I often have to purchase Money orders and cash checks for my small business. I choose to drive a little further and go out of my way to use this business. The customer service that I always receive is top notch!! Tracey is always smiling and remembers me by name! I wish more businesses had a “Tracey” working for them. She is that employee that should set the bar for everyone else to live up to!

The local store wasnt able to help me due to lack of cash on hand but the associate sent me to the 2nd closest location I called before I went to make sure they could help and the associate at the store put my money to the side until I arrived to ensure it wasnt a waisted trip the ladies were very helpful and my experience was wonderful I highly recommend

I love seeing her face and hearing her voice when I come there. It honestly stops me from going to other ones. She sees me often because of money orders and depositing money on my account.

They’re reasonable with the check cashing fee. They give great assistance on the benefits of ACE and being able to sign up takes less than 5mins and a hard copy ready to use card and app is awesome! Highly recommend to everyone and I was referred.

The process was fast and easy. The customer service representative was very knowledgeable about her job and respectful.

I’m not a customer yet they send me emails and account info via email. I’ve requested multiple times for them to remove my email address and they will not. I shouldn’t be receiving another persons account info.

IDE give negative stars if I could. Horrible misleading service, they tell you one thing on the phone then once you go there, they charge you more than what they said on the phone. This is company is horrible. Save youre hard earned money and go to Walmart. 10xs better.

Told me she could cash my check because she was waiting for money to be brought in. Had a 1k check and she said she could give me 100 in cash and put the rest on a card. But I HEARD her counting out right at $1000 to her obvious friend in from of me. You either have money or you dont. Cant pick and choose because 1 person is your friend and the other has never been to the location and will NEVER be back. Very unprofessional and not how to run a successful business.
