the camera or someone taking the shoes. But he also added we don’t steal from our customers in which I never said they stole them. He came back to me to tell me he didn’t even see me on the camera at all and to let him check again and he would give me a call. I called the nail shop to insist that he would look on the camera for me so I wouldn’t have to keep making trips there. He hung up the phone. Poor customer service and I would never in life go back there

I can say I love how they do my individual lashes but I rate it a 3 because their nails are not as good. I had to stop going here because I wasnt liking how my nails turned out. And also they couldnt do up -to -date nail designs

Lazy services period!! Lazy pedicure service received. Unsanitary tool usage between customers. Cleanliness of the shop is poor. Quick and sloppy but expect a huge tip. My last visit!!

First off my wait was A HOUR & A HALF.. with like 4 people going before me and All I wanted was A full set. So I went to station 7 which was a man, he drilled my nails & put the nails on. Then they switched me to another lady in Station 4, she drilled My real nails more but really ruff & made me bleed . she rushed on my polish anddd gave me a old coating polish which left my nails with a lot of air bubbles. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION! ITS CLEARLY ABOUT THE MONEY TO THEM & NOT THE NAILS.

Every time I Come here I never leave satisfied. My nails are never shaped good enough, and this time really blew me.
I usually never rate businesses but I have to after just being kicked out of this nail salon because I had my child with me. I was told they didnt have room for me to wait although I happily agreed to because they were busy. I was asked to leave. That is simply unprofessional and I will never give them my business again.
