Hello,I just want to say is… I don’t know what I have never done this before!!!! It’s amazing not shaving every day. I’m only on my session 4 so I’m still getting hair BUT a lot different, a LOT less, and a LOT smoother. I know with a few more sessions It will be so much better. The Doctor that does my laser, she’s so nice, her office is really clean. I recommend this place 100%

I am beyond happy with my laser treatments with Milan. The cost of treatments cover you long term, so you dont have to worry about them charging you more money for additional sessions in the future. The staff and facilities are great and they gave reasonable expectations for how many sessions it would take, and how much pain to expect.When I first looked them up, I was suspicious over the number of five star reviews, so I started looking at other Milans that had similar reviews. From going there, they do not give any incentives or push people to leave reviews--they are just that great! Im so happy and I wish I tried laser sooner.

Ive been here twice, once for an initial consultation and Ive undergone one session. The staff is very welcoming, professional, and kind. I was nervous prior to my first session but it went well. Its not the most comfortable procedure but its MUCH less painful than waxing and the results are permanent. They charge more than some places that do LHR but you pay once for as many sessions you need, including follow up sessions later if your hair grows back due to hormonal changes. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received so far and look forward to continuing my hair loss journey!

Ive never done laser hair removal but Ive shaved, waxed and tweezed...laser has given me the best long lasting results. Im Hispanic with darker skin and I have had no adverse affects. The staff makes me feel so comfortable and is always able to answer all my questions. I dont have to worry about shaving when I wear short sleeves or take last minute trips to the pool. My confidence is at an all time high and I owe some of that to Milan.

The ladies in this office are amazing! They are so personable and I never feel judged. The treatments are quick and easy and done in such a welcoming environment. Its also nice to finally have somewhere local. I postponed treatment due to location but also anxiety. I highly recommend this particular Hair Removal office to anyone fighting the same battle.

GO TO MILAN LASER HAIR REMOVAL!! I consulted with so many laser hair removal facilities, Ideal Image was the WORST. When I called Milan the first time, the receptionist was so helpful, I wanted to hug her over the phone. We unintentionally stayed on the phone for 30 minutes talking about the frustrations of shaving etc etc. I originally called the Raleigh office but ended up in the Fayetteville office because Sam, the receptionist in Fayetteville, put me on a wait list to come in sooner! That is exceptional customer service, and I hadn’t even stepped foot in the facility! At my consultation in the Fayetteville facility, Jessica was AMAZING! Very personable! I didn’t feel pressured to buy a package like Ideal Image made me feel. Instead, I felt like I was talking to a friend and at the same time learning about their services! I ended up buying their full body package ON THE SPOT. Trust me, IT IS WORTH IT! My first treatment went super well! Kristen, the provider who did my first treatment, was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had and actually made me feel super comfortable after I built up so much anxiety! Sam actually went ahead and booked a couple of visits ahead of time! They are open some Saturday’s, so that is definitely a plus! Their facility is exceptionally clean, SPOTLESS!! I can’t say enough about this place! These ladies are amazing!! Oh, and the pain level? WHAT PAIN?? I have more pain when I cut myself shaving! So go, call and book!!
