I contacted Belfor for water damage clean up. They came out promptly for that service however, since then, it’s been AWFUL service!! My first hint should have been when ‘their plumber’ came out and did nothing but find excuses not to do the shower tear out like he was suppose to do so they could do the dry out from the water. I ended up sending him home and said I would find my own plumber to do it.It was another couple weeks before anyone from Belfor came back out. I had to keep calling them to find out when they would be back. They finally came back after disappearing for 2 weeks. They worked for a few hours and then left. Another 3 weeks went by with zero communication from them. I called Chris Mosher a few times with no response or phone call back. I finally got ahold of him and he basically said it’s not his job anymore and it’s on another guy now. At this point it’s been over 2 months of my bathroom being tore apart and gutted and I can’t use it.My insurance agent hasn’t even gotten a response from them in regards to any quotes for the damages or estimates for the re-build.I called customer service today to try and get answers. They promised me that Karl would call me today and give me some sort of update as to what is going on. That was at 10am this morning. 6:30 in the evening and I have yet to hear from anyone at belfor.The service they have provided is beyond terrible. I will never ever recommend them to anyone for anything that needs to be done. Zero communication, no customer service, nothing. Can’t even make a 2 min phone call to update a customer. Clearly they don’t care.DO NOT USE BELFOR!!Call serve pro or a different company. They are a waste or time and will waste YOUR time. Look for a better company to deal with.I will be finding a new company next week that actually cares and wants the business.Good riddance!
