Its funny Im trying to get information on the property to possibly move here but they will not answer the phone I have called three days in a row no answering machine or anything. I previously tried to look at this property and the front office staff was very rude and gave me the wrong information twice.If you guys want people to move in here please fix your customer service I had three people wanting to check out townhomes as well but I will not be recommending this place

If you want to live with BATS! This is your place! Very unprofessionally ran! Run as fast as you can from this place. This place is ran by investors who are just out to take your money. They are SLUMLORDS at best!!!!!

I have been very patient with this company. I was trying to move back to STL and yes they have great townhomes. I guess my previous landlords took longer for verification during the pandemic. I gave it a month. After a month I decided to just stay out of town asked for a refund.its been a month later still no refund on my $200 administration fee. Then they stopped emailing me after saying the check will be sent to their office. Im wondering why cant i be refunded on the card I paid for services with? Why havent anyone returned my email? Are we taking applicants money?

This is my first townhome. I love it! It has everything I need. All the comforts of owning a home without the maintenance. Quiet community and responsive office staff.

I moved in my apartment a little over a month ago. Was very unhappy what i seen. Everything we wanted done to our unit they did. We r so happy to come home an open up our doors. Everything is fixed painted an replaced. Thanks ladies in the office 4 making us happy.

I have lived here for twelve years and just renewed my lease for another year. The property manager (Reeka Hudson) is professional. Any concerns that Ive ever had were handle quickly and to my satisfaction

I truly wish I would have moved here instead of Windsor Townhomes. Its not worth the $1100 plus dollars a month. Its great for what it is section 8 not the working class family. Men beating their women and women shooting at their man. Ghetto fabulous.

It is unfair that you have to select a star to proceed. There are no stars given from me for The Knolls Townhomes. I have sooooooooo many pictures and documents that I would like to display, but I have been instructed to deviate from that for now. I have given these people ample time to make things right, but its always some kind of problem/issue that management wiggles out of.......I came to the Knolls because My Family and I LOVED it here in the 90s and early Millenium. I raised my children here. THE PROBLEM IS, when we moved back in 2018, IT LOOKS EXACTLY THE SAME INSIDE AND WORST!!!!! NO UPDATES, DIRTY CARPET, HORRIBLE PAINT JOB, BROKEN DOORS, etc.......I could really go on, on, on, on and on but you get the picture.I was told by the leasing manager that I was getting the best one out there and that it was the latest (updated). I applied in Feb/March, and when move-in day came (July), it was UNINHABITABLE

Best place to live in North County with 3 & 6 level Townhomes.

Talking about wonderful. My husband and I really enjoy our Townhome. It is beautiful. Management is very nice. We take our hats off to Ms. Reeka in making sure that everything is to our liking. Thank you so much! She is very polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. Maintenance is excellent also. When they do a job, they do it very well. Our family loves it, especially the grandkids. Thanks so much staff and maintenance for making our stay here so enjoyable!!! 5 stars*****

:( Run .. .... Enter at your own risk ... Dont be fooled by the levels ... theres consistence problems ... one after another .. maybe extreme updates will make a difference. BTW: the staff is amazing but the building are horrible ...

RUN RUN RUN RUN and look the other way I lived here I always had problems with these apartments. The reality is their not suitable. The office staff is wonderful and the maintenance ppl did all they could. Dont be moved by all those levels this place sucks .. Im telling you RUN RUN RUN RUN

Its very hard to get any thing fixed. I have been here over a year and almost everything is falling apart! We recently had a flood in our storage room. Sure they called a plumber and had someone extracted all of the water from our carpet, but we are having rhe hardest time contacting someone about replacing our carpet due to the fear of mold developing underneath. I just dont understand how they charge these high prices to stay here but nothing is done to make sure you and your family are living happy and comfortable. And might I add work orders takes over 3 to 4 weeks to get a response! As soon as my lease is up I am out of here!!

They get over on u they add all fees on the your rent for 6 months in have you paying them in if u asked they go say they go refund u the money back in never do in will say you owe them which even if they owe u money... THEY will Lie in your face fast do not come here they will get over on you I will never come back here it will be my first and last year here. Run in go the other way they get over on peoples. They have be playing all kinds of fees it add up to at least $500 in they said they cant give me a refund but yall took my money in threat to puts us out 3 times because of fee that was just add for nothing... The lady in office told my girl in I seen I wont take it down we cant Renew ill lease.. But when I ask her for a paperswork stating we cant lease again there because of this review.. She come with another lie saying she didnt say that an so on.. This place is a joke for real people dont come here..
