Horrible!!!! I know there were issues with the former manager and they are in a transition phase for a new manager but ever since this place sucks!!!!We rented a bed for one month for guest and paid in advance. Now they are charging us weekly for the bed again, although I already paid the full month in advance.I called 2 days ago and was told in the phone: hang on i am with a customer! What am I, not a customer??! I will be one customer less!! I specifically asked the lady to not charge the bed again and she said she took it out of the calculator. Well it was charged anyways!!Before that we had 2 deliveries and both times a piece was forgotten what came with it. Once an ottoman and once a frame.I feel like I work there myself as often as I have to call them and figure things out and Troubleshoot my account. A customer should not have to babysit a business.Last time they didnt charge me at all and sent me a mail that I am late, 5 days before they charged that very same card and all of the sudden it wasnt working?! But now it works again I guess since you were able to double charge me for something that was paid already

I had the worst experience at this place since day one . They have been thru so many manager changes , the never call you back to give status on a product that you are paying good money for. I talked to the new manager a month ago gave her benefit of that doubt and she’s doing the same thing. I order a bunk bed got a loaner till the one I want comes in and no body ever knows when a product is going to be in nor do they call you and give you any status . Don’t spend your hard working money here they don’t deserve your business.

I was very pleased with the service I received today. John and Karisma were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products offered. I was able to relax without pushy customer service. Thank you guys for your great service!

I just received the best customer service from the new manager Doris!!!! I havent had the best services here due to the high turn over rate, also due to bad management, but whoever placed this gal in management position.. has done the store in general a huge favor!!! She knows how to treat people, knows how to talk to people, solve problems and make you happy all at the same time. Everyone who has had bad experiences in this place, now is the time to go back!! thanks doris!! raise needed

I dont think iv ever had better service walking into a furniture store. Everyone greeted me as i walked in. I was not sure what i wanted but Tyler I believe his name was helped me search for what i was looking for online and really showed me some good prices that fit into my budget. I took forever to make a decision and i didnt feel rushed or pressured . Ive had horrible experiences in pretty much all the other furniture stores i have visited prior, Definitely recommend this buddys in Federal Way !

Some of the couches had stains on them and they looked returned! Very horrible to have out in the showroom. Associates were sitting on couches texting on their phones. Not a place to buy from unless you want stained items. Better order it new, Ill never go back there again. Walked out and felt like I needed a tetanus shot!!

John E. is the man! He helped me find everything I needed and worked out a great deal for me. Would definitely recommend talking to John if you come in here. Hes the manager and hes fantastic!

They advertise in competitors parking lots. Real classy.
