Freezer was frosting over. What do I know about freezers? Call an expert, right? Well the technician came out, looked at it for 4 minutes, and decided I needed parts. Got irritated with me when I questioned it. The next day I was informed that parts and labor would cost around $450.Decided to check it out myself. A strip of the seal on the door had come loose. I put it back in 2 minutes. The freezer is fine.Im not saying these guys are a scam or anything... But they maybe arent as conscientious as they should be.

The technician was polite and professional, it’s too bad when booking the job me and the gentleman had a conversation about price. He explained that the part was $22 so there was no way it was going to be over $200 for the repair. They tried to charge $300 to repair the $20 part, now I am stuck trying to get the $59.00 that was charged to my card just to have the appointment.Update** they ended up not charging my card. It fell off after a few days of being in pending status. This is why I changed from 2* to 4*

Very efficient and payment method was convenient. Hired them for my heating and ventilation maintenance. The quality of their job was amazing and everyone was professional. It was nice dealing with them.

I hired them for our dryer that was not turning on. The guy found out the thermal fuse was blown. He went back the next day to replace it. I think they did an excellent job in all aspects. Both thumbs up!

Dont let this company! The repairman, that was sent out, did not resolve my issue, answer calls in a timely fashion, return calls, or show up when expected. Parts were replaced and I was charged, but the fridge still did not cool. No one from the company returned my calls. When I would call, gatekeeper would ensure that supervisor would return my calls, but I never received returned phone calls. My lawyer is currently drafting a letter to business and filing a grievance with the Better Business Bureau.

Great place for dropping off for repair. I did not get my appliance back on time. I had to call them after waiting an extra 2 days. But it is working and the unloader/loader in the back is very professional.

The day I called they asked me for my credit card number to hold appointment. I said no..then they said you can pay for cash. OK..no problem. This was about installing a slide in gas range with downdraft, Kichenaid. I asked specifically if they had experience with these. He even gave me a serial number of the same type of range they have installed, which matched ours. Well, next day, a few hours before appointment they called and said their technician had emergency. I said OK...can we reschedule. They said no, they have no other technicians and now they are going to quite servicing these type of installation. Sounds like a scam...like they were trying to just get my credit card number. Buyer be ware...they are even located in Fayetteville, but a call out service somewhere else...

I was in need of a repair person for my washer that won’t spin then I found them on the internet. Called them and found out that the trip charge was low, so I decided to try them out. They arrived the day after I called them. Technician was professional and made my washer spinning again before I knew it. Two thumbs. I had a very good experience indeed!

Do not use. I was told they would come and look at my washer the man neve rshowed up. the # you are calling is not a local business, its a job shopper. just avoid this man. When he finally did call it was to tell me he didnt need to look at my machine at all that he new what was wrong with it and would fix in next week. nothing but a thief and a runaround

Washer stop working called and made an appointment. One of the nicest gentleman showed up fixed it in no time. Thank you guys so much you will be my repair shop from now on.

Worst experience ever please dont waste your money with this company, i called early Saturday morning to get my washer fixed they told me ok the tech. Would come in 3 hours then i get a voicemail saying the tech is having car trouble smh pissed off

Simply called to ask a question before setting an appointment. The guy who answered the phone is incredibly rude and has an attitude as if I’m wasting his time.

This company lies about deducting your Service fee if you do the repair job , I ended up paying the repair fee plus the service fee ,I called the company and was refuse to credit me for the 59.99 service . i will take matters to higher court so they can stop this practice and tell you upfront that you will pay the fee regardles if you decide to do the repair or not .
