I was on the highway and had a flat. I’m a senior lady and couldn’t change it myself. They arrived in about 20 minutes and although the tire was stubborn, the tech tried a few things and finally got it off and changed it. Very professional, friendly and courteous. I have no problem giving them five stars. I travel that same stretch of Highway weekly and if anything else happens I’ll be calling on them again!!

They changed the price on me 4 times went from $270 to $280, then to $240, then they called back and said $300 wont be having money to eat nor pay my phone bill the rest of the week. I have multiple heart problems and a few other health issues. Cant even afford to take the bus now to my sleep study for my sleep apnea, or be able to make it to have these procedures done on my heart!

Have only ever used these guys for tow services. Theyre always helpful and very reasonable. They know how to treat my lifted jeep without harming expensive parts.

While traveling out of state and a 5 hour car ride ahead of me still, I ran into some car troubles. Fenton towing was out to my car in under an hour. Driver whose name I think was Jeff, was fast and courteous. Due to an issue with phone lines being down we couldnt call any repair shop in the area. Jeff stuck around the first stop to make sure they could take us and ended up having to drive us to a second place and ensure we could get someone to take care of the car that day. Service and driver was great.

They came out to unlock my Jeep, tried for 10 minutes and couldn’t do it. Many years ago I worked at a towing company. We had books with our lockout kits with detailed explanations on how to unlock most vehicles on the road. The driver didn’t have a complete lockout kit or knowledge on how to use it. The only thing he managed to do was scratch up my door trim with what was apparently the wrong tool for the job.

My car broke down. I called them and not even 15 mins later they were there. Guy was beyond nice. Answered all my many questions with a smile. Highly recommend this place for your towing need. Fare price and great customer service.

My car broke down on the freeway and I was 50 miles from home. I was out in the Fenton area and needed a tow back to Lansing late on a Friday night. I called another local place called Woodys at the recommendation of a local restaurant owner that I was visiting. That was a BIG MISTAKE! The guy at Woodys told me it would be $500 to get me home! HA HA HA!I immediately hung up and called Fenton Express Towing and was quoted a price that was HALF what Woodys said. They showed up when they said they would and got me home. The driver was a real chill guy and it was a great overall experience.Moral of the story, if youre in need of a tow in the Fenton area, call Fenton Express first, dont even bother with Woodys unless you want to be taken advantage of.

I had a great experience with Fenton Express today with a flat tire and a tired 5 year old. The driver arrived ahead of time expected and got right to work which included answering said 5 year olds questions about all steps involved in changing tire. The driver talked to him and let him watch the while explainging to him what he was doing. He even let him help load the flat tire in the back of the truck and shook his hand after and said good job buddy. I will be contacting the company to get the name of driver and share this review .... Great customer service!

Had a terrible time with AAA trying to get my car picked up by a towing service. AAA had me stranded for over 6 hrs because there was no towing service available near I-75 and Miller Rd. So, after 6 hrs they AAA called Fenton Express Towing. Russell the driver made it to me at 5:45am . It only took him 25 mins to get to me and picked my car up and delivered it to my home. Super Great response and Service from Russell the driver. Would definitely recommend him for any towing needs. Fantastic ! And Thanks again Russell for getting out of bed to help me !!

Do NOT use Fenton Express towing.AAA called them to come unlock my car. Fenton towing got here 2.5 hours later. The tow truck driver pulled in my driveway called me and told me he was here, I ran outside because I had been waiting, and he told me he needed to see my son because it was his AAA card. My son came outside he wanted my sons drivers license, my son lost his drivers license last week. He would not open the car because we didn’t have a drivers license. My son had his visa card with his name on it, his debit card and a Costco card with his picture. This rude driver said they needed a drivers license or state ID. When I call AAA back, AAA said no they just need a picture ID. So the Costco card was good enough for AAA. The driver just left, didn’t open my car. The young driver would not wait for me to call AAA. I was on the phone with AAA when the driver just pulled out of my driveway. AAA Called Fenton Express Towing to come back and he wouldn’t.Also, I told my son to shut the door so the dogs don’t come outside. The tow truck driver said if my dog came outside he would punch him in the face.DO NOT USE FENTON EXPRESS TOWING.

Small popup camper without a spare had a flat on Route 23 south (70 mph with a narrow shoulder) - about 4 miles south of Fenton, Mi. Called Fenton Express Towing who claimed they had a driver available but dont typically change flat tires. After I pressed them, they then stated that they would charge me $75 to send someone with a floor jack and an impact wrench (things most tow drivers have on board) 4 miles to change the tire. I informed them that I needed the driver to pick up the new rim and tire from Discount Tire minutes from their location. He said he could but would charge me $10 to do so. The driver was nice, helpful and had us back on the road in 10 minutes. Unfortunately the rest of the company left me feeling victimized.

Myself and my 4 year old were traveling to family out of town on Easter Sunday and a piece of our car came unattached causing us to not be able to drive down the road. We sat for close to 2.5 hours waiting for service through a company and not a single place in the st johns/lansing area would respond or take the call even with it being priority due to a small child and Chris at this company received the call and was on his way before AAA even conformed it because all he could think about was a small child and mama being stranded for so long on a really busy spot of the freeway!
