Words cannot express the importance of my work computer! When I realized that my charge port was broken I went into panic mode. I knew there was no way it would hold the charge it currently had throughout the entire work day and worse, I immediately thought of the process of repair and dropping off somewhere was giving me anxiety. Will never have them anything fix for me. It took a month and 2 days to have part to arrive. Thats the hard drive and battery.. Battery not in the bag.. and bottom is scratched.. to indicate the battery is used somewhere else.

I dropped off my daughter’s gaming laptop that she dropped and broke, it was in pretty bad shape. After dropping off, a few weeks went by and they informed me that the laptop I dropped off was a hard to find rare HP that parts would take awhile, long story short after a few weeks went by my Wife was getting upset and frustrated because of the wait, after calling and addressing our concerns the owner said before he lose a customer he would get it right and make it right because of the long wait for parts, he fixed it by the deadline and when it came to the final nil the owner told me I owe nothing and he’s sorry for the mix up and hope we would use them in the future again, I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great group of women and Men there.

Kept consistent contact with me, inexpensive but perfect service, and they got my job done in less than 24 hours.

Had my laptop over a month, said it would take over $300 in parts to fix and I had to pay repairs and parts upfront. Chose to pick up the laptop and take it to best buy. Best buy had it fixed and ready for pickup by the second day, no parts needed. Might need to check that ticket again. I was offered a graphics card upgrade, but I have a voice mail saying my hard drive was corrupt and would need to be replaced and prices for two hard drives when I called you back two weeks before I picked it up. Another voice-mail explaining about getting the part from an out of network vendor, so you required payment upfront two weeks later, which is when I decided to buy a new laptop and pick that one up. I thought it was no good, wish I would have known best buy could fix it so easily before I bought a new one.

After looking around fayetteville for months trying to find a reasonable laptop repair shop I finally ran into fayetteville tech repairs I dropped off two laptops here and they fixed them fairly quickly and at a very reasonable price. Wonderful staff kind loving and patient. the owner is amazing my god continue to bless them. I am more then satisfied and I highly recommend them to absolutely anyone in need of tech repairs 🥰

We called because our laptops were in serious need of an upgrade. Spoke with Calvin on the phone, he was patient and clear in explaining what was needed. He was able to upgrade our computers and also added software we really needed for our business. They also have a monthly maintenance package that has been a lifesaver. I took a 2016 macbook air that wouldnt cut on to this establishment a few days ago. Staff members were professional when conducting my free diagnostic test. However, after making me aware of a logic board issue, the price for parts and labor they tried to charge was $540. That is absolutely overpriced, considering that I got the same issue completely resolved, with a 180 day warranty by a different repair shop for $129 only days later. That is $400 of mystery profit for guys that are supposed to be capable of making the repairs I needed. I most likely will not be returning to Fayetville Tech for anything.
