Not planning on using anyone else for servicing my accord from this point forward. Twice, The Honda dealer told me over a year ago (around 35,000 miles) my brakes were “in the yellow” and needed to be replaced “soon” and/or at my “next appointment”(I never had the service done). Fast forward to yesterday I took my Honda in to A & H for a separate issue and asked them to check the breaks (around 55,000 miles now). Come to find out the front brakes are still in good condition and not even close to needing new pads, and the rear brakes were just starting to get in the yellow area. I love that an actual mechanic called me and told me not to replace them yet, and explained what he found during the break inspection. It saved me a lot of money. Will be back! Thanks

I’ve been to plenty of mechanics for my Acura ZDX and A&H in Fayetteville, GA is my spot! I’ve been coming here for the past couple of years for various reasons and they have never disappointed. I’ve recently had my oil changed and I was reminded of how knowledgeable the mechanics are here. I’ve never done a review before, but I just want to give a huge shout out to Greg and staff at A&H! They have proven to be experienced and knowledgeable mechanics. They have always gone the extra mile to keep me informed of their findings and the progress of my vehicle. I’ve spoken to Greg plenty of times and he has always been forthcoming, kind, and honest. I took my 4Runner to Greg and team at A&H for a timing belt service and to have some new shocks installed. A&H came highly recommended from a close friend and I was not disappointed. The pricing was better than any dealership I called, and speaking to Greg directly about any of the questions I had about the process was super easy. This is not your typical shop that takes advantage of people; these guys are the real deal and Ill happily recommend them to family and friends.

I have had sooo many bad experiences with mechanics that want to overcharge and still not fix the issue! I love the fact that it is the total opposite with A&H . They tell you exactly what needs to be done and what can wait. There was also a time where I couldn’t afford to get a service done and Greg told me not to worry about it and completed the additional service that I needed at no cost! Hands down best mechanic, so glad I found them..

My AC went out while I was traveling last weekend. The shop worked me in, without an appointment, and my AC was repaired quickly & professionally while I waited. The owner did not charge me and would not accept any payment at all!!! I truly appreciate the kindness I was shown and certainly feel my experience deserves 5 stars!

I Purchased my Acura a month ago today and I took it to greg because something felt funny while I was driving and upon taking it to his shop They did a complete Check up of my overall car and found a lot of repairs that needed to be made they were honest in their findings and corrected all the issues and I’m so satisfied and reassured that I am driving a safe car. I brought my 2011 Civic to A&H for a drive belt and coolant service. I appreciate the honesty of Greg. A Honda dealership, which I won’t name, informed me that it’s time for the 100,000 miles maintenance service which they said includes changing the drive belt and coolant and the water pump even though there was nothing wrong with my water pump. The estimated cost at the Honda dealership was almost almost over $700. So I saw an A&H ad in one of those coupon books that comes in the mail and saw that A&H are specialist repairing Hondas and Acuras so gave them a call and talked to Greg. I told him that I need the 100,000 mile service and he recommended that unless the water pump was leaking, he wouldn’t recommend only changing drive belt and the coolant. The total drive out price was 1/3 less what I would’ve paid at the Honda dealership in south Fulton which I won’t name. Honesty, a good repair reputation and cost are important factors I consider when choosing an auto repair business. A & H prices are fair and the service is good. Keep up the good work A&H!

An amazing experience!! The front desk girl, crystal is so friendly and knowledgeable. She was really good at explaining to me what was wrong with my car. Greg and his staff had my car fixed in a very timely manner! I also wanted to mention that they work on any car not just Acura or Honda. Very affordable!

Had to replace catalytic converter on my 08 Element. Greg explained that CA emissions car had higher price tag and that oart on car was installed improperly and gave me options. I had it all redone correctly and aporeciated there upfront reasoning on how car should be fixed. Parts took a while but out of their control. Will definetely come back.

I have been taking my vehicles to this shop for 5 years now. Greg and his team do an amazing job. Being a woman, it is unfortunately hard to find honest mechanics. Greg takes the time to sit down with his customers and talk to them as friends or family and explains things so I easily understand what is going on. He keeps me updated by communicating each step of the process. I am so thankful I finally found an honest mechanic.

I so appreciate finding A & H and Greg Fugate. My first experience was minor - just an alignment to my old Ford Taurus. While I was there, I got a quote from Greg about doing a timing belt change on my old Tundra (I only have old vehicles ; >). Greg gave me an education about what Toyota recommendations were and so I returned with confidence to get that done. Another pleasant experience. Greg and his staff has been servicing both of my Acuras for years. I would definitely recommend this place for any vehicle needs. Bought my first new Honda in July (Ridgeline), brought it here in November for the first oil change. Its nice to have Honda experts close to home, should save miles and dollars. The Honda maintenance minder is pretty cool technology, but it let me go over 8,000 miles on the original oil. Greg and I had a chat about this, and we both feel that is a bit much, will stick with the 7500 mile intervals that I am used to. The service was quick, the waiting room was very nice, will definitely go back for the next one.

Greg and his team keep my Accord in tip-top shape. I recently took it in for a knocking sound when I turned the wheel and while they had it, Greg suggested a diagnostic check as well. I bought the car from a family member, and routine maintenance had not been performed in quite a while. While there was a pretty long list of items that needed attention (in addition to the knocking in the wheels), Greg explained what was needed most, and some things that could be put on the back-burner for a bit, but with regular maintenance, the car should last a very long time. I know Greg to be a very honest businessman, and I trust A&H impeccably. I do not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.2019 - Update ... the Honda I had that should have lasted a long time was totaled due to a hit and run so I have had a Mustang for a little over a year. So when I had an issue with it, I took it to A&H. My car had been plagued by a mysterious issue wherein it would start making a loud whining sound and then shut down. Luckily it is a 6-speed so I would be able to coast to the side of the road to restart, which, most of the time, it restarted immediately. It was very random and no predicting when it would happen. Even tho they had to keep it a few days until it shut down for them, they stuck with it and found the issue and made the repair. If you need to have your car worked on, do yourself a favor and take it to Greg and his crew. They work on all makes and models and are top-notch!

I had the timing belt service done on our 2011 MDX.Service was great as always. A&H does is right with OEM parts, knowledgeable service & 2 year warranty. They are not cheap, but fair & honest. I’d rather pay a little more for this kind of service

Great auto shop. I will definitely have A&H repair my Acura vs the Acura Dealership Service Center. A&H save you time and hoopla of sitting all day waiting on your car, after driving 40-60 miles.

Update 10/28/19I continue to come here due to the customer service and the transparency that Greg gives. He’s very knowledgeable of the auto world. I was having some issues are my engine was replaced. Each and every time I called Greg first response was “bring it in”. Each time the issue was fixed. In the mist of my issues I had to get and oil change and wheel barring. Which the cost was very reasonable. This is MY repair shop. My husband had to get a car and guess what this will be his repair shop now too.April 2019When I say OUTSTANDING customer service and work, there is NO other establishment I will take my vehicles too. I had my 2006 MDX towed to the facility due to stalling out on the freeway. When I called and advised of my issue with my check engine light came on, of course I was asked several questions to assist with diagnosis. As, a few days went on it came back I need my engine replaced. Yes, I was given several options with detail information from Greg; he allowed me to process everything before making a decision. I made the decision to go ahead and replace it, with that being said that meant another few days without a car. Long story short, Greg provided OUTSTANDING customer service and work, he walked me through every step, provided detail information, allowed to me call and asked any questions. There were times when we stayed on the phone more than 10 minutes or he called me while he was on vacation. This means a whole lot, you do not get this treatment anywhere. Just a relief to know that you will not be taken for granted of, especially as a female, and investing in so much money.

I took my Acura in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a few other minor service items. Ive taken my car to the same dealer since I bought it and while I mostly had decent service experiences there, I knew I was paying a lot more than I probably should be. Once I moved to Fayetteville, I decided to try Acura and Honda Specialist and was very pleased with the service. Greg and Crystal were very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in getting my car inspected and the services I needed completed in a timely fashion even as a walk in. They didnt try to talk me into getting extra, costly services which happens at most service places Ive been to in the past. I will definitely be a return customer.

I found the company through Google search. Only reason Im giving them 4 out of five is because what I originally put my vehicle in for was not resolved. But it wasnt a major issue. I purchased a car for my daughter thinking that it only had a minor issue. A&H did the Diagnostic check for me they discovered several major issues that need to be addressed in order to get the car registered and plates. They were able to address my major issues so that I was able to get my car registered and plates. They worked with me to reduce my out of pocket experience and communicated with me frequently throughout the whole process. I am very pleased with the company and would use their services again.

I made an appointment at Nalley Honda in Union City Ga. Although I believe they are expensive, normally go there to get my auto repairs completed. We were traveling out the next day and I needed to have my car looked at. I told this to the person checking us in. He said he would call in two hours. NO calls. I called five different times. I finally called the manager at 430pm and he returned my call. Too late to order the work to get my car back. Frustrated, I just picked my car up and went to Google to find another repair shop. Thank goodness, I came across A and H Specialist of GA! Excellent experience. Crystal (the front desk person) and Josh (the technician) are fantastic! They were honest and I did not feel like I was going to be ripped off! Thank you A & H!

This was our first experience with A & H, and we are very pleased. They came highly recommended from some close friends. They took time to answer all our questions and help us understand the repairs that needed to be made. There is no question in my mind that we will be using them from now on.

Good service and good parts, but they are really taxing HARD on their work. $700 for a negative battery cable and a starter. WAY OVERPRICED! After having my vehicle serviced here for 2 years, i went elsewhere only to find out i was being charged 40% more than every other shop in the same area.Edit: Read their response below....Greg (owner) serviced my 2006 Honda Civic for over 2 years and then they say they have no records of my work. Dont get me wrong, I never had an issue with any repairs they performed. Their prices are just insanely high and they keep adding things that you need, after the initial quote. There are many other good mechanics on the same street who offer high quality work that will not rip a hole in your wallet.

We were very impressed! They were very thorough and explained everything to me in a way that even I could understand (because I have no car knowledge at all LOL) I will definitely be using them in the future and recommend them to all my friends and family.

Superb service and great priceI recently had my shocks, struts and brakes replaced. The service was completed in a matter of a few hours. The owner, Greg, gave me a ride back to work. Best of all, the entire service cost me almost $500 less than the local Midas. Ive used A&H for years and always recommend them to family and friends who are in need. **P.S. The owner was able to diagnose a parasitic drain from the CD player in our MDX. Wish we had known about this place from the start. Other auto service companies guessed at why our battery kept dying and we paid for many unnecessary repairs...including a new battery and alternator.

Wish I could give them no stars . Michelle is very unprofessional! This place is a rip off. I would advise you to go to another shop. The dealership is cheaper and better also.
