I walked into Supercuts on a Saturday afternoon expecting it to be super busy, but that wasn’t the case! I was greeted at the door by one of the employees who explained their credit card machine wasn’t working, so they were only taking cash. She was nice enough to point me in the direction of a drive thru ATM in the parking lot and said that they would hold my place in line if anyone else came.The haircut was great! I had never seen this stylist before but she had a keen eye for detail and provided great service. Supercuts where I’m normally from is a bit cheaper, but I was more than willing to pay what I did for the experience today! Thanks!

Lady wont listen to what i wanted, had a v at the bottom of my long hair and asked for a 1 trim , instead she cut it straight at the bottom taking my v layer looking mess up, when i asked her about the way she was cutting is she got mad and said she was going to layer cut it her way but it came up bad. I would Never go back.

July 16, 2021Wife needed a cut.Called all salons in area same story “Can’t get you in next week” & “There’s Supercuts”.So called got her in in 20 minutes.

Someone who works here decided one day itd be very cool to vent about dislikes of masks and covid shutdown rules. In essence this would be OK, but I honestly DARE YOU to go up to someone else who has lost someone during covid and say I just believe that when its your time to go, its your time and see how that goes for you. Despicable.

My son is 2.5 years and absolutely hates hair cuts, he screams and cries. Beverly was amazing, she still managed to give him a great hair cut and was very professional and polite.

My daughters experience was 5 star. Quick, friendly, exactly what we asked for.My experience? The woman obviously did not want to cut hair. She spent 15 minutes explaining how even though it had been 10 weeks since my last cut, and the style was the same one that I had had 10 weeks ago, my hair was too short to pull it off.I have never walked out of a salon without a hair cut. Before tonight.The Asian lady is fantastic. Monica has no business working with clients without further training.Review update:I went in after being contacted by the manager. A promise to make it right. The services were promised to me discounted. After the haircut, which was more along the lines of a $25.00 cut, I was charged over $42.00. I will never return to that place again. I have also edited my rating of the business from 3 stars to 1.Management should know how to be people of their word.

@Brandon Huggins,I was there today and she is amazing we got very close while she was cutting my hair. She does a very well done job. If i could tip her more i would have. She is the only person that has ever done my hair the way i wanted it and i appreciate her. I most definitely recommend coming here if you want a respectable and great job done on your hair cut. And if she reads this i just wanted to say thank you for our talk and you will definitely see me there again. : )

For my life, I cant remember the name of the British girl that cut my hair, but she well does her job at great value to customers--shes totally worth it. I paid $52 for a haircut yesterday that I couldve received here at a MUCH better value

A nice, young woman named UZ did my hair today and I had a great experience. She’s a great stylist and conversationalist. Overall, I’d recommend her and would go back again.

The lady that cut my hair, Danielle, was really nice! I showed her a picture on my phone to show her what I wanted, nothing complicated or too fancy.She told me what she was doing with every step. Also she made sure that she was doing what I wanted by asking me before she did anything. She also gave me tips on how to take care of my hair. Im definitely going back to her!

10/14/19 9AM I ask the girl for a fade cut. Zero on the sides and One on top. There was no fade in the job she did. After she finishes I mention this is not a Zero on the sides. She tells me well its my zero I didnt say any thing. I paid her 23.00 dollars and walked out. Poor place to go for a hair cut. I do not recommended

Not even close to being worth it. Bad haircut is an understatement. Literally only a handful of dollars less than somewhere NICE. Awkward environment. The only positive part about this place is that one of the girls is very nice and pleasant to talk to - the rest clearly hate working there. Learn from my mistake and go somewhere else.

I asked that my hair be cut at a length slightly below my back shoulder blades & in long layers. I walked in with hair almost to my lower waist & left with it barely sitting on my shoulders. I had no less than FOUR photos of the SAME length and in the layered style I wanted. Even tho I was ADAMANT that I always part my hair on the side, she still insisted in cutting my hair “straight”. In doing so, it FALLS super uneven. Because my hair is so thick, I have a SHELF on one side. So she says “what would you like me to do to fix it?” I said “I guess hand me the scissors since your not listening to me!” The other girl had to “fix it” but I’m doing so, I ended up with a crazy short haircut. It will take 2 years or more to get back to the length I asked for! Why don’t hairdressers LISTEN to their clients?

I couldnt tell when I first got my haircut, but my hair is chopped up all sorts of wrong ways. Spend extra money and go somewhere. Else. Please. An extra 10-20 dollars for a haircut is well worth it.

Worst place to ever go! I went in asking for a trim! I explained to not take off the length but just the layers. Just a trim I even showed her how much I was okay with her touching. She took off three inches my hair is so short I can barely put it in my messy bun. When I complained she picked up a tiny piece of my hair off the floor and said this is all she took! I know how long my hair was when I went in and it’s not even close to that now! Never go here never ever go here!

Based off some reviews I read Vietnamese lady gave me a line up she has gotten better. I’m sure as a salon it’s great but as a barber shop I strongly recommend you finding a real barber

Came here for a simple trim and the Vietnamese lady ended up doing my hair, it was THE Worst haircut Ive ever gotten in my life. She took an hour to trim my ends and I asked her to shorten my layers, she cut my top layer and forgot the rest. Had to go to another place to fix my hair. They were shocked at how bad the haircut was! This lady needs to be fired before they go out of business.

Way over priced, for $23 men’s hair cut I would expect a good service, she was literally done in 7-8 mins! The most basic hair cut that you can get away with is what I got here. The fade is horrible, left a lot of hair untouched. Never coming back here again.

Bring picture of hair style what you want doesnt mean anything to here. Asked style with picture, Vietnamese lady seems totally understood, but cut too short and it was not even similar style. She is gotta cut with her style whatever you ask.

Agree with two reviews about the Vietnamese lady. Just got done with my haircut, and it took her an hour and a half to do just a simple cut. Bangs uneven, does not know what a fade is, and kept stroking my hair over and over with her two fingers and a comb. She almost forgot to cut my left side burn.To make matters worse, the blond lady working next to her, kept abandoning her client to go over to the other blong lady and talking about a little girls hair. Same blond lady that kept abandoning her client, asked the Vietnamese woman several time to turn down the heat. SHE WAS WITH A CLIENT LADY! She was the only complaining about the temperature. I had to tell her to turn it down herself, as my lady kept getting nterrupted as it was to register people into the shop.Terrible experience.

Rather go to the barber college in the mall .. this will be my 3 time returning to fix a hair cut No refunds available, but I get a free hair cut next time ha! Not even worth it.

Worst haicut experience in my life. Vietnamese lady does not know what a fade is and instead, it made me go for a #1 haircut . The lady overdid my hair when she was doing the #1, now my hair feels brittle. She does not know her basics of cutting hair

I spend almost $50 for my two sons but the outcome was horrible! I have to go to other barber shop to recover what is left. West time and money also it hurt my kidos feeling. I would be back to this store or any other super cut ever again!

Terrible attention. I was told in the most despotic way that dogs do not enter their premises. I did not even want my hair to be touched.
