This is the place to get your look tight in the Farragut area; quit lookin. Their skills are awesome, but so are a ton of other places. Rodneys shop is always a place to listen, add, and learn in the random discussions. It is unique and why I write this review; it is very real. I took my boyfriend here to get his hair cut and beard trimmed and these guys do a wonderful job! They arent just a barber, but artists. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Very disappointed. My first time there and I left without a haircut. Was told there was only one person in front of me. Waited 45 minutes and someone walked in and sat right down in the chair that was supposed to be mine. I wont ever go back.

It was non-stop comradery and loads of laugh with a most professional, talented crew. My Barber was Rodney. Not only did he give me the most awesome haircut, I think I have made a new friend. I’ve followed Rodney all around West Knoxville for at least 17 years. He’s the only person to cut my hair since we first met. Now he also is the only one to cut my boys’ hair as well. It was great when he finally opened his own place. The atmosphere is classic, the conversations are varied and hilarious and the hair cuts are always ToPP notch!

I hate to give away the best barbershop in Knoxville but they are truly the best. All barbers are personable. They are focused and attentive to detail. Rodney is absolutely great with kids. You cannot best the value either.

I stopped by this place on the way to work. All I wanted was a lineup of my hair and beard. The barber named “D” kept talking with other people in the shop as well as another barber. Now, normally I don’t have a problem with this. But to mess up my line is very disappointing. He made his own sides in my head. I am beyond angry. It’s not even worth bringing it to his attention. I am not from the area. The shop is nice but the service I got from D was unprofessional and unacceptable. I will never return here. Never mess up a mans line.

The worst haircut I ever had in my life. It took him 7 minutes only to do fade haircut and fade beard with lining up. He ended up with inconsistent hair length (the worst ever in my life). The left side of beard is completely different than the right side. He was unprofessional at all.

I have been going here for a few years and it is a great barbershop. They are usually fairly busy so it is best to make an appointment. To the guy that claimed they let someone that walked in after him get in the chair before him..that is because they had an appointment. That is the way all barbershops that have appointments and walk-ins work. I always make an appointment and get there maybe 5-10 min before my appointment and Rodney takes me when he finishes with the person in his chair.

I came for the first time today when I walked in, there were two people in a chair two people sitting. Being a barber shop you sit and wait your turn understandable, Ive been using them for 20 years, barber shops not this one. A person comes in after me about 15 minutes after I sat down. I have already been waiting 45 minutes or so. One of The Barbers gets done and it should be my turn and without saying anything to me tells the individual who walking after me theyre up next. Southern Hospitality I can tell you this there isnt any, there is more hospitality and more customer service in a small town anywhere in the West Coast or West of the Bible Belt then any place around. All they would have needed to do is be vocal say something acknowledge knowledge even. I will never visit this place again.

This place butchered my sons hair. Asked for a fade and that’s not at all what happened. When my husband pointed out all the mistakes they said they would lower the price to 13 dollars. In no way was this place professional and it looks like a toddler took a razor to my sons head. I strongly recommend not coming here for a quality hair cut. Picture’s to follow

Been getting my haircut by Rodney for a couple years now even before opening this shop. Hes a good man and a good barber, the rest of the staff are just as friendly and always good for a joke. I went here twice and each time got worse. The hospitality was okay. But the first I was alright but the second time was much worse. If you are wanting a simple shave this is the place but if you are wanting more of a style think again.
