I wonder if hes still in business, he never answers my calls and never responds to messages.....my best guess is that hes sold my equipmentthat I had sent to him for repairs, I do hope Im wrong about that! Im a patient man but its been more than a year since Ive sent this unit to him!If and when this status changes I will be more then happy to repost a better review!

Once again, OC Electronics has come to our aid, when our old Kenmore built-in microwave suddenly died and the buttons stopped registering. He and Neal quickly repaired the device and it is now functioning within normal parameters. In the past, they repaired our Samsung dryer and it continues to work great. Thank you, Guys. You do excellent work and I will highly recommend your firm to any in need of electronic repair work.

They were friendly, punctual, and professional. What more can you ask? Like most I called around to several companies to get an idea of the cost involved in our dishwasher installation and most didnt answer or call back. Their level of service and commitment to quality work was a refreshing and most welcome change. Highly recommended!

My home warranty assigned them to me to fix my refrigerator. When I initially called they answered “Hello” as if I was calling a personal cell phone. They setup the appointment date/time and did not show up. I called before the appointment and left a voicemail, and an hour and a half afterwards and left an additional voicemail. I called AHS for them to reassign someone else.UPDATE :Per you response. I called to setup the appointment and was given the date and time from the gentlemen that answered… If that was the case with what your saying, why not return the two voicemails? I also have screenshots of the calls I made directly to your company. Please let me know if you would like to see them…

OC was assigned to me by my home warranty company. They were quick to come and collected the service fee, but wouldnt submit the diagnosis to the warranty company. I sent them an email asking them to respond to the home warranty company, but they did not. Thankfully my claim was reassigned.Edit: thank you for the reply. Though you are entirely incorrect, as the company who was assigned replaced the heating element 5 minutes after submitting the diagnosis. My star rating will remain at 1 star.

Dishwasher was not draining ENTIRELY, my home warranty service sent out OC to look at the problem. After looking at the dishwasher they told me that it needed a new drain pump (but didn’t have the item and needed to get approval from the home warranty) No problem, I specifically asked if we could continue to use the dishwasher and just hand drain the little water that would pool in the bottom as we had been for a couple weeks now. They replied Yes. On the very FIRST wash cycle after they left the dishwasher didn’t drain AT ALL leaving the whole bottom of the tub filled with water. We decided to just replace the whole dishwasher as it was kind of old anyway but I hope the draining getting worse was a complete coincidence and not the result of the original visit.

Technican Orett was assigned to come out and fix my microwave that has been broken for 30 days. Every time I try and call and get an update on if the parts have been delivered I keep getting the runaround. I had not ONE update or form of communication on my parts in 30 days. I finally got in touch and Orett explained that he will take care of us and be there on Tuesday March 2nd 1-3pm. So I called him at 3:00 PM that day to see where he is and he told me I was wrong in the appointment was for Wednesday. He no showed to my appointment, told me I had the wrong date in mind which I did not being the day he was supposed to come (today) was my only day off from work. I had made several confirmations of my appointment and then get told it’s MY fault when Orett messed up. He tried to speak over me on the phone. When I had made the appointment with the technician I had expressed to him that this job needed to be done by Tuesday because our house is going on the market and we have people coming to look at our house. Being they’re to small of a company to have BBB or corporate, I will be blasting all over my social media and groups to stay far away from this company. I want to protect another customers from receiving the horrible poor customer service that I had received so nobody else wastes their time.It looks like I’m not the only one who got screwed over.

My dishwasher was not draining the water and another company replaced the water pump. However the problem continued and I called the insurance again. This time they referred OC Electronics to fix the problem. Neil & Nicholas from OC Electronics came and immediately identified the problem. It turned out the previous company did not check the draining tube coming out of the dishwasher and it had a piece of glass stuck in it and therefore preventing water from draining. These guys not only knew what they were doing, they were also very kind, compassionate and professional.The type of virtues that are lacking during these times. Thank you guys for a job well done.

They were called to fix a refrigerator. After 4 days it still isnt working and they will not answer my phone calls or call me back. They ripped me off.

Totally unprofessional. I have taken an appointment for dishwasher repair a week ago. Spoke to Orette all the time. On the day of the appointment even after confirmation nobody turned up saying they are backed up with work. Took another appointment, same thing happened. Orette did not had courtesy to answer the call or call back after hearing the voice msg. I scheduled third appointment very well knowing the result and as expected, nobody turned up. Dont waste time with these guys!

OC Electronics breathed new life into two of my malfunctioning TVs yesterday (large-screen LCD & LED sets) and they are functioning perfectly! They did quality work and showed up early and ready to get to work, and they were more than comfortable with my watching the repairs and explaining what was being done step-by-step. They taught me a lot! LOL!!Ill definitely call them for future repairs, as they are among the few groups that will perform the repairs on-site. Outstanding!!

I really wished I could give a good review but unfortunately my experience with this company will not allow that. I was recommended to this company by my home warranty. I should have known when the technician didn’t show up to first schedule appointment that I shouldn’t expect much. But I had faith that hopefully it was a one time occurrence and my refrigerator would be fixed in no time. NOT! Once he finally showed up (6/5) I paid my service fee ($75.00) and was told a part needed to be ordered which is understandable. I was told it should take a week. After a week the technician did come back to my home to put on the part but it still did NOT work. He hurried up packed up his things and told me another part had to be ordered and it should take another week. A week and half later still no contact so I called (6/18) and was told the part should be there by Friday. Well on 6/24 I had no call to schedule nor repair complete. So I called the technician and got his voicemail. I left a message but did not receive a callback. So the next day I complained to the home warranty and was told that the “technician” told them that he was coming out on Friday. Well it sure would have been nice for someone to inform me and confirm if I was even going to be home. The home warranty representative then assured me he would call to confirm and will be out on Friday. Well today is 7/1 and STILL no call and refrigerator is still not working. I’m done and will no longer continue this repair with this company and WILL NEVER recommend them. In the future OC ELECTRONICS if you are unable to finish a job communicate with the client so time won’t be waisted on both ends. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 😡👎🏾

These guys were amazing. From Jamaica. I called them at 730pm and the stayed at the house till 930pm to fix my refrigerator. I played Jamaican music for em and they were jamin out lol. Super cheap too. I gave em 2 silver coins for showing up so late.I would use them again in a heatbeat.

I called to set up a appointment to get a estimate, was told that they would be here after 5, he was a no-show. So I called back the following day and he came out and took a look and told me what I needed. And I was promised a written estimate in 2 days, well after not hearing from him I called him he again promised me a written estimate. So after a couple of days and not hearing from him I have been calling his phone, but he stopped receiving my calls. I would have much rather be told that he wasnt interested in helping with my project than to be lied to and avoided. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

A very professional company who did an great job fixing our dryer. I searched for services like theirs on Home Advisor and asked them to quote the job. Within 24 hours, they were calling to schedule the appointment- I didnt have to chase anyone down, leave messages or follow up to get their attention. They scheduled a half hour window to show up (where most companies schedule 1-5 hour windows), so I wasnt waiting around all day for them to show up, and they even came a little earlier, which was great for me. Friendly folks fixed our dryer and serviced it, and the price was more than fair. Ill definitely be calling them again if I need some appliance service in the future. Highly, highly recommend!

Orett and Stephen were very professional and my refrigerator was repaired very fast at a reasonable price. They were very open and honest when answering questions, and provided me with customer service satisfaction. Had a problem with a previous installation. Technician promised to come back to look at it and never came. Now he send calls straight to voicemail and is not answering email request.

This is the worst communication in customer service that I’ve ever experienced. They were contracted through Home Choice Warranty to fix our refrigerator. They said they had to order a part and would return this weekend to install it. No call, no show. We called and was told that they’d be here Monday between 10-12, no communication again. We called and was told that they’d be here 3:30-4:30. You guessed it no call no show. I’ve reached out to the warranty company which was only able to reach them twice today just to be told they’d be here in an hour and a half. You guessed it, no call, no show. My husband and I have called numerous times. They’ve already been paid their service fee up front so no excuse.

This company was dispatched through my home warranty company. From the beginning, everything was presented very well. My washer machine was leaking and the technician would not leave until he found the reason for the leak. I would suggest this company to anyone who has appliances that are being problematic. Unfortunately my review is the same as others. I scheduled an appointment with this company on a Thursday for them to come out on Monday between 3pm - 5pm to look at my washing machine. I called at 4:30 and did not get an answer. The owner called me back. I told him I had an appointment and never heard from anyone to say they are on their way or anything. He told me there was no appointment and then proceeded to tell me he could come out. Then he told me that he see that I was on the appointment calendar but was unconfirmed. He tried to give me some far fetched story of how things became messed up by trying to indirectly blame it on someone else. He was the person I talked to on Thursday but he tried to deny it! Long story short, he arrived after my SCHEDULED appointment time and then wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to fix my washing machine (I can buy a brand new one for the amount he was going to charge me) and he still charge me for the service call after being 45 minutes late. I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone. He is a total rip off. Had I not called, he would have never came out, but still had the nerve to charge me full price for a service call. Not even willing to give a $10.00 or $15.00 dollar discount for being late, or wasting my time.
