This was our first time doing a remodel., with so many bad things you hear about contractors it can be scary. The guys Hector, Johan, Jensen, and Rene made this process very easy for us. When I called with my concerns, they promptly took care of them. I am so pleased with the outcome of our remodel. The workers were trustworthy, respectful, and followed Covid protocol and so did we. I would definately use this company again in the near future. I also love the fact that it is Veteran owned. These guys lived up to their good reviews. The process was easy and quick from start to finish. They did what they said they were going to do and was very clear on the procedure and pricing. I called this company approximately 6 months ago to get an estimate on a fence rebuild and they never showed up for the appointment. I figured I would give them another try because they are local and hired veterans. My appointment was scheduled for a 4 to 6 on a Friday. I get a call from a guy that morning while I’m at a doctors appointment wanting to know what kind of project I was needing an estimate for. Hmmmmm. After explaining my project, he puts me on hold . After about 5 minutes I hang up because… well, I’m at a drs appointment. Long story short I never hear from the guy again and no one shows up for my appointment. First time shame on you second time shame on me. Needless to say, there won’t be a third time

I have contracted with Dream Home Improvement to replace two roofs for two properties. I have had the best experience with this company because of Mr. Nigel Abrahams. Mr. Abraham is reliable and trustworthy. He does what he says he will do. In other words, Mr. Abraham’s “yes means yes”. He is patient with customers and provide quality customer service. Mr. Abraham’s is thorough. He takes time with the customer to explain the project and process. Mr. Abraham ensures the customer receives the best possible care and service. He is excellent!!!

Exterior Wood Siding and Trim repair followed by exterior house painting. This was an amazing experience by a true group of professionals. We needed our house painted, but several wood siding siding panels required replacement due to weather and years of wear. Well we called around, and I chose Your Dream Home Improvement Inc. From that first visit from Mr. Abraham, we were impressed and looking forward to working with them. Rene Martinez, Sebastian Martinez,, Jason and the whole team were just outstanding. The coordination between the pressure wash, repairs, painting and of course working with us on payment plan resulted in an outstanding rejuvenation to our home. Looking new, they completed all repairs in a very timely manner, despite the weather, heat, pandemic, they arrived promptly, set up and cleaned up, communicating and documenting all work to be done and accomplished. I cannot find the words for all the smiles, looks of satisfaction and joy from my family. I needed some columns replaced on my front porch the material that was used to replace my existing columns was wonderfully made and will last longer. I was given outstanding service from the initial quote given by Mr. Deveco Campbell to the finalization of my project. Everyone was so professional, respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. During this time they preformed without hesitation considering my safety they were on time and worked quickly and the result was outstanding. The following members of this team provided great assistance Mr. Renee Martinez, Mr. Nigel Abraham, Mrs. Gail Abraham and Mrs. Darlene Martinez and also Marcus and Fred who installed the columns. I will use this company for future projects and wholeheartedly recommend them for any project big or small you maybe considering for they are truly exceptional.

I do NOT recommend this company. Their business practices were shady, untimely and the work they produced in my home was unsatisfactory. They replaced a countertop in my home and measured on more than 4 occasions because of all the mix-ups that resulted from their inept consultations & evaluations. On the day of installation the countertop was too big; to compensate the owner cut a portion out of my wall to make it fit, instead of owning up to the poor measurements & ordering another countertop. This after he charged me $900.00 extra because something unexpected came up inside the walls during the job.

Absolutely do not use this company we are still finding issues with the work they preformed on our home. The company added a return in my house well the return was not properly installed and now I have to buy a new unit. We thought our unit was failing it was because of the work they did to the return. They installed ceiling fans and one of them almost caught my house on fire because it was not installed properly. My floors they installed are buckling. They will not honor the one year warranty. I called them to fix a list of items well I’ll just say I still have a list. If you don’t want to pay more money later you better keep moving. They don’t deserve one star..

I left an email with them and they contacted me shortly after. A lady (didnt get a name) arranged a house visit for the following day set at 3pm. Anyway NO show No call and I left work early to meet the person. They were supposed to come on Thursday and its now Saturday still no phone call. Very bad business!!

I have used this company twice, and both time I gad to call them bac within the span of the 1 year warranty. The first issue was that the shower door in the hallway bathroom was installed upside down and backwards, therefore not sealing and allowing water to leak from the shower to the floor. Fortunately that was taken care of before any noticeable damage occurred. The second issue was with the master bathroom. The water temperature was not reset correctly and never got hot. These were just the items that I noticed.Here recently ( and well beyond my warranty time) I learned, after noticeable damage to my flooring, that the toilet in the master bathroom was installed incorrectly. When they put in the new toilet they did not replace the flange and the wax seal was not able to be placed correctly, thus causing a very undetectable leak around the base of the toilet. It only leaked a tiny bit whenever the toilet was flushed. Since I had been potty training a toddler, and as he learned to go on his own, I always cleaned the moisture, assuming he missed.I am now trying to sell my home and recently got an inspection. The inspection revealed that EVERYTHING done by this company was faulty. The flooring in the hallway bathroom was not sealed properly, the wax seal was not placed properly under the toilet thus causing a slow leak (one which I had not yet discovered). This is in addition to the faulty shower door installation that they fixed within the warranty time.The owner Renee is a nice guy, but hes a smooth talker. He verbally quoted one price to me to repair all the damage (that his company caused) but when I got the written estimate the price was way higher than what we discussed. Also, while he is a licensed contractor, I believe that many pf his employees are not. If you hire this company to do work for you I would request to see the licenses of all workers assigned to your job, or request Renee to do the work himself.

I highly recommend them to anyone thats searching for any home improvements. I received a very well and safe consultation. He explained everything (products, price, timing etc) and was very professional. I also received samples in-home of the service I will be getting, to make sure it was to my liking up close and direct. Great service!!!!

Rene and his team exceeded all of our expectations coming into the large scale renovations we had on our living room and kitchen. Committing to such a large project was very stressful to us at first but Rene always took the time throughout the renovations to have conversations with us so that at the end of the process we got exactly what we wanted. This is the best home improvement company! I have used them twice now and both times they did an amazing job. Team Jason & Jason just completed a big project on our home and I couldnt be happier. I have had work done by this company a couple of years ago to repair water damaged wall and ceiling after a hurricaine. I was pleased with their communication and workmanship, so they were the first on my list to call for repairs this time around to a chimney and to replace a shower door. Things have changed, I have not heard from them regarding a quote after repeated calls and messages with the service department. The POC provided does not answer his phone and does not have voicemail. I will take this a a clue not to proceed with this company any further.

ABSOLUTELY recommend this professional team of highly skilled, knowledgeable staff! They were responsive to my wants/needs/concerns and responded to all in a timely manner. I had my bathroom completely remodeled, a structural wall repaired and new posts put in my carport. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the finished products! I am astonished at how diverse the workers skills are. .... one person may possess several skills, i.e., carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.. I am highly impressed. And....they were considerate about cleaning up behind themselves and not leaving a mess at the end of the day. I appreciated that so very much! I wont ever use another contractor again. Dont waste your time. Someone came to give us a quote on work we needed done, and never heard back. Had to contact them and were told sorry, we cant do the work you are asking. We needed new exterior doors installed and some molding inside. What kind of work do they do then?!

BEWARE. This company does not pay its contractors. Many have worked long, hard hours and provided beautiful work- to be strung out over the course of MONTHS during the holidays. The jobs have likely been paid by the customers, and the money misappropriated. If you care about your customers, your contractors, and your companies reputation you don’t do business like this. If there’s not crooked business going on down there, may I suggest revamping your accounting department. In the end, God will provide but your reputation will be tarnished for a very long time. It always happens like that when businesses have shady practices.

They did a super service. Quick, efficient and easy to contact when I needed to. I changed a couple of things, but they were very responsive. Took off the wallpaper in living room, dining area and hall; prepped and painted - in almost no time. They were fixing my home to be saleable because I am moving to Washington State, and they scheduled me in in time for my move. If I were staying in the area, I would DEFINITELY use them again.

The best part is they are always looking out for us in other areas...fix door knobs or little things that just show professionalism. My wife called this company (Your Dream Home Improvement) for installation of bathroom vanity, toilet, light fixture, and shoe molding in another bathroom. The guys worked diligently and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The worked surpassed the previous contractors, in which this company completed the imperfection from them. My wife could only remember Javier name, but he and his coworker did an AWESOME, AWESOME JOB!!! We will definitely call this company again. My wife says she has found her honey do list company. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I called Dream Home during the week and they sent someone on a Friday to come and give me a free estimate. The work that needed to be done was a little more than what I expected but reasonable. On Monday, a Federal holiday, Dream Home had a couple of guys out to fix my ceiling. They were punctual, friendly, and professional. If I ever need work done on my roof or any other service they provide, I will definitely call them back. Best experience Ive had thus far with a roofing company. Thank you guys!!!

I could not be happier. YDHI installed flooring through the entire downstairs of my home. Not only did they do a great and flawless job but they were super professional and completed the job in a perfect amount of time. Anytime I had a question the office was friendly and helpful. I had drywall and ceiling repair done to fix water damage caused by the storms. There was a little delay in scheduling, but that was to be expected due to the large number of homes damaged in the area. The job was completed on time. During the work, they found an electrical issue that added to the cost, but probably saved us from a fire.Overall the work was excellent and I plan to use them again in the future

I hired this company to install doors and to improve my bathroom. I had 5 problems with this company...1. On the proposal it said new baseboard and quarter round was to be installed. I only seen a worker installing quarter round, when I asked him why he didnt install new baseboard and explained that it was on the proposal to be done, his response was Im only doing what I was told to do. 2. The new linoleum flooring was not glued down, now it is puffing up in various areas on the floor. 3. when I opened the door on the vanity to put something under my sink I noticed a large square cut where the pipes connect to the wall. This shows the back wall and does not look professional, circles are usually cut out of the backing only large enough for the pipes can fit thru. 4. One of the workers had to tap on the door frame to get one of the doors to fit, he damaged the frame causing the frame to splinter, I brought this to the attention of the owner and he just covered the damaged area with caulk. 5. A worker got paint on my carpet, the owner took out a pocket knife and proceeded to remove several carpet fibers, I could not believe what I was seeing. I would not call this company for any future home improvement projects.

I had a garage ceiling drywall repair. This company did a fantastic job from start to finish. The scheduling agent, project estimator, and workers were very professional. They were all on-time and completed the job perfectly ahead of schedule. The price was reasonable and I will use them again for future renovations.

Our experience with your dream home improvement LLC was one issue after another to include, work not being completed as contracted, a leaking patio cover, and at times frustrating miscommunication. HOWEVER, the CEO Rene Martinez not only came out to my house to personally apologize and right the situation, but also ensured every deficiency was fixed in a timely manner, and worked with me on multiple issues to include pricing renegotiations until I was completely satisfied, all while remaining incredibly professional and personable. He didn’t try to make excuses, he owned the situation and instead focused on solutions to fix the problem, which he did. The truth is things happen, and though it wasn’t intentional, a serious of accidental events lead to a frustrating situation, but Rene and his company did everything and then some to fix the problem and compensate us for our experience. In the end the product is extremely high quality and I am very happy with it. I would use this company again because of their product, professionalism, and relentless dedication to customer satisfaction.

Its human nature to be skeptical about companies you locate on the internet (especially when youve been turned down at the last minute by two of these companies). I believe it was Divine that I located Your Dream Home Improvement. What seemed to be an impossible task concerning the fixture of my home, Your Dream Home Improvement was able to complete in one day. My home experienced storm damage from the storm that passed through the Fayetteville/Hope Mills area. To add more of a stressor, it was on the market to sale/under contract. Immediately after I contacted the company, Mr. Campbell began the process of planning to the point of execution. He ensured I possessed the ability to access all information and criteria in support of a smooth process. Their online process is VERY convenient and user friendly b/c it allows you the client to see pictures, make the payment, etc. Mr. Spencer did an outstanding job in the completion of the fixtures. His labor, dedication, and thorough pattern of execution represents the company with high marks. Overall, this company will always be no.1 on my list. Thank you!

I am not happy with the experience Ive had with this company. The person that came to the house to quote was supposed to be there between 9 am and 11 am and showed up after 2pm, after I called multiple times trying to figure out what was going on. The people on the phone were very nice and clearly tried to be helpful, and the person that came to quote the job was also very nice, but thats about the only positive part of my experience. They were also supposed to send samples for me to look at and the guy showed up with nothing.I received a phone call a few days after the person came to quote the project, from some other company trying to sell me on a different product than what I was getting quoted. They said they had a representative in my area and could have someone come by and show me samples of this other product. I said no thank you, Ill take a look online and contact back if Im interested, but i got the feeling that I wasnt going to get my original quote until i talked to these people but I thought that couldnt possibly be the case. It was. The person that came to quote called me a few days after that and said theyre finishing up my quote and that I really need to see this other product because its so great. Yet another sales pitch! I got a message saying I can reschedule. I didnt understand what that message meant, but I assumed they are still trying to get me to hear their full sales pitch in person before I get my quote. Im done with this company. All I wanted was my project quoted, I got multiple pushy sales pitches and no quote.

We picked a lousy time to have our deck rebuilt and improved. A truly stunning amount of rain fell between the start date and end date, but YDH endured and delivered something truly special for us: A new screened-in, covered deck that well enjoy for as long as we live in this home and something that should boost its re-sale value when/if that day comes. Beyond the work, which was superb, YDHs lines of communication is as good as any Ive ever experienced. Whenever I had a question or concern, someone immediately responded EVERY SINGLE TIME. They explain things well and, as important, they ask questions often to make sure theyre giving you what you want. We got exactly what we wanted and Your Dream Home will get our business again in the future, as needs arise.

I had an estimate completed by Daveco Campbell. He said to pay the deposit of 946$ and we would schedule work to be completed. After I made the deposit, my phone calls, emails and messages on the app “builder trend” have not been replied to.I will be contacting my lawyer Monday morning and will see you in court.

Have used Rene and the team at Dream Home Improvement a few times and am currently in the process of using them again. They do outstanding work, very professional and are always on time. They are very willing to work with you on many different matters and will explain what needs to be done and how it needs to be done in great depth. Most of them were done substandard and over priced.Your dream Home Improvement did excellent work at a great price. I highly suggest that you use this company if you need any work done.

This has been the worst experience. They have been here to repair the same problem multiple times and still no results. Dont be fooled by the warranty cause they will come back but not do sufficient work. Alot of money gone and the manager Mr. Abraham will not respond after multiple emails and calls. Please get a second opinion before choosing this company. They do not stand by the work.

Spoke with them about 4 months ago to replace my chimney. Everything was going smoothly until it was time for them to actually do work. I signed up on the website and signed all the paperwork. I waited and waited for a call or email to schedule an appointment but nothing. I tried calling but did not get an answer or call back. On Christmas Day as I was sitting down for dinner with my family they finally called and tried to schedule an appointment. I asked them to call me back on the following day but once again nothing.As a follow up to the response I have yet to be contacted and nothing has been resolved.Update 7-14-20: my wife decided to give this company another chance and booked and appointment online with them using Facebook. The appointment was scheduled for today at 1600. Needless to say they never showed up or called. We had to call and their excuse was, nobody from the Facebook side let us know.Maybe their craftsman ship is great, if they ever show up, but I’ll never recommend them. If I could give them a negative star review I would.

I was really hoping this would work out.1. Guy showed up and parked directly in front of my driveway blocking my entrance. I had to drive through my own grass, even though someone was in the truck just looking at me.2. Malcolm was nice and sociable but here we are over a week later and no estimate provided. I called and he said he would call me back, nope. I called back, now no one is answering the phone.Im done!

I had questions about the work that was done because it didnt look like it would resolve the problem. I called Mr. Abraham several times and never received a return phone call. That was in September 2014. January 2015, issue has returned. Im now being told that previous work wasnt done to correct issue. I now understand why people contact WRAL.

I am so very thankful to Matthew and the team at Your Dream Home Improvement. Im selling my home in Fayetteville area, and we had approximately 2 weeks to complete a large laundry list of things from the inspection and appraisal. This was initially very daunting as I live out of state, my realtor is not helpful, and its a very busy time for contractors in the area. I made lots of phone calls and spoke with lots of unhelpful people before I got to Matthew. The buyers of our home were unable to push the closing date back, so somehow Matthew pulled strings and got all the work scheduled and completed very efficiently and under the initial estimate. He was very polite, understanding, and helpful from the first conversation, and I truly cannot express how much stress he and his team took off of my plate by taking on this project. I was kept updated, always given honest information (even if it wasnt exactly what Id hoped for), and made it possible for me to close on time. Im truly grateful for Matthew, Rene, Spencer, and the Dream Home Improvement team.

Called for an estimate and a guy from DHI showed up and we discussed the screening in of my deck. Took some measurements and that was the last time I heard from him. This has been several weeks ago. If they didnt want to do the job or did not have time they just should have said so and not waist my time. Unprofessional!!!UPDATE: I received a call from DHI with an apology and explanation of what happened with my work order.

I called Your Dream Home Improvement after seeing their blue truck driving around. I had been burned bad by 2 previous contractors. All I wanted was to finally have my new home finished and livable. They came in and walked around with me as I told them everything I wanted done. We talked about the corrections that were going to be made and the other stuff that was going to get finished. I was very impressed by their knowledge and vision. They could see what I wanted and made it happen. I had already paid out so much money to the other contractors I was working on a tight budget and they made it happen!!! And then some!!! They came in and within a week my house was finished. They showed up on time everyday, worked until evening, and gave me everything I wanted and more. I will not work with anyone else in the future for my home or my families home repairs and improvements. They are the best!!! We have a small master bathroom that needed remodeling after water had damaged the subfloor. After receiving estimates from other companies, we were discouraged by the price or the lack of customer service and just started the work on our own. We had already done the demo and started rebuilding the floor but ran into problems with the shower drain. It became clear that we were way out of our comfort zone. The work that needed to be done was this: moving a shower drain, installing backer board, building a shower with shelves/niches from ground up, replacing a broken faucet and some pipes, tiling shower walls and floor as well as the bathroom floor, and installing a new toilet.The short version is that this was the best experience weve had with a contractor in a while. (Now comes the long version.) We scheduled the estimate and Rene came to our house--we had the estimate the following morning and scheduled the work. We wanted to pick our own tile, so one evening, I met Rene at the home improvement store, and during a walk through, I showed him what we had selected. He took note of everything and made some additional suggestions that worked out beautifully.The guys who did the actual work, Luis and Jose, did a tremendous job. From meeting Luis at the home improvement store to pick up the materials, it became clear that they would take care to do everything right. He even made sure that we did not buy boxes that had broken tiles in them. Back at the house, work progressed at a steady pace. Rene came to check on everything on that first afternoon. For the rest of the job, the guys showed up every morning when they said they would (they even came in on a Saturday), and they did everything we asked for. The tile work was done beautifully; they made sure that cuts lined up well and corners looked balanced. At one point, a small portion had to be redone so that everything would line up. Luis and Jose seemed to take great pride in their work, and it shows.Along the way, we added a sink installation to the job, and the guys made a couple of suggestions we agreed to and that worked out very well.On the last day, Rene and his wife stopped by. His wife even brought a threshold that we had forgotten about.We feel very strongly that we would hire this company again. From beginning to end, at all points of contact, this was a great experience.

They installed my ceiling fan and it was fast and professional. Overall an outstanding service was provided and I would definitely use them again. Top rate service!

Thanks to the guys at Your Dream Home Improvement. The gentleman who worked on my door installation and the manager who came by afterward to inspect the work were both friendly and professional. My project was small and I would recommend them for any small or large project you have around your home.

Intentional deceit, poor customer service, and constant miscommunication within this company. Upon first meeting their sales representative, for us it was Deveco Campbell (also our project manager), you may be inclined to believe this is a reputable and well- managed company-- dont be confused. We hired this company to extend our back patio and add a patio cover with a ceiling fan. Starting off, things went smoothly..until they didnt. As soon as the patio cover went up, I noticed no ceiling fan was installed began trying to contact the company regarding this manner and getting these guys on the phone is a job in itself. But finally Deveco calls us back and says they didnt realize there was supposed to be a fan, so they built the ceiling too short, is that gonna be a problem? when we say yes he responds with Im gonna contact the construction manager and call you back tonight or DEFINITELY tomorrow morning. Well, Deveco NEVER called back and hasnt been heard from since that phone call. So naturally we start calling the company and get transferred to Rene Martinez, the CEO, who then tells us that the ceiling is not too short, but the type of ceiling built cannot support a ceiling fan and that he was aware of that from the beginning and hes only willing to remove the cost of the fan to remedy this situation, which is not only breaching our contract, but also providing us with a product that we did not want or agree upon. Let me also add that about 25% of the roof wasnt nailed down at all and the cover leaked, which the company did manage to come out and repair. This companies website says things such as complete customer satisfaction, personalized attention and a stress- free experience, quality work done right the first time--but dont be fooled, we were provided with the complete opposite experience with absolutely minimal concern from this company. Consider hiring this company only if youre interested in completely micro- managing the entire project, providing constant supervision to ensure basic things are done correctly, and constantly having to call to be given basic updates/answers regarding your project-- aka an unnecessarily stressful experience.

Services where amazing, I used them to remodel my bathrooms that are so beautiful I cant stop looking at them and using them also. So I love their work so much I called them to do repairs on my roof and ceilings that where damaged from the Strom and the work was perfect

Most unprofessional company. I had an appointment for them to come out to do some small repairs. They never showed or called. When I called their office I got transferred 3-4 times and then ultimately to the owner who thought he was talking to his receptionist but it was actually me on the line. Before I could say anything he said tell them that I couldnt find the place because I dont have time to get out there and we are swamped. Then the rest of what he said got worse....If they are going to treat and talk about potential customers like that I cant imagine what you will have to deal with if you actually hire them.I wouldnt ever recommend this company.

My experience with my home improvement llc was okay, the workers was very polite and courteous when the job was done I was happy

I needed a pool table assembled. i looked up Handyman and got a call from Your Dream Home Improvement. Nigel and his helper i wish I could remember his name but anyway they put it together and before i knew it I was able to shoot pool, I even got tips and other things I could get to enjoy my table. I would definitely recommend them and most definitely use them again.jessie Josephfayetteville

Filled out the online customer contact form and had their subcontractor (tri-city insulation) call me first instead of them. Subcontractor comes out and takes measurements and assures me I will receive a call back from Your Dream Home Improvement in a day or so for the rest of the work I need to get done. They never called. A week later the subcontractor follows up to see if they called back but they never did. Two month later and I havent heard from either company ever again. I wish they could just be professional and let me know that they were too busy or didnt want the job for whatever reason. Nope, instead they just wasted my time because theirs is obviously much more important.

I have a property in Fayetteville, NC. Being away on business one needs a professional that is trust worthy and honest. YDHI took care of my on time and at a reasonable price. I have called them to complete two other jobs. If you need minor repairs call YDHI tell them Reggie sent you.

Best customer service experience Ive ever dealt with. I planned and coordinated with Nigel to have my moms den redone inFayetteville, NC and he kept me in the loop every step of the way. Phone calls, emails and even pictures on the website that I could see exactly what they did and when. I called KNA Services before them and it was horrible. They came to look at the room, promised us a quote the next day and two weeks later there was no quote and they were ignoring my calls. Nigel at Dream Home Improvement gave me a quote the next day. not just that, as soon as I approved the project, they came in and started working. With how bad my moms den looked, I swore it would have taken at least a month to finish, and they were done in less than 2 weeks. Just use them, you wont regret it!

These guys were great, the painter had over 20 years experience and the results were fantastic, cant recommend these guys enough!

I called for a home improvement quote two guys came to do the quote made it sound good ... Took up my time and they never got back with us about estimate ... My husband called them like every other day trying to find out what was going on if they Did not want to do the job they should have just said soInstead of wasting peoples time
