We moved in back in January and love living here. The staff and community are wonderful and not to far from town at all. Its very clean and Ive had no neighbor issues at all. They even recently did a community event that was really nice for my kids to play.

Alisha and Millie are phenomenal ladies! They made this process of purchasing a home so stress free. From the moment I met them both, I knew I belonged here. The community is beautiful with everyone having nice yards and homes. This is a place for everyone. I recommend Tyrone Woods to anyone looking for a place that is reasonably priced, a safe community, and all inclusive community. Moved in a few weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier. Alisha was the biggest help in my endeavor and has made my transition moving from another state easier for me. She was always willing and helpful in walking me through each step in buying my home and moving to Michigan. Highly recommend the area!!

Moved in several months ago and have been very pleased so far. My home is great / I’ve had zero problems with it, and the community is clean and well kept. Friendly neighbors and helpful staff. Prop managers have been easy to get ahold of / seem reliable, and Millie made my leasing process quick and easy. Satisfied enough to recommend to a friend who is looking for a new place!

We moved into a beautiful home - or so it seemed. The house was infested with mice prior to use moving in. We had 3 exterminators out to our house, and have several signed documents from management saying that they would fix the issue. 18 months later, were moving out but the mice havent. We lost an oven due to the mouse infestation that wasnt replaced for 2 months. We had to beg management to pull our dishwasher out (our dishes were smelling weird) because per our lease were not allowed to service it ourselves, and found that a mouse was being cooked under our clean dishes, and thats why they smelt bad. There are about 7 outstanding service requests. The maintenance men working on the homes are amazing, but management arent allowing them to do their jobs, however will tell them to put a flower bed in at the office while we are sitting in our home with mice. Alicia in the office should be fired for horrible customer service. In addition to this issue, they will fine you hundreds for mowing your own lawn and not doing it right, forcing you to sign up for their mowing service, making your lawn look 10x worse than when you were doing it yourself. Theyre thieves, bottom line. Should have sued them when I had the chance, someone will eventually.

Love the property managers Millie and Alisha! This community has always been safe, clean and reliable while Ive lived here. Maintenance team does a great job. Overall very pleased and really enjoy living here!

We were shown a house, applied, and paid the application fee of $45. We called for a week, leaving numerous messages, including one message to their corporate office, to see what the decision was. After a week we received only one call back to gather information that we had already submitted (1099 from taxes). We never heard back from them again. Strongly recommend Not applying to this park because you risk paying the application fee only to never hear a response. Gratefully we were approved for a much nicer park and a much nicer home.

I wanted to wait a year prior to leaving a review as my lease ended the end of July. I worked extremely hard on building up my credit and fell in love with my home and really enjoy my neighbors and the community overall. I approached Alisha and discussed purchasing options. She really made my dream a reality and it was easy and I will always be grateful to her

Worst place to live. I have been here for 5 yrs and still waiting for things to be fixed or repaired in my home. Water bill is a scam they over charge for water you cant drink. The owners fine you for everything....outdoor chair color doesnt match the house $50 fine. Clover flowers in yard $100 fine. But the garbage can be over flowed at the mailboxes for a week. The office people are brainwashed by the money hungry owners. Do yourself a favor stay clear of this place. Please do your research if you dont believe me.

We are new residents here and absolutely love it!! Alisha was so amazing and understanding with getting us in. She has been extremely helpful with so many things including resources for my autistic child. The neighbors have been friendly and completely understanding of the noise when my autistic son has episodes. Alisha is truly an Angel and my family is so grateful for her 💙

Horrible management... they fine you for everything.. your kids can’t even have outside toys without getting fined. Now they are going to start inspecting flower gardens to make sure their being weeded and giving out fines with no warning for anything.

Dont waste your time or money on this placeWhen we moved in a little over 2 years ago it was great but slowly and steadily gone to hell.Do not properly fix anything that you request for workorders and dont care to. Call backs are harder and harder to get, they Just want to make sure they get that money from you.

I would first like to point out that reviews made by the owner are actually unethical and illegal under the Consumer Review Fairness Act. There have been legitimate reviews made by actual renters of this community and following these reviews their rating started to drop, so Justin Becker (who is either an owner or family member of the owner) has added a 5 star review, along with rental properties owned by the same owner, leaving reviews. Also management has left their reviews, which once again, it is not allowed for an employee of the owner of the company to leave a review. I have lived here for over 2 years and no problem until the weather became warm. Recently Tyrone Woods Manufactured Housing Community has decided that they are going to fine everyone for any and everything. Every single day someone has come by and taken pictures of yards so that they can fine renters for anything out of place. These fines are expensive and are added on to for every time a violation occurs. Yes the community has rules so obvioulsy grass must be mowed and shouldnt look like a junk yard. In this case, it seems like if the grass is not mowed twice a week, a fine will occur or God forbid your children are out playing and have a ball in the yard. There is also a massive trash bin in the back of the property that is roped off and not allowed to be used by residents, but if you have anything large that needs thrown away and it is put on the side of the property for the 1 day a month in which only 1 large item can be placed out for large trash day. If you have extra trash one week you should probably let it pile up in your house because you arent allowed to have that outside with your own personal trash bins either. I wanted to add, they fine for the yard and upkeep even when things are done, but they fail to see faulty porch steps or hey the hornets nest that has taken up residence in the siding of a home which causes problems for the home and anyone in the vicinity. As everyone knows, the eviction moratorium is ending June 30, 2021. With all the violations that are occuring recently it seems this company is getting ready for evictions next month because who is going to be able to pay for the fines plus the rental costs and incredibly high water bill. (Yeah yeah we get it, everyone is billed based on their usage, but its a bit funny that the company owns their own treatment facility and the water bills are $100 or more a month for everyone, when my grandmother uses more water and lives in her own house in the city and pays maybe $40 every 2 months...hmmmm). The courts should probably prepare for massive amounts of evictions being filed by the Becker family for all of their properties. The saddest part is that I actually loved this place up until recently. We do have issues with theft from some of the kids around here, but honestly that can happen anywhere (although I have lived in bad parts of both Detroit and Indianapolis and have never had anything stolen from my kids until I lived here). The place did not look run down regardless of some places being older than others. The neighbors generally looked out for each other and I actually thought management was there for you instead of against you. If anything was amiss, they would talk to you about it and give you time to fix it. As an example of how extreme the circumstances have become violation wise, we recieved an email today once again on the fact that they are doing massive crackdowns on yards and have a zero tolerance policy for anyone not following these guildelines. No more warnings, no more really nice and helpful management. I regretably have even gotten on the phone and cussed out someone I once thought as awesome. Now on top of this we are expected to water and seed our own lawns (keep in mind the already high water bills BEFORE all of this excess water usage...). Please head the warnings potential renters. I didnt and I used to feel more at peace here and now I feel harassed. If a place is pretty, does it really hide the ugliness of thier treatment of their renters?

If you are an African American, you are NOT welcome here. They call us everyday and complain about the smallest things. For example, one night our shed flew open. And an animal got into it. Sleeping sound in our home we didn’t know. 9:00a.m, we get a note at our door saying “Inspection”. We’re constantly harassed by our neighbors. They scream derogatory words at my siblings who are only 12 and 13. We can’t even listen to our music at 2 o’clock in the afternoon. If our window is open we can’t have any music playing. It’s just very petty. And I feel in my heart and soul that they’re prejudice. And I don’t appreciate that because I love all races.

Made an appointment a week ago to look at homes available. Showed up today a few minutes early for appointment to be told the Manager was out sick and we have no homes available any way! A phone call to cancel appointment would have been courteous and professional! We understand people have emergencies but this behavior was unacceptable.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Not a good place for kids due to horrible management. If you want a family here. Don’t. Run. They will harass you for your yard and offer no solutions. They make you pay more for sheds, decks or anything else. Terrible place. Everything has changed. Water is not consumable. The trailer we got is disgusting. We checked everything before we moved In and we were told the cleaning lady did a deep clean but I’ve found kitty litter and cigarettes in the vents, empty liquor bottles on the top of the cabinets, some kind of nest behind the stove that almost caught fire and mold on the shower. The claim they have the trailers cleaned but they don’t. When I asked the manager just apologized and said oh well. Mind you I was 9 months pregnant and ready to give birth. I was looking forward to a clean home after the disaster of a rental we had before. The call you and harass you everyday about your yard. Yet they won’t fix anything. I’ve asked for a shed but they wanted to charge me 200$ extra. We were scammed on how much rent was going to be. We have had to take our kids to the emergency room several times due to sprayed grass and we have almost died. Don’t live here. It will give you extreme anxiety.They will double dip and charge extra every chance they get. Even if you get assistance. They will go after more. They don’t want to pay anyone for the referral bonus so they will make your life a living hell.Management has scoffed and laughed at us and threatened to evict us several times.Maintenance fixed the shower but nothing else. The neighbors are nice tho. Quiet at night. Our neighbors across the street look out for us.If I could I would give 0 stars. Just run! Far away!

Lived here for over 5 years and its just gone down hill the whole time. Management doesnt care, and rent keeps increasing. Took pictures yesterday, and every single window/door I look out is a pile of trash, or abandoned car. Edited...I got out! This is the view I had out my kitchen window!!! And, I repeated asked them to clean it up with not even a response. But yet, they respond on here? lolZero stars!!

I lived here before I got my first place here at 19yrs old I lived here for 4 yrs I moved away because of issues with roommates and Millie in the office helped me out. Well I finally got back on my feet and I moved back and Millie helped me buy my first house At 23 years old. The people in the park I have never had an issue with never had police called on me and I through some parties but the main reason I moved back is because of Millie she’s an amazing person to work with and she helps you out the best she can. Thank you Millie for making it possible and helping me find my home.

They do not manage their property right. Cleanliness of homes are disgusting. Have a fast turn a round of renters. Park always looks like a slum. Will tell you that you can purchase your home and then say it is not valid at your lease renewal. Do not recommend!

Excellent staff in the office. many rules, but I understand that my children are safe in this community. residents appreciate. The monthly raffles is a motivation for us to be punctual with our payments. Good service to the community.

Sharon is great at getting things done as soon as possible. Anytime weve had an issue with our home, theyve been quick to respond. Millie is a saint and BRIAN is the best maintenance man! He takes pride in his work and makes sure the job is done right! I always ask for him when we need something done.My only complaint about the place is the group of trouble making teens that walk around stirring up trouble. Ive had the police out several times. Im tired of them messing with my home and my kid and my neighbors homes and kids! Fix this and my review will be 5*

Very rude to their attendance

I don’t really know why this place has such a bad wrap. I’ve always been kind and courteous to the workers and office ladies here and they have done the same. Attentive with fixing things and very welcoming. For what I’m paying for rent I am very pleased with my house and the staff.... obviously if you’re rude and not understanding, you may not be the favorite. There’s over 100 houses and only a handful of maintenance workers.... I give them props for trying their best and working with what they have!

I would like to say that Millie in the managers office is amazing she will always listen to your concerns an get what ever needs done DONE she always goes above and beyond the expectations of a manager a will do her best to take care of you an the park if your thinking about moving in the park it really is a great place to live cause of her the rent is fair an what is expected of you as a resident is the same anywhere. So if your debating just take the leap you wont regret it .

Sharon and Millie are the best we have been here for 3 years now bought our home a year ago and we love it here if we ever have any issues they are always on top of it trying to get it resolved we have been through a few different managers and I have to say Millie and Sharon are the best weve had hope they are here for a long time to come park has never looked better

We LOVE living here!!! Any time we have ever had an issue, which was far a few between Jordan and Sam have always been VERY helpful! This is the perfect place for our family and we’re considering buying our home we love it that much!!! Jordan is always quick to help and answer any questions or concerns we may have and I love the fact that the park is so clean and well kept! We moved here all the way from Taylor and it has been an all around AMAZING experienceThank you Jordan for by far being the best landlord we’ve ever had!

I was approved to live there,had t found a home I liked, some still were still waiting to be worked on, was told by Sam they would keep in touch when homes became available close to what I was looking for, but its been around 4-5 months now still havent heard a word and Ive called quite a few times, guess they really dont want my monthly money then...shame on them for not doing what they said and making me get them everything they needed to get me approved then leave me hanging... piss poor managing at its best ..

Ive been having a hard time finding a place with low rent that doesnt have a bunch of thug types living in it, one of my customers pointed me in this direction. My first impression was great! Jenny in the office was the first person in dozens to not suddenly have a change in tone when I told her I was self employed and due to the season my current income isnt exactly well documented. Everywhere else I have been immediately didnt care what I had to say after that. I still didnt meet her bosss standards and I was denied in the end, but she made me feel so welcome and good about myself I had to share.

Millie in the front office is incredible. She’s persistent and is always on top of anything i ever needed done. Just like any trailer it had it’s good and bads but above all, I’m happy with my experience living there and i would recommend this park to others.

I have lived in two other parks and this is by far the cleanest I have lived in. Jordan the park manager is the easiest to work with. Every time I have an issue she is very helpful and gets things corrected quickly. The only down fall to this park is no playground but we only live 5 minutes from clover beach and the playground. So it isn’t very Inconvenient to take the kids there.

I would like to thank Millie & Sam in the office for helping to get my brother home. You guys are the greatest. I felt you went above and beyond for me. Thank you both so very much. Happy holidays.

I’ve lived in this neighborhoods for a little over a year now and I am so empressed with the new management (Jordan & Sam)! The improvements to the park are so noticed and greatly appreciated! The park looks great! They are installing new decks, cleaning up all trash quickly and keeping the children off the strays at night. Tyrone Woods is an enjoyable place to live now and we really appreciate all the hard work the staff is doing to make it that way!

Good things happening at Tyrone Woods.There have been some changes at Tyrone Woods over the past few months. Ive lived here almost 10 years and have suffered through many changes in office and park management over the years. They seemed to have gone through (by my last count) 5 park managers and numerous office and maintenance staff. Last year Millie came here and things improved a little bit as she singlehandedly tried to make things better but was held back by yet another bad manager. Millie did a good job in spite of her lacking work environment. Recently I met the new manager Sharon. Im very impressed with her, her organizational skills, and her people skills. Between her and Millie the office has a whole new air of service and functionality. It seems to be jelling into a good management team.Another example of this effect happened the other day. I needed some work done on my home and I asked that it be done within 4 days. That afternoon a maintenance person called Jon showed up and had it done in minutes. Jon was very competent, fast and pleasant to deal with. A far cry from the previous maintenance people who would do nothing but complain about the management and do poor quality work because they were rushing (with very poor quality) so they could see the Michigan / Michigan State football game. It seemed that quality was determined by the football schedule. Jon is a breath of fresh air and I look forward to having him work on my home in the future. I have gotten into the habit of trying to do everything my self because of the previous poor quality. Those who know me that Im not easily impressed. Im very impressed with Jon.Sincerely,Ken Young

Really love living here. nice clean trailers with no issues and rent is cheap. new management took over and they got everything organized and i could not be happier. i keep to myself so i do not know a lot of people here but my neighbors are nice and nobody seems to bother me and its quiet at night which is all i want. rent is low and water is low so i have been saving money but i dont plan on leaving probably ever.

Been living here for 2 years. Every move I make is a violation. Car tire went flat while I was at work violation that night. Lawn was cut & 3 days later violation for not cutting because of all the rain. Recent violation was my trash cans next to my porch..........yet they have been there since I signed my lease & it wasnt a problem until now. I have no shed. Request for one was denied. But I rent so Im not building one on property I dont own! Property not maintained repairs never done right if done at all. Its constant harrassment. But yet I cant get in my driveway at night because the neighbors park in the road blocking my driveway when there are signs clearly stating no parking in the street. Really wish I could afford to move.

The new management is excellent. I have never had any problem with current or previous management.Actually I have not had a problem with anybody here at all.I do not see why there are so many bad reviews.As far as cost this place was a $1500.00 less to get in compared to everywhere else in the area.The criteria to get in is also less strict than most places. Brand new home. Water is much better than any surrounding places.Management seems to allow you to landscape etc how you want if you want. Its quiet people keep to themselves. So far so Good😊

I have lived here 4 years and up till sharon took over taking care of stuff i had alot of issues with stuff getting done. She has been great for the office. And also a real nice place to live.

Very clean quiet community. They have resident appreciation events and really show they care about their residents. Great place to live!

Nice complex. Management average. Be careful dropping rent in slot. Can get lost and they hold you responsible and dont reimburse costs for their mishandling.

A great place to live. The new management people are awesome. You call to report something and boom within a day someone is there checking it out. Jenay was a real help by sending people to repair my roof and fix my three broken water lines.

There has been ups and downs with this place. When I first moved in I spent 2-3 hours cleaning after they told me they would before I got there. There were a couple of things broken that I just fixed myself too. However, its not all bad, the rents not a bad price. The water bill on the other hand is a bit out of hand. Its just my husband and me and I pay between 70-90 a month for that alone. We did have to get home owners insurance and I dont know why. The kids are in the street quite often but there isnt really anywhere else to play.

Having Millie at the office is great. She stops and talks with the residents with a smile and friendly words.

Deserves all five stars. Easy Peasy move in. Thourough coverage on move in paperwork. Sincere check ins by the management to make sure things are going well. Highlights are Jordan and Sam, the office managers. They are ready and willing to address what matters to you as an individual resident. Also the maintenance staff! Thankful for Scott, Ken, and Chris! Safe, quiet, friendly and affordable. :-)

They didnt power wash the house or get rid of pests before my friend moved in. they also hired gangs of children to walk around the park, take pictures of peoples houses, and submit those pictures to the park manager. They literally have children to do their dirty work as snitches.Not only is this creepy, but its a huge invasion of privacy. they dont even have washers and dryers that come with the trailer, or air conditioning. They dont have trash pickup for free, and they expect you to get your own trash cans.The residents are really nice, and its a good family place, but the owners are inscrupulous and negligent.

Ive lived here 6 years. And I agree with everyone else that has said this place sucks every last cent out of you. They fine you for everything under the sun. No where for kids to play, nothing to do but to get in to trouble by causing problems. No park, no pool, no nothing. This place used to be cheaper because of that, but now its just overpriced and still nothing to do.I have an atrocious water bill every month, even though theyve fixed the supposed leaks, it still runs over $180 a month and many times its been over $200 a month. I am on a limited income and have to budget my finances carefully, and the amount my rent has gone up in the past 3 years, I cant afford to live here anymore. In the process of buying a house with my fiance, and once that goes through, were out of here for good.Also, the houses are infested with bed bugs. There are so many families having to throw all of their belongings away because of these pests. And not everyone can afford to have the exterminator come out and spray for $2500. I would save myself and my wallet the headache and move elsewhere. This place really isnt worth the trouble.

Do not buy a home in here that hasnt been inspected by a licensed contractor and plumber. 100% there is large amounts of mold from the maintenance negligence and the roofs are leaking. The neighbors asked for their roof to be repaired and moved out when TWs didnt follow through and mold began seeping thru the ceiling. TWs slapped a for sale sign in the window without any repairs made to the home after the renters left. Last year I took TWs to court for a water heater repair that took them over 5 months to correct and replace and after 7 botch jobs of them slapping patches of drywall over a completely black, molded rotten wall, I contacted the Attorney General before TWs would stop making my children Ill from mold on purpose. I won my case, even when they tried to hold me accountable for $320/mth of water Bills due to their negligence during that entire ordeal, the judge laughed in their face. Now they refuse all repairs for most people and slap for sale signs up for unsuspecting victims when the renters give up and leave. My neighbor plays music from 8p-3a and drunkenly assaults her bf of the week in the yard, thats been going on since February 2019. Shes gone to jail, 30+ reports filed with police and TWs and they dont care to enforce their contracts unless they greedily gain from it. Not to mention the $400 pest bill Justin the owner forced on me after I reported a resident had an infestation and the pest inspector never found a bug in my home. Real great dump to waste your money on nothing in. The original owner was a good man, his incompetent children left to manage should work at McDonalds instead, they do not understand the business, nor do they care about anything other than how to get more money from us, while they drive Maseratis.. the owners are actually the problem with this place. Cant they sell to someone who can do the job?!

Whatever rules exist are apparently irrelevant. Dogs run rampant and the park management cannot be bothered to answer emails at all or in a timely fashion. We were not informed there was no AC in our unit, they do not provide dish washers, weve had problems with the stove from day 1, the fridge has a water option, but that isnt hooked up at all, area between window panes had mold, storm door wont remain shut if its windy due to shoddy installation, the wiring on one side of our unit doesnt even work. There is no park for children to play at. Our counter tops had to be redone due to terrible work, the ones we have now stain if you so much as look at them.

STAY CLEAR! Lived here since 2007, and never had as much trouble with the management till the new ownership turned the place over to his kids. Rentals with black mold and bed bugs in them and not being properly taken care of, rentals are allowed to look like rundown but home owners like myself and wife have to have a perfect yard. One thing out of place and its a 50 dollar fine. These kids runnin the place change the rules of the lease as they see fit so they can fine like mad. The prices may look nice, but the trouble they put you threw is not.

I’ve stayed in many mobile home parks in my lifetime, and I’m happy to say that after five years of living here, my search for a permenant residence is finally over! Thank you Tyrone Woods for providing the place I love calling home!

New management is awsome and on top of things.

I lived here three years ago. The rent price wasnt terrible, but the water was OUTRAGEOUS. I mean $200+ a month.I rated them accordingly.Today, we had a quick stop at the park, the first time since the move.Holy hell, it looks AWFUL. The grass is ridiculously overgrown, porches are falling apart, doors off the hinges and paint peeling. Maybe we were jaded when we moved to Fenton and just didnt notice how hood this park was?

I moved here since August and I have to say that the employees are pretty friendly Ive had Nate at my home 3 times and timely he has repaired everything and done a little extra Jordan in the office is just as well every time that we call she handles it a timely manner I have to say without a doubt I enjoy living here.

Pipes froze and then there was a leak. Jordan handled the situation very quickly. Pipes were unfrozen then the next day she had a crew out to fix the leaking pipe and replace the floor. Larry and his crew were very quick and efficient.

Tyrone Woods has been a very good experience for my boyfriend and I. We were kinda slacking when it came to finding a home to move to after our lease was up at our old apartment. We found this place through someone in Facebook and decided to take a look. I instantly fell in love with the community. We did rush the crew to fix this house in 5 days sonthings still need to be fixed and addressed and Jordan and ken have been nothing less then amazing at coming to fix all issues! Jordan was always very on top of everything and very good at communication! I honestly hope it continues this way!

Lived here since 1999 and couldnt be happier. Love my neighbors it is very quiet and peaceful. Great value and friendly management.

Totally love the new manager Jordan and the maintenance staff. When I call its never any issues with fixing anything Ive needed. They even will check to make sure the issues are resolved.

I have lived here 10 years. Someone suggested it to me and although I never thought I would live in a mobile home, I decided to check it out. It has been a great experience, particularly the managers, along with the Maintenance staff.

That place is a joke! High water bills from well water that’s not fit to drink... ruins your washers and dish washers and coffee makers , mold in homesStay away..... far away from that place High rent on old mobile homes to bad this doesn’t let you post pictures

This is NOT and OUTDATED review, weve lived here for 3 years and it has gone down hill since we moved in. We are FINALLY done with our lease in August of 2016 and cant wait to be out of here. I wish I could put negative stars. My $800 rent is over $1000 because of a bogus water bill. (they have their own water/well house in the front of the park...) No place for the kids. (Unless you call the middle of the street, or should I say drag strip judging by how fast everyone drives around here, a safe place for kids!) My car has been broken into, gas has been stolen from us as well as my kids toys. No storage, so we pay for our own storage to keep our nice things that we dont want to have taken from us. We pay more than most here and dont even have a shed! Cats everywhere that use your yard and under your place as a litter box. (They have a stray problem, in fact one lives under my house and another one out in my back weeds NOT pets...maybe the one lady who feeds all the strays and allows all the kittens to live under her house could be considered their pets...) Horrible neighbors who are loud and have no respect for anyone. And dont even get me started about the bus stop which is just the entrance to the park which gets over crowded by cars and people/kids who wont move out of your way when you are trying to get in or out...I totally avoid even trying to leave around pick up and drop off times. Our stairs are broken and have rusty nails but I wont pay to fix them (which you have to pay for your own repairs...) you also have to buy home owners insurance. This place squeezes every last penny out of you, (even when you move!) and the park sure doesnt reflect that. They literally have a fee for everything, and charge you with no warning other than a letter stating Hey we are charging you $50 again this month! Did I mention you have to buy home owners insurance?! Not renters, HOME OWNERS. They told us you had to have it to move in! Save yourself and your wallet and choose somewhere else to live. If you think this place is great you must be part of the problem...

Pipes have frozen in multi homes due to the cold weather. The owners decided to stop sending maintenance out to fix rented homes. Tenants have no running water and some tenants have frozen waste lines with water backing up into the home and unable to flush toilets. Owners seem to not care about their tenants being without running water....

Never move here!!!!!! This place is a dump and look for anything to fine you for .. Total invasion of any and all privacy outrageous continuous hidden fees and rent goes up each year....

One of my friends told me about this place so I decided to check it out. The staff was extremely friendly and it was just an overall warm experience. Tyrone Woods you Rock!!

Beautiful Neighborhood. Short drive to golf courses and lakes. Paradise!

DONT MOVE HERE!!! unless you want to be fined for every little thing you can think of. the kids are so disrespectful, toss footballs at your car without a care. the office sucks, not personable at all. sorry tyrone woods, you suck though

This place is a rathole. There is a burned out couch in the front and trash lining the road in and out of the complex. Most trailers are in a state of disrepair and you can find anything from old grills to broken bikes littering the entire park. I am writing this on 27 Dec 2017. This place is the scourge of Tyrone Twp. Truly a dump.

The community isnt bad. The management is. Sometimes it feels like they are doing it for the first time except they never learn from their mistakes.

A nice community. Seems well managed and maintained. The streets are a little confusing though.

A decent modular community with a nice atmosphere, tucked away in the woods, conveniently close to the city.

Worse trailer park ever...and its all the management with their rule that make no sense. You will get charged for every little thing..if you move in this place is hope you dont have more than one pet if any...you get charged $30 alone just for them to read ur water meter. Hope

I wish I could leave a lower star rating. This place is awful and they will scam any amount of money out of you that they can.
