In the last year weve needed help twice with two different computers. Chris has always been helpful, cool and collected. He fixed our issue each time so our computers were working better than we could remember. His costs are fair and reasonable. Thanks for an especially helpful business in our community. As a special treat I even get to see young son Frederick on occasion.

Miracle worker! Very much appreciate the proprietor providing invaluable service with no wait time and he was extremely courteous and explained every step of the technology recovery in real time. I had tried to get my iPhone restored to factory settings elsewhere and was told my photos and etc. would not be able to be recovered. Updated and restored!

I went in to have the keyboard on my laptop repaired and upgrade my system the total cost of parts was around $175 in parts and about 30- 45 mins worth of work charging anther $325 in labor took them a month to get to cus they didnt get the right keyboard then didnt install it properly also turns out that theres a defect in the keyboards that they didnt tell me about that makes the keys stop working after some time however since they didnt install the keyboard properly it exacerbated the problem and i had the same issue a month later you know what the fix for that was a $40 external keyboard how bout that. when i question the price of repairs the worker became belligerent and said that he wouldnt do the work and had to be begged.i also asked how much it would cost to factory rest a computer they said $90 i mean really? so all and all it was overpriced shoddy work with unreasonable delay times, and rude staff.dont go to these charlatans there just a bunch of con artist looking to make money off of non savvy consumers exactly what you would expect from a small town full of old people honestly the worst tech deal of my life and they didnt even fix the problem

My husband and I were in town on our honeymoon and needed a laptop for the trip. We got an affordable used Dell Latitude that worked great, but realized along the way that there was more mild damage to the casing than we wanted to take a chance on. The guys at the shop were kind to accept a return and refund us in full!

Great customer service and quite affordable- true to their name! I brought my phone in for a screen replacement, and unfortunately replacing the screen kicked off another problem with my phone. The owner kindly gave me a discount on the 2nd repair (which wasn’t his fault- just a consequence of opening up the phone after it had been dropped) and it’s been working great ever since.He’s also very quick with repairs; I’d recommend Affordable Solutions to anyone who needs a phone repair in the area.

I called Affordable Solutions shortly after 9:00 am Monday morning, was told to bring it in anytime and he’d (Chris) fix it. I arrived at 11ish, discussed the problems with him, left for 45 minutes, returned and it was DONE!! FIXED!!!! He’s absolutely a great guy and very knowledgeable!!!! My iPhone took a short swim in the pool. I was able to get the phone somewhat up in about 24 hours, but it still had issues with the ringer and the power switch. Chris had my phone for about 1 hour and in that time he was able to correct the power problem, corrosion, and did a work around for the ringer. He would not accept payment at this time because he hadnt totally fixed it! I brought the phone back 2 days later for the ringer fix. Chris worked his magic and fixed the ringer. The cost of repair was reasonable. I am impressed with his customer service and would recommend him without reservation.
