Great place for a quick and efficient oil change. The mechanics in the back are quick and the rates are very reasonable. Fair and honest work and they wont try and up sell or replace things that dont need it. I have no problem sending my wife up there alone knowing she will be taken care of and not ripped off. Quick and friendly service. Only place I could find for an ac re-charge on a saturday. Scheduled online and they took me in immedietly on arrival. Tech called to let me know it would be a little more expensive than normal due to having a larger than standard freon capacity, not a problem as I knew this before hand but appreciated the transparency. Will gladly do business here in the future.

These guys were professional and thorough. While getting an oil change and tire rotation, they noticed another issue and had the mechanic check it out. He communicated that I should follow up on the issue, but not necessarily with them. I think it is an honorable way to do business. Stay warm, guys!

Very disappointed. I’ve been a customer of Express Oil Change for a while but it was my first time visiting the Fayetteville location. We went for an oil change and out of the 5 or so employees we saw, only one was wearing a mask. The man who serviced our car, however, had his mask below his chin, and when he spoke, he spit a lot (due to missing teeth - no shade)- so much so that we had to wipe the car door down with a napkin. It was so gross, but during a pandemic, this is completely unacceptable. I feel the need to warn people NOT to go to this business. It isn’t safe at all, and I will not be returning.

Love Love Love these guys. Ive been there twice to fix my car, and love how reasonable their prices are, and how honest the mechanics are as well. They arent the kind to over embellish issues. They are now my go to spot for mechanical issues. I havent done any oil changes their as yet (I use Walmart because its cheaper), but I see they get cars in and out in a jiff. So the little extra you pay might be well worth the time you save. They definitely get an A+ from me.

This place had amazing customer service. Went to get my brake pads and rotors replaced and I had my own parts...no appointment needed and it was only 79.99 per axle. Everywhere else I checked charged $149.99 if you have your own parts. I came in at 4:36 and by 5:19 my car was back from getting tested on the road. They also fixed my tail light and left blinker without request. WILL DEFINITELY be back for other services.Also, if I didnt have the parts it would only have been $150 or so while other places charged over $300...Thank you for your help and how well you treated me!

I had my a/c fixed there after trying 5 times at another closely located competitor who could not find my a/c issue. These people located the issue and my car is running better than it ever has in 11 years of having constant a/c issues. They double checked the dye a couple of days later to see if there were any additional leaks that were too small to be seen. I know that my a/c issue is finally fixed because of the knowledgeable staff there. They now have a new customer after seeing the other guys for over 15 years. Thank you for the knowledgeable staff and top service that I was provided. It is uncommon nowadays, but it is still at this business!!!!!!!! Thank you so much for taking your time to find out what my issue was and fixing it the first time!!

Fast service and wonderfully nice gentlemen working in this establishment. There was no pressure to buy anything additionally, which was great as I was by myself and had no idea what in the world anything vehicle-related is. The oil change service was very affordable. Michael, who did the oil change, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Awesome service and friendly staff. They tell you what you need, nothing more and don’t pressure you to buy anything you don’t need. Prices are great. They even left to get my filter instead of ordering while I waited and had the oil changed. They put it in right then.

Great experience here! We are from California and driving our car back to Los Angeles. Unfortunately, just before we were leaving to head out on our long road trip the check engine coolant light came on in our car. We pulled in here and Eli or Evan-cant remember his name but he was wearing Steve over alls, topped it up for us and didnt even charge us. Wouldnt even take a tip. Great people and excellent service. Stopped by on my way home from work for my oil change. I know it had to be getting close to quitting time for the employees. Joseph was very welcoming and brought me in right away for my oil change. Joseph took care of the oil change very quickly. He also let me know of some things that due to my cars mileage would be due for service soon. Theyve worked on my air conditioning, replaced a fuel pump, replaced rotors & rotated tires, as well as several oil/filter changes over the past 7 years. They always explain everything and provide fast & reliable service. Since I drive a lot for work, I can drive with confidence because of the service I receive at Express Oil Change!

I came in for a standard oil change and to get my breaks replaced. The crew was polite and showed great hospitality. Being that I got my breaks replaced I had to sit for a couple hours but the employees checked in to make sure I was fine. With the oil change I just sat in the car as they performed & they checked all lights & filters as well which was a plus. Everyone was very friendly & took great care of my vehicle. FAST & friendly service ‼️

Ive been going here for a very long time. Being a woman going into a oil change or repair shop can be overwhelming. I love the fact that I dont have to get out of my car but can stay put while the work is being done.

Had an oil change on 10.5.18. Mike was my tech. Two words....LOVE HIM!! He not serviced my truck but took the time to show me how to change my AC filter and reset my maintenance light! NOONE has ever shown me let alone cared enough to show me stuff relating to my truck. Most technicians do only what you came for. Mike went the extra mile and for that, I am appreciative.

Today Im waiting in line( with a car behind me) and the Express Oil Change rep walks right by my car, doesnt ask me what I need, continues to the next car speaks to that gentleman, walks right by my car again and says nothing-- the gentlemans attitude and demeanor was poor.This is a new face. Went and got on a line bays full but no one else there so I wait and another car pulls up next to me no one comes and sees what I need wait another 15 another call pulls up they move these two car into bays and finally some comes over I tell him I was there first and still waiting he argues with me and says oh that car was here before you no no it wasn’t And then he wants to charge me 70.00 dollars for an oil change didn’t ask what kind of oil I want or anything. I said your joking right nope that’s the price I said forget it .IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS OR NEGATIVE I WOULD

This was my second visit here and the first was great but the visit yesterday leaves me very dissatisfied. John never addressed my concerns after Will asked him twice in spite of my arrival at 0830 with 1 car in back bays and no cars in front bays AND my 1.5 hour wait. Im not sure if I would return although itsa convenient location unless management addresses my concerns.

Ive been trying to write this review for a while, its been a few weeks since Ive been there, however, this place is great and the customer service is phenomenal. I live in Riverdale and drive all the way out to this place, about 9 miles or so, passing tons of other oil changing places along the way. I do this mainly because I cant trust alot of places, there are so many oil changing scams going on out there and I just dont believe most places are legit, however, this place to me truly stands out. They even pulled my dipstick to show me that there was new fresh oil inside of my engine, how many other places do that? They even inspected my wipers and offered to change them for free, unfortunately I didnt have them with me but I still appreciate the offer. Places Ive been to in the past dont offer this services. I will definitely frequent this place again for not only oil changes but for any other vehicle maintenance or repair service they offer. Thanks again and see you soon!
