I often come here to shop and it always takes a minute for cashiers to ring up items. but the past 2 times Ive ran into a employee her name was Tiffany and she scanned my items so fast and she was so sweet she held conversation with me and also let me know that a couple of my items had coupons . She was so helpful and fast paced . And I remember mention she never had a job working like this and that she was a new hire. That was a plus. GOOD JOB TIFFANY

The most pain in the rear store at which to shop. The customer service is non existent. If you point it out to them, they give you a gift card instead of training their employees correctly. God forbid you have a broken arm or a disability and need help! You are on your own.

With everyone running out of gas due to people being greedy. BJs employees were standing outside guiding people. I really appreciated this so much because every other place is just so chaotic and people are acting crazy, but it was so considerate of them standing outside all day in the heat for everyone to get their gas. Thank you all!

Ive been a member at bjs for a few years now and this was the very first negative encounter. Yesterday was my daughters 1st birthday party and we ordered her cake online. I sent my husband in to pick the cake up. Not even 2 minutes into him walking into the store he was stopped by police. We were told that one of the workers identified him as someone that stole 3 TVs a few hours earlier. Now, we live in Raeford nc and had to drive 45 minutes to get there. I explained that we had just came from the catering company picking up food. They held us up for almost an hour. The cake wasnt even ready and we never got an apology. The person that stole the tvs had a pony tail. My husband has a low cut....... we all dont look the same

Im a bjs member and I got 2 other people on my membership. Plus I have a bjs credit card. Today Im canceling my membership and credit cards. Bad service and bad customer service. They dont care about there membership. I just joined sams club.

Not happy with the Fayetteville,NC location. Their curbside pick up is awful! You wait a long time for your order to be brought out and this last time with me giving them a try, they got my order wrong TWICE in a day- first the employee come bringing me the wrong entire order, then they send another employee out with what i thought was my order and she wants to debate with me about how long it took her to bring my order out. I get home and discover an item of mine was not what i ordered..it was the wrong size. I will be returning the mess back first thing in the morning to and GETTING WHAT I ORDERED AND PAID FOR. I will get my membership with Sams Club now and do away with Bjs. Just awful customer service and curbside pick up!

Normally we were always fans of BJs. However I can assure you that this particular store has an American Cockroach issue. We saw two dead ones on the open floor and we used one of their cardboard boxes to store our bought goods into and as we were placing them in the trunk, a LIVE one scurried from the box. This was disgusting. Not sure I want to continue shopping there now. They need a real good exterminator.

False advertisement for their gas prices. The sign said $1.53 but yet at the pump I paid $1.59. Do you want to get cheap gas don’t go there. Even scan my membership card and everything I didn’t get my membership price. Definitely won’t be buying gas from there again

So this morning after working I went by BJs to just spayed in there opening for Frontline First Responders everyone was polite and nice but was not organized everybody was not on the same page and please do not know how the policy applied to the First Responders as a sign said while standing outside it said that it was open and she was for non-members got inside picked up a few little things got to the checkout counter (reg 5) brings up my stuff in my basket Im standing here waiting for our total which I end up having to ask her and she goes oh why I need your BJs card and I said well that wasnt told us when we came through the door because if that was the case they should have sent us up to the front to get the membership card first and she said she really wasnt sure but I had to have a membership and I told her I said well thats not what the sign says out front she turned around and asked another employee and they said oh you have to apply for a membership I said wow the cashier had said that she had been gone and she didnt know you know how it works so needless to say I left my stuff there because I wasnt about to stand in line again nor was I getting ready to be applying for membership especially when we dont know if were going to have jobs tomorrow along with how disorganized this economy and world is right now. I appreciate the offer in the opportunity but not very organized because it was very clear they did not have a team meeting or discuss things with their front end cashiers about how things were to go this morning between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.. So I called and spoke with the young lady I think she said her name was Whitney explain to her what had happened at register 5 and she said that they prefer that you do sign up for membership since theyre offering 4 months free with the membership but if you were just stopping in and you were picking up a few things do to you on your way to work or something like that and you dont have to sign up for the membership...SMH like I said appreciate the opening for us but is a waste of my time this morning after working 12 hours.

The staff here , is very welcoming. There is one young man that always goes above and beyond . I believe his name is Orlando. Im always buying items that are to big for me to place in the car and he is one of the people that will help. The other day I bought a bunk bed, and there were two other men that helped me out. They helped me put it the truck and left. I soon realized I was struggling to close the truck door , I was getting very flustered and my door popped off. Few minutes later Orlando came up, and told me he saw be struggling as he was helping another customer. He fixed the truck door and placed items upright so we could close the door. I really appreciate how he is eager to help and his customers services skills are so genuine. Orlando is amazing!

I like shopping there, but checking out with your purchases can be tedious because of the lack of cashiers. They close most of the paid cashier check out stations and force shoppers to go to self check out, with no financial benefit for the shoppers.Across town, another Club has more open check out cashiers and buddy to help facilitate the purchase process. Shoppers only use self check out if they wish.

We recently joined the Fayetteville club due to a coupon we saw in the paper. Ms. Teresa Parker helped us at the service desk. She was so nice and helpful. So glad she was there to help us join the club. Thank you Teresa!

Nice variety and well stocked

BJs refused to allow me to shop today because I refused to mask my four children who are all under age 11 & by the state “mandate” exempt. meanwhile, I’ve shopped at my local BJs the past four months with no masked kids no problem. This is not about health and safety!

I just wanted to say thank you to all of the staff working today, April 19th, who came in early so that nurses, first responders, and hospital staff could shop before opening to the public. Everyone was very courteous and had a smile on their faces. As a nurse I cant always get to stores to purchase things before they are gone. Just wanted to give a shout out to Jeannie with customer service for the excellent customer care I received. She went above and beyond to help understand the situation and took care of it fully. Store was always clean and organized. Used the car service multiple times and very pleased. Just wish BJs had more locations so there was one closer in our new house!

Shopped at BJS on 4/5/2020. They advertised manufacturer clipless coupon on certain items. I also had coupons from their book that they send out. The coupon numbers were different and I was denied use of the paper coupon. I was cheated and in my opinion, BJS falsely advertised. I was told due to the virus going around, BJs is not using paper COUPONS and any COUPONS would be automatically deducted at the register during Check out. It took off the clipless coupon, but not the others, which were different coupon numbers. I lost out on about $10.00 in coupons. I had just spent $159.00 shopping at BJS and I put everything on the customer service counter and got my money back. BJS, you have lost a customer. I will not be renewing my membership in May. Shame on BJs.

Why is everything I bought last week already expired??? We had to finish the crab salad in two days and now the chicken salad needs to be finished off if it hasnt already spoiled. Its that way with many things :O :( Im wishing I went to Cosco now. Never had to look at dates at Sams Club.

I want to shout out Miss Tina and Miss Sam for their excellent customer service. It’s not often you find retail who care about the customer. These ladies went well above the expected standard and o have been in retail for 20 years ! My husbands 50th birthday cake was not made and they stepped up and Miss Tina came and volunteered to make his cake while I waited. We own a business and get many cakes from here and this was the second time it’s happened. I was not planning to order anymore cakes from here but Miss Sam was so kind and apologetic and upgraded my cake for free. Miss Tina doesn’t even work in the bakery anymore but stepped up and did it. This is what team is al about and I admire them for working together to solve a problem and make me feel confident enough that I will be back to order many more cakes. These ladies deserve recognition and the rude lady that took my order on Wednesday who was a supervisor and did not make the cake should be reprimanded to say the least. Maybe you have the wrong Person as supervisor. thank you Tina and Sam!!

The deli is awful

For the most part, I like BJs, lately the customer service sucks. Theyre app coupons do not show up if youve clipped them less than an hour ago. This was relayed to me by an employee.

Love shopping there, love the gas prices but I don’t understand how the air pump at the gas station goes out almost every week or two it seems.

Absolutely amazing and totally worth the membership. Works even better for those who coupon. Coupon station at the door as you walk in store map located near customer service and the gas prices are amazing. Imagine what you spend at Sams Club and then ask yourself how much less it would be if you could use coupons.

The bakery made the cake , fresh, delicious, beautiful for my sons Green Beret graduation on VERY short notice. I called 2 days before, they made ordering on the phone, with someone stopping by with the picture, easy and a blessing! I understand the manager of bakery worked on cake, but even the person taking the order ALL OF THEM went above and beyond the call of duty! A very nasty bakery in Maryland was so unaccomadating and we were so glad to use BJs. Picture included!! Thanks to everyone.♥

For the past 3 years until today me and my mom never have be treated with so disrespect from this store. The deli section gave us a hard time and didnt for 1 give the right amount of meat and started talking to a different customer and served them and did not finish are order. we now go less frequently there and if we have the same lady again we dont wont her serving us ever again.

I originally stopped to pick up a case of water, but there wasnt any, so I decided to grab a few bagels just look around a bit. I found a travel cup on sale so I picked up one and went to the register. The cashier was not at all friendly, and then couldnt find a price for the cup and had to ask for a price check. While we were waiting I noticed on the screen that she had charged me for 9 bagels when I only had 3. When I mentioned this to her she asked me if I wanted her to take it off, well of course I did, why would I want to pay for 6 bagels I didnt get. So she removed the item all together. I explained to her I wanted them but only want to pay for 3, since I am only purchasing 3. She told me that I had to pay for 9, they only come in packs of 6 or 9. I asked her why I couldnt buy just 3 bagels, since I had bought 3 the week before without issue. She then held up my cup and bag of bagels and told me I could take it to customer service and let them deal with it, like I was inconveniencing her. By this time another young girl had come to do the price check, and it seemed that I was inconveniencing her as well. Neither person was rude to me but it was obvious by their tone and demeanor that I was annoying them. I told them to just void my order. As I went to leave the cashier next to my register had apparently overheard the whole conversation and stopped me to apologize and said shed be glad to help me, but I told her it was such a small order it didnt seem worth the trouble and thanked her for offering. Too bad all the cashiers arent like her.

So easy to shop here. Got a discount on membership for being a Veteran! My wife and I really enjoy the prices & coupons that we can use to bring overall costs down. And I love getting my gas here because they are one of the lowest price per gallon in Fayetteville.

I had an appointment for 530pm to put 4 new tires on. I fropped off at 520pm. Well, its now 720 pm and not 1 tire on yet. Now is it the maintenance guys fault, I ask myself...why does he stop everytime someone comes to ask him to put air in their tires or to buy a battery. I asked him about how long will it take. He states about an hour. I steped out came back 1.25 hous later and barely has touched it. He has no help. Hes a nice guy who cant say wait I have another customer . But can make a woman wait almost 2 hours. Next person that comes to get air, I become a New Yorker with an attitude.

DON’T BUY TIRES FROM HERE!!! This by far was the worst tire buying experience ever!! The warranty is outstanding!! The employee are very unprofessional and they lie!!! They say they call you when they don’t!! I waited for someone to call me when my tire would be in, because they had to be ordered. That did not happen!! They employee swore they called me and that was a total lie. I had to go back to the tire department and they had the nerve to tell me that I had to make an appointment to have the tires put on the rims!!!! GTFOH!!!

Im sorry but Holly the manager needs to be reported she treats her employees different. She is very unprofessional and she dont know how to talk to people. She also fired 2 employees for no reason instead of finding out the situation of the cause.

Last weekend there was a sign that said 10 cents off per gallon with purchase in store. I purchased about 95 dollars and did not get my gas discountThat was to be the last day for this offer. The gas clerk said said the offer expired in April. The sign said Mary 31st was the last day. I was disappointed.

I love BJs! Similar to Cosco, definitely much nicer than Sams Club! They already have great prices, and in addition, they send coupon books in the mail each month & honor additional coupons on top of that! Highly recommend!

This is indeed a wholesale club. It has a different selection than Samsung which also has a location in town. Its near Cross Creek Mall and fresh market store. Of note is the fact you can buy gas line here at a very inexpensive price. They have a snack bar with pizza and hotdogs.

Why dont they load prepaid debit cards like walmarts? And my husband hates that place.. He says the lady who checks receipts at the door was looking into our cart too intently like we stole something...Meanwhile the white couple with a cart full of expensive items, she looked at for 2 seconds and then they were on their way...Racist much?! Also my husband and I saw someone in the store carrying a firearm...Why do they allow shoppers to carry firearms in their store...

If I could give 0 stars I would! DO NOT EVER buy tires or get your tires repaired at this establishment! I bought a set of 4 tires from bjs tire section for about $1000. Good warranty purchase, and garantee of free rotations/balancing/repair. I had hit a pothole in the road recently and blew out my front right tire. I replaced the tire with the spare donut and took the damaged tire on the rim straight to bjs on a Thursday afternoon, leaving the tire AND the rim over the weekend. They informed me that they would order the tire and have it ready to go by Monday. When I came in Monday, they had not put the newly ordered tire on my rim, then proceeded to explain to me that they had not gotten the correct paperwork from me initially on that previous Thursday. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, even though they had failed to inform me of the mishap via telephone, assuming mistakes happen, and gave them the other paperwork they had requested. The next morning I had discovered a slow leak in one of the OTHER tires. I returned to bjs to pick up my tire on TUESDAY, and to let them know about the slow leak in my other tire. At this point they had STILL failed to fix the tire I had initially brought to them. I explained to them very calmly, despite my high level of irritation at this point, that I no longer felt safe driving my car around on a donut spare tire and a tire with a slow leak, and asked if I could leave my car overnight. They said it was fine but that if anything happened to my vehicle that bjs was not responsible for any damage. I said thats fine, I really just want you to fix my tire by tomorrow please, and order another tire to replace the one with the slow leak by Friday, if possible. He took my phone number down and told me that he would call me to let me know when it was done. The next day, WEDNESDAY, I did not receive a phone call all morning. I tried to call bjs tire department, several times, and got no response. I came in on my lunch break, for the third day in a row now, and they STILL had not replaced my tire. The manager was there this time, thank god! I asked the man whom I spoke with the previous day, if they had at least put the tire on the rim yet, and why hadnt finished the job yet, to which the gentleman became very defensive and extremely argumentative. I told the man right in front of his boss, look I dont blame you, I know you all have been busy here, but I have been basically car-less since last Thursday and I really just want you to fix my tire. He proceeded to tell me That he had been trying to contact me, which he had not (I had 0 missed calls) and that I was supposed to pay for the tire before he could put it on the rim and onto my car, which I had been completely unaware of until this point. His boss lady finally cleared thing up and he started the process of replacing my tire. When his boss walked away he said to me I cant believe you would do me like that to which I said, do you like what? Im the one who hasnt had a drivable car for almost a week now! He kept shaking his head and mumbling, and the. I asked him if he wanted me to wait or if I should just come back later to pick up my car, to which he replied thats on you. I decided to leave because I had to be back at work and did not want to waste any more of my time being belittled and treated poorly as a customer. His boss called me about an hour later and informed me that my car was ready, and that the warranty I had purchased did not cover the second damaged tire that had a slow leak. Now, not only have I paid $1,000 for the initial set of tires, but I had to wait 6 DAYS for them to put one tire on one rim, was lied to and treated very poorly by the staff, and I still had to pay about $33.00 for the replacement tire. Also, they refuse to replace the other tire that I bought with under warranty.
