I visited Walker Cabinets to make an appointment to get an estimate on having my cabinets refaced .I scheduled the appointment for the following Friday (April 30,2021). I waited an hour after my scheduled appointment and decided to call to see if their representative was running late. The person who was suppose to come out answered the phone and said he thought I was coming to the store the day before. I informed him I was there a week ago and had no need to come to the store again, I needed him to measure my 40 cabinets and give me an estimate. This is the same person I set up the appointment with and his second excuse was that he forgot to write it down. I informed him that I wanted an estimate from this company so that I can make an informed decision. I had already eliminated one of the first two estimates so it would have been narrowed down to Walker Cabinet Company and another local one. The representative went on to say well you dont need an estimate from us, you already have two. It was clear to me that he felt bothered and didnt want my business. I had previously chose this company for my new carpet install, but I will re-think this decision also.

Eric is fabulous! He is so prompt and helpful. He did some cabinet work for us and did an amazing job--I would definitely recommend them!

Walker Cabinets did a wonderful job giving my kitchen an update. We kept the original cabinets, had them painted, upgraded to granite counters and a new tile backsplash.
