I am absolutely disgusted by the behavior of the management here. Letting people with babies and families go without hot water and ac for going on months now. You should be ashamed. Stop hiding and answer your phones. Something needs to be done before this ends in a court case.

I would strongly suggest against Kings Cross or Kings Point for your home. A few of the little things include gates that consistently break, trash overflowing from the dumpster, to little parking availability. Some of the major issues I had during my stay included:The payment application changing over during a school (The complex was notified I wouldnt be accessable) where I could not access technology, resulting in late payments and a hit to my credit score before I was returned my phone.The fire that occurred on 08 August, there were multiple other residents including myself that did not have our fire alarms ring, even being wired into the building.Though the complex had promised a structural eningeer/survey was in the works it has been one month with nothing to show, with many peoples possessions and documents still inside with little communication from KC personnel.One of the most devastating things to find out is that the Renters Insurance that the company offers, has two options, of which when I signed on they neglect to tell you that there are two. Of course I had agreed to the insurance I thought would cover me, and was signed up for only liability insurance. A big slap in the face when your home burns down and the company brings the two options up with soot on your face. It was not just myself either, I know of at least two other cases.Finally it has taken multiple emails, calls and messages to coax any kind of response to distribute a fire report that was promised to take 7-10 days. It is now September 1st, the report was finally given with the last update on it being the 16th of August. It took a long message today just for them to respond to myself, hopefully the others received the report.Overall a terrible experience, the proximity to post is not worth the risk of the old buildings with no firewall in the attic.

Since they got bought it has been nothing but nothing but downhill in our experience, we have been supposed to get new appliances since last August because they are incredibly outdated and dont work well, still nothing, there have been times the portal doesnt work properly and then it takes you 5 days of consecutive calling for someone to give you a call back. Its a beautiful property and the maintenance staff is very nice but our experience has been very frustrating

Never answers the phone… I’m sorry if someone is trying to become a resident in your complex and they call and you NEVER pick up ? Or NEVER answer the emails ? That’s pretty unprofessional…. I’ve been calling , leaving voicemails, emailing but haven’t heard a word back . There’s always a message saying they are showing the property but my call is very important… why would I leave a voicemail if you’re not even going to call back … that just doesn’t make sense to me. You guys have a beautiful facility but horrible staff. I just find it hard to believe every single day at every single hour you’re showing your complex to someone…also if you are showing the complex to someone WHY ISNT SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE MANAGING THE PHONES???

Communication from this property is almost non existent. The only reason 1 star was given was due to the fact that they are currently transitioning to new management. Numerous emails and phone messages were left with 1 call back from a new leasing associate that had ZERO answers. That can be understood (as she is new) however we were promised that a manager would call to answer questions we have to the move out process. Needless to say - we have since moved out and are still waiting for return calls. Again leaving messages and emailing with ZERO response. I am a manager of an apartment community and have been for over 20 years - and have never experienced such lack of concern. RENT with Caution.

Typically in this area people move in and out quite frequently due to military. Understandably we have had minimal issues in the apartment due to previous tenants, but as soon as we contact management they have had maintenance/ whatever other accommodations we need out to our apartment extremely fast. They are always so nice and apologetic when issues have arose. We love it here so far! The area is great and beautiful.

I waited until we moved out to write this review but please read, especially if you are thinking of moving in. Our move in time was delayed because “they forgot to clean the carpets” so we had a Uhaul rented and packed up to go and then had to change our plans and get accommodations for a later time although our move in date and time had been set months ago. When we were finally able to move in, the first thing we see is floorboards pulled up in the living room. The floors were damaged prior to us moving in and nobody thought to fix it before we arrived. This became a giant issue because the company who originally installed the flooring no longer carried that color. Over several months we had people in and out with no resolution. Finally they just replaced the whole floor but they only did in the living room so the bathroom vinyl didn’t match. The gate was always broken and left open for anyone to enter. There were several times where only one half of the gate would open and I could barely fit my husbands truck through it. Parking is extremely limited and I would often have to walk from several buildings down to get to my apartment which isn’t a huge deal, but on rainy days and late nights it is. Several work orders were placed for our sink (which was also broken at the time of move in) and the would come to “fix it” but it would be broken an hour later. They won’t jump to fix anything for the residents but if they need you to pay for any minuscule damages they’ll make sure they get their money ASAP, even with your work orders still open!! We used the pool a grand total of three times in a year and half because you can never get in, even as a resident. It’s always closed and it was that way even before covid. Our AC broke several times. They only consider it an emergency when it’s 80 degrees outside and even in an emergency you can’t get ahold of the office. The emergency maintenance line NEVER answers the phone. So if you have children or animals, and don’t want them sitting in a hot house during NC summers, avoid this place. The office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Hailee always had an attitude with me. I went in to put in a work order one day and when hailee pulled up our apartment info she accused us of paying for only one of our dogs and told me I needed to pay even though one of our dogs is a therapist ordered emotional support animal and we discussed this at move in with Tara and Kristen before hailee even worked there. We were given pet passes for BOTH of our dogs at MOVE IN. I was in the office to fill out a work order, not to be questioned about our animals that had been approved and living there for a year. The only exception was the pregnant lady who started working there right as we were moving out. She was always kind and professional. To add on to all of this, the neighborhood just isn’t safe. Someone hit my husbands truck while it was parked and drove off. The security footage was “too blurry” to see anything. Someone attempted to break in the first night my husband left for work. And we watched our neighbor get arrested after listening to him and his girlfriend throw things at each other and scream for several months. I’ve lived in other apartments before and never had to experience the headaches and hell I did here. Not military friendly either. They will just cause you more headaches when your spouse deploys.

Gate stays broken. Dont know whats that about. Now theirs a new staff here. That assumption will get your car towed away. My engine was running hot so I popped the hood to let it cool off. Come back to see a towing note. Go to the office. Now only did I not receive an apology cause clearly I wasnt making repairs to my car which I have seen several people do. I keep to myself,I Pay my rent on time, and dont bother anyone. I have came to the office plenty of time to tell them the gate was down or not working or I got the wrong Male. Or someone left this in the gym. It just gets to me. When you assume something without facts. Makes it seem I was targeted. 😪. I have never violated any policy,but treated as i have. Please do better.

When searching for an apartment, safety, convenience, affordability, amenities, and storage were the main components. The complex offers them all with the units being more spacious than anticipated. It is adjacent to an established neighborhood adding a safe extension for walking/running. It is also located within a mile of shopping, schools, food, entertainment, religious establishments, and base. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and quick to address any concerns brought to their attention. The complex also holds tenant appreciation functions which aid in giving off a positive community vibe. Kings Cross is a great place to live.

They BUGGED me to fill out the application . I was trying to get all my stuff together . Called everyday . I didn’t feel comfortable because I don’t have the best credit. Well I submitted the application yet I check today and seen I was denied ... OH SO NOW YALL DONT WANNA CALL? I was approved for two other complexes that look better within my budget. Next time give people an option for a co signer because I had that. They won’t work with people with not so perfect credit regardless if you have a great rental history and three times the rent .

This place is absolutely amazing! Beautiful place to live, excellent management, and only a seconds away from all shops and food! I just moved in a few days ago and I have to say its far greater here than I had previously imagined. Not only is the place nice but the staff are amazing too! Kings cross is a great location. It is far enough from base that when you get home you dont you can feel like a civilian but close enough it doesnt take 30 minuets to get to work. Its also secluded but a 2 minuet drive to the middle of town. I love the fact that the office is right here to get any help i need. The staff is amazing and very helpful. They always have smiles and go out of there way to make the residents feel like a family. The neighbors are amazing, when i moved in they came to help me. All and All it is a great place and I recommend this location to any one who is searching for a nice apartment complex.

My husband and I booked an apartment through AirBNB and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and about a mile from the mall and countless restaurants. Everything you need is provided- fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, cleaning supplies and laundry detergent, and theres even a fireplace. The complex has a dog park, fishing, outdoor grills, a pool, a gym, and more. The scenery is really quite beautiful - ducks and geese swimming in the lake surrounded by trees. The women in the office were a delight and very helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

I love the lake that I get to look at every morning I wake up and when I relax before I go to bed. It is a quiet neighborhood that really makes you feel like your at home. The staff are very helpful and you dont have to ask them more than once to do something they get it done the first time. I also love the indoor and outdoor pool option. The gym has plenty of equipment to get anybody in shape and it is spacious. The apartment itself is great and Im glad to be able to call this wonderful establishment my Home!!!!!

I have had a terrible experience here. They have tried to charge me more than what I owe on a few occasions. It also makes it hard because sometimes they don’t even answer the phone when you try to get in contact with them. No one has stepped foot in my apartment for pest control and the gate almost never works. They told us it’s “like sitting at a stop light” you have to wait a few minutes for it to open. I cannot wait until my lease is up here.

They have not taken care of my maintenance requests and are over charging us. They are not in office to even talk to us and weve been trying to get in contract all day as week as going to the office and no one is there. They did not tell us there was a 60 day notice to vacate so we are trapped for another month and the trash compactor door is so loud that it wakes me up in the middle of the night. Also the laundry machines are never clean and the gate cards we received have never worked and weve been here for over 3 months. they even gave new ones and still have not got them to work plus the gate is down most of the time so theres no use in paying extra for a gated community .

I am not much for apts but I need a convenient location to Fort Bragg for work. This has been great for me. Been quiet and good neighbors so far. For the price this location and the amenities are really on point. The staff has been great and with the exception of being a panthers fan maintenance has always been responsive and correct the first time. I am glad I chose KC to have as an additional Home. I read reviews before I chose here but have not had any bad experience so far.

I’ve been living here for almost three years now, and I can’t complain much. It’s quite and nice BUT the one thing that irks me is that in these 3 years that I’ve lived here I’ve probably only been to the pools about 2 times. There is ALWAYS RANDOM people that DO NOT live here that come I to our complex to swim at our pools. I pay rent and I can’t feel comfortable going to the pool facilities without random people around and swimming in them. As an eco I went today and there were a bunch of ANNOYING RANDOMS who do not live here. Please have a better system for your guest to enjoy their facilities.

Just moved in here not too long ago, and really enjoy it!! Management has always been kind and helpful, maintenance guys are polite and dont take too long to fix things, and the location is superb. Close to post and everything we need but still have a gorgeous view from our balcony. Price is Right for all that you get ( gym, pools, dog park) and the only reason I give this four Stars is the appliances are older but work just the same. Super military friendly and animal friendly community. Keep up the awesome work 😁

The gate is always broken, the speed bumps are way to high and will distroy your vehicle. The dog park lights never work. And the a/c units are always broken. Just take a ride threw the neighborhood and see how many people use window units instead of the a/c that comes with the unit. And last but not least... WATER BUGS!!! . HAVE FUN FIGHT WATER BUGS when it rains.

Stayed at an Airbnb there with my fiancé and had a great experience! The office staff was very helpful and super friendly, the place was kept incredibly clean, and it was a very cute/homey setup. Overall it was an awesome time and very accommodating! I’d definitely stay here again :)

0 Stars!! This has been beyond worse living here. Tried buying a house fell through now we are paying more then if we had a 4 bed 3 bath house. Some of The office people are a joke. They walked through our apartment asking what was wrong and it has been like pulling teeth to get them to fix it! Oh and if your coming here for the gate forget about it!!!!

Dont try to lease here. They dont work with bad credit or bankruptcy. I told the leasing consultants twice that I had recently 10 months ago filed bankruptcy due to my divorce. I have over the amount of income and let them know if need be I have a co signer as well. I was told that wouldnt be an issue and continued to apply. 48hrs later I was denied because of my bankruptcy wasnt within the 3 year range. They still werent willing to work with me or my roommate all because of a bankruptcy. I wouldnt waste my time or money at this place. Especially if your still repairing credit which is everyone here in this military town unfortunately.

After more than 45-years of on-again, off-again apartment living, I landed at Kings Cross apartments this past summer. Would that I had known about this place sooner! On virtually every score, KC meets or exceeds my expectations. Along with my partner, Linda, we have (finally) found a quiet, exceptionally well-maintained and comfortable life! Every encounter has been superb, thanks to a sterling roster of staff members ready and always willing to help in any way they can. Close to the center of town and with outstanding amenities, KC is as complete and worry-free as anything anyone could ask for! Now, if we can just do something about those damned speed bumps! :-)

Slapped my neighbor and I with a $25 fine for leaving a bag of trash outside our doors while we were at work. Perhaps a warning was in order instead. Not once has any worker told me not to do that. All my neighbors do it too and were fined today. The construction of the apartment is poor with door knobs and hinges coming loose once a month. The new flooring is bad so my couch is sunk down about 2 inches into the floor, and there are random low soft spots all over. Dont even get me started about the gate. The key card or our code has never worked even when I went in to the office every day for weeks to update my information. Half the time they just leave the gate open, which just allows anyone to come in - the thing the gate is supposed to stop. Occasionally the gate wont open from the inside and leaves you trapped until someone comes in the entrance side. The same key card for the gate opens everything in the community center, so with that not working you have no access to the gym or pool after work hours. There is not enough parking either. My stove has a broken burner that has been on for two weeks now and they cancelled my work order request when we got the fine for the trash. I love my neighbors, but I will be moving after my lease ends and not come back.And now moving out has been an issue as well with employees telling you things over the phone and then when you go into the office nobody knows who said what to whom. Im being bounced around from manager to manager wasting time because no one can authorize anything.

Luckily, I never leased here. I never write reviews, but I thought my experience was definitely review worthy. While touring, management guaranteed a deposit free move in for military families. All seemed well until they told me they were waiting on my background check, which isnt the problem. After a week of communicating back and forth with management, she informed me that there was previous rental history that didnt check out and she was waiting to here back from them. Which is fine, I understand the process. But, Ive never had problems with my previous rentals. One of the managers contacted my husband, knowing he was at work. Which wouldnt be an issue, except SHE WAS COMMUNICATING WITH ME THE WHOLE TIME PREVIOUS TO SAID PHONE CALL. She informed him that there was an eviction on my record and that they still approved our application, we would just have to pay a $300 deposit. He informed me, and of course I called right away. The manager wasnt available to speak with me, but another employee informed me that my file never stated there was an eviction, only that I broke my lease. Which is true, and I paid everything I owed. Nobody ever was able to get their story straight, nor did they ever get back to me after I disputed said allegations. Theres $80 on applications fees out the window.

Most of the reviews up here sound like some bs. This place is not what it appears to be at first glance. AC has been broken in my apartment ever since i moved in a few months ago...its 80 degrees in my bedroom at night. Maintenance has been called 3-4 times and still has not been fixed I had to end up buying a window AC unit. Entire complex is poorly maintained as a whole. Gate is left open/broken half the time with cars backed up like a half a mile down the street waiting to get in. Avoid this place!

Its March 21 2014 and i currently live in the apartments. From the other reviews, things have changed i guess, the ladies at the office are great and very nice. The in door pool is worm most the time and the outside pool is nice, they do a great job keeping it clean. The maintenance guys are really cool, the apartments are decent unless you have high standards then you should go down the road and pay a crazy 1400 for a 3 bedroom, for what it is, its great for me. The gym does the job and get a great workout, im pleased with it here and will be renewing my lease. people on these sites just like to complain to much like about little and stupid stuff.

At the begining everything was amazing then i realize this place is a joke. Stay away from this apartments. If you want a nice apartment go across from this apartments. Management are full of lies. They just want to take your money. I wish I had read the reviews before moving here management is rude and loud. Nothing gets done until weeks and if you bother them about it. They have been robberies going around and we still dont have security. The gates are always open. You will see mold in the apartments. If you are pregnant or break a leg and need to be moved to a lower apartment they will tell you they will move you for free and when you are moving they will charge you 500 dollars even with a doctor notice. This place is the worst place to live. They seem nice and sweet at the beginning but everything its about money here. We cant wait to move.... This apartments are not that good for the cost of the place. They are very inconsistent with how they build them, every apartment is different.

Leaving one star just to effect the reviews rating because I’m not sure if it’ll effect the ratings if I left none. If that wasn’t the case, I would certainly go negative. I have visited many properties that horizon reality owns and this is by far, the worst property I have not only resided in, but even seen. I can not stress enough to the public how horrible the leadership and management has been for my almost three years of commitment to their apartment complex. The management cusses at/insults their employees in front residence constantly. Maintenance is never done. I had a bullet hole in the wall next to my front door and it’s still there three years later after I have complained and went through the proper process to get a work order submitted multiple times. For all I know, there’s either a lot of violence in the area or someone must of killed themselves in the apartment.(I don’t blame them after my experience with King’s Cross.) Also, I have been to more resident events than the leadership/management team..I think I went to three. That is unacceptable. The management takes no pride in that property and treats the job like it’s a part time job. Must work an other job because I couldn’t even complain to the property manager at all because she was never there! Also unacceptable. If you plan on touring this complex for your family, ask to see the wall next to the front door of 5710 apt 5 and check out the cool three year old bullet hole they neglect to acknowledge and fix. I think Horizon could profit more off this property by selling whole entirely. If you are military, I highly discourage you from renting an apartment from the staff. I have overheard the staff make fun of military members on multiple occasions which is completely unacceptable! Do not rent with property. Check out better apartments with a newer complex and a all around better staff; parcstone off of cliffdale. Westlake at Morganton(literally across Morganton road from King’s Cross). The reserve off of Reilly road. The preserve at grande Oaks.(also down the street from King’s Cross). Thanks for the read. Also to the remaining team left, don’t reply. I have to say, the majority of the staff is friendly and can be helpful when needed. However, after living here six months, we have had issues with flooding four times. The second time it took THREE weeks before anyone had been here (other than emergency maintenance), or even contacted us. Then the carpet crew tore the carpet at its seams and is falling apart now, but because my dog had chewed some (which I take full responsibility of) they are not taking any responsibility for it. Weve got brown spots on our ceiling from water damage. They dont lock the water heater doors, which are outside of the apartments, so three of the four times there were any water issues it was because of deliberate damage to those. Yet, they still refuse to lock it. And like I said, water issues FOUR separate times and we are still in the same unit. Needless to say, Im having someone look at my lease and trying my darnedest to get out of this place!

These apartments were truly the worst living conditions Ive ever experienced. The walls are so thin you can hear traffic as if you were sitting outside on the balcony, and since the walls are thin in summer the air conditioning doesnt cool the apartment down, and in winter its cold as heck inside unless you run the gas fireplace, which raises the energy bill astronomically. Theres squirrels living in the walls, and you hear scratching all night long due to them moving about. Bugs/pests have come trough the outlets due to the animals living in the walls, and the Kings Cross management has the nerve to CHARGE the resident the extermination fee ($800). The indoor pool is over chlorinated, and the outdoor pool is always closed. The garbage is constantly overflowing, causing more pests/bugs to be in close proximity of living quarters. Stay away from these apartments, you can get a luxury gated apartment elsewhere and closer to base for less money, and better maintained grounds, no pests, and insulated walls.

Short commute to base and to shopping centers. Overall not bad but horrible customer service. Received orders to deploy within 10 days had to break my lease and clear the apartment, everything appeared to be settled to only receive a call from a bill collector 3 days after redeployment stating we owed money. King Cross failed to even communicate this with me via email. The entire move out process was flat out a disaster and a headache. Decent while you there and a resident but when it is time to go you get awful treatment! Sidenote; Maintenance is subpar as well! I wouldnt recommend it!A

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Everything about my experience here sucked. From the beginning they lost and messed up our paperwork and kept changing the amount of how much we would have to pay at move in.. Although the staff who works on the apartments is amazing, the people who work at the desks are the worst. They Never leave appropriate messages when you call or get back to you. The gym is always a mess, the outdoor pool is always closed, people drive way too fast through the neighborhood and someone actually hit us cause they were texting and driving.. And then at move out they made us pay a full months rent even though we turned in our pcs orders a month prior. Not to mention they just billed is our last statement and are charging us for new carpet when we never had a pet. All they want is money here. Not to mention they wouldnt email back to resolve the issue so just sent it to bill collectors and when the bill collector called they were trying to charge us 600$ more than what the move out atatwment was. Thank goodness I kept the email from the move out statements so they wont be getting extra money from us! They dont know how to manage apartments, especially the manager Norma. its terrible so just please dont even bother.

I cannot wait for my lease to be up. I cannot deal with these broken gates anymore. Im constantly having to jump the fence to get my husbands truck or vice versa so we can open the gates from the other side and drive through the wrong way...it causes traffic on Morganton to back up, not to mention loch haven. What is the point of having gates if you cannot maintain them? Every once in a while, I get it. But at least twice a week is unsatisfactory. Dont advertise security if your gates are either broken in the open position and anyone can come right in or broken in the closed position and no one can get out. Ive been late to work on multiple occasions because I am unable to get out of this prision, and just today - I was unable to get back onto the complex because the entry gate would not open. Several cars all tried their codes, but to no avail. A few men even tried manually pushing the gate open while simultaneously entering the code. Im done. All I can think is what if there were a fire and the firetrucks are already having to fumble with the code and even when they put it in correctly the gate cant open. Or a woman going into labor is trying to get to the hospital but shes trapped in this hellhole, just as I was when trying to get to work. its unfortunate because these apartments have a good amount of things to offer...much potential. But the management is terrible. The maintenance guys seem to be doing the best they can but you cannot maintain broken equipment.

When I first moved into King`s Cross, I loved it. I loved the location of where my apt was in relation to work and I loved how secluded my particular apt is. Until recent events I would not recommend any one moving into this apt. I had a leaky sink faucet which was fixed with what maintenance said a temporary faucet. He did not at this time have the right faucet to place in the sink leaving a hole where the sprayer should be. This was on 26NOV. Also on this date I brought to there attention that the sink in my master bedroom was chipping. He stated that he had a spray that he could use to stop it from chipping away anymore, however I am still waiting. The third part of this day is where I got a little aggravated. Without my knowing he turned up the water heater, he had the pilot turned all the way past the safety point on very hot. Not only did I burn myself in the shower, my gas bill which is normally 20 dollars was over 100. I hired a HVAC certified technician to come look at the apt to determine why my gas bill was so high. I am still waiting on them to come and fix the sinks and call about the bill, it is now the 16DEC2014. I have made multiple attempts to get maintenance here without any luck. I expressed that I work night turns when maintenance called on a Tuesday 3 weeks ago at 1600 but that I would be home that following Friday. He was disgusted that I was not allowing him to come to my home that day and he hung up on me after we scheduled an appt at 1300 FrI ( I am still waiting for him to show up 3 weeks later). I have also made multiple attempts to go speak directly to the manager, but she is never in the office. It would not have been a problem to allow him to come that day except I have a large dog that has free reign of the apt when I am gone. I do not fear that the dog would do anything, but if I am not here anything could be said. Hopefully after expressing myself on the review section the manager will finally call me back.

Stay away from this place! The front desk girls are so rude!! There has been many problems since we moved in that Kings Cross didnt care about. My husbands motorcycle was stolen from here because they never kept their gate closed. Their grass removal company should be named glass removal company because while we were living here my rear car window and the glass door to our apartment were both smash from rocks. We have lived with a broken burner on our stove since we first moved in. When we had an issue with our sink it took them over a week to come in and fix it. They charge a lot of money for trash even though the dumpster is always full and there is nowhere to put the trash. We were told that when we came down on orders to give our notice and we would be all set and released from our lease but when we actually gave that notice they said we had to pay next months rent.

Almost 3 years ago when we moved in to this apartment complex we thought this would be our last move, we loved the place, it was clean, the staff was great, it had a nice clean pool and we had great neighbors, management always had some kind of event for the residents going on, well in the last year or a little longer the placed has gone to the dogs, the gates work when they want to this has been going on for months you either cant get in or you cant get out which causes a traffic backup. The pool area is a joke, it is never clean of trash and the water is always cloudy. The dog park is just a fenced in area with bark chips and full of dog poop that is not cleaned up, really you cant take your dog anywhere to walk because the complex is full of dog poop and trash. There is so much more I could tell about this complex BUT here is the worse, my neighbor ask me over the weekend had I been notified of the bed bug infestation in the units, no I said, so I went into my apartment and was changing our bedding and decided to just check our mattress and box springs GUESS what we found BED BUGS, I called the office immediately and the young lady said they had had a problem in the units, and that someone would contact Monday to set up a date for pest control to come out. Monday I heard from no one, then Tuesday afternoon I decided to call them, no answer after several tries I called the manager at Kings Point who was very helpful and got someone on the phone for me. I was told that they had not heard back from Pest Control but they would let me know when they would be out, then all of a sudden Pest Control is on the other line and I am schedule for them to come to my apartment the next morning, as they did and we found out yes we do have bed bugs and we have to remove ALL of our clothing,shoes,blanket, pillows,and put in plastic bags and remove them from the apartment just like moving is what the pest control tech said. Then they will schedule to come treat the apartment, which then means we have to remove our pets and ourselves for hours, when they are done treating we have wash and hot dry all of our clothes,shoes,blankets,sheets etc. WHY DID SOMEONE NOT NOTIFY ALL TENANTS IN THE UNITS SO THEY COULD HAVE BEEN PREPARED FOR THIS. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE AND WILL BE CONTACTING LEGAL ADVISE ON HOW TO BREAK MY LEASE WITH NO PENALTIES. Between the dog poop, residents smoking dope on their balconies, to the cabinets falling apart, I AM DONE
