Very good job of car detailing. I called them a couple of days prior to appointment on Saturday. Car is old so did only interior detailing. Car was ready in two hours. Had a chance to check if everything is Ok before paying. Overall good service for the value!

I brought my 2012 Toyota Prius in today for a full detail (inside and out) and it looks Brand New! I wrote a lengthy explanation of the extremely poor job, not complete and the owner was not willing to correct the problem. Very poor customer service, and be sure you have him give you a list of what they will do in the detailing, which i DID NOT DO. mY FAULT FOR NOT HAVING THAT. In summary, do not take your car there for detailing!!! I could of had a job just as good if I had taken my Hummer to a full service car wash. Again beware of this business. They tell you one thing and do just what they want and call it complete. BEWARE!!

Apparently Diamond detail is no longer in business. Flawless Diamond Detail sold to a new group with the same phone number and same location. My FULL DETAIL expensive gift certificate which shows valid until December 2019 is worthless. Hopefully no one else gave the old owner their money.

Holy heck, these guys are good. The waiting room is bare bones, very humble in these days where even gas pumps have TVs watch (this waiting room doesnt).But the value is in the job done on the car. I got the $45 express value and Im convinced that if Id gotten the more expensive package they would have made my 2003 look like a 2013

I have had my cars done here before and thought they did a good job. Not this time. It was horrible. Mud and dirt still on the car, interior not vacuumed well, leather seats not cleaned, and It looks like they sprayed cleaner on my dash that never bothered to wipe it off. I am fairly clean so my car was not dirty. Not only that, I had a microfiber towel in the back use, and they took it!!! They have lost a customer this time. Never again, especially for what they charge! Now, I get to do it myself.

Took my 95 Chevy Silverado in to be datailed. Either their cleaning agent or buffer ripped the clear coat off my entire truck. The owner told me his insurance wouldn’t cover the cost of repainting my truck because “it was too old” even though it was entirely their fault. For compensation he offered me either $200 and I keep my truck or $900 and he keep the truck. I took the $200 and my truck. I had to pay $3,000 to have it repainted. Do not trust these guys with your vehicle!
