My truck was filthy when I took it in , especially since I live on a dirt road. I wash the truck, but I never waxed it. When I got my truck back, I was absolutely stunned. It looked like new. I should have done it a long time ago . Thanks guys

Did not complete the job. Dog hair still in carpet. Owner said after the fact that they charge extra for dog hair. Door jam left dirty. Trunk jam was not cleaned. Front window was not cleaned inside. Called and talked to owner. Said they were busy and short handed. I do not have time to take back, they had it for 3 hours and 15 min. Owner also said they went up on prices and did not change on internet. Not wasting time or money again.

My truck looks great! Shined up pretty. An thank you for putting the protection on side of the doors where my dog hangs out of the windows. Can’t even see it!! Love it! Thank you again.

My company has been using this place for the company vehicles so I decided to try them for my own car. The service they give is washing and vacuuming, that is not a detail job. My dash was still dirty. Dust all over my steering column. Debris between my seats. Sticky adhesive was left on my passenger side seat. Id have paid more for a full detail if it meant getting a real detail job. Not going back.

Always putting the customers first and delivering the best quality work no matter what! They always call back immediately if the phone can not be answered! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TOWN!

Took my truck in for a “King Wash” today. Dropped it off and left it for a couple hours. These guys are top notch. My truck looks amazing. The service isn’t cheap, but keep in mind you get what you pay for. I am a satisfied customer that will be returning. Thank you!!!

King Detail does not disappoint! We took our new/used car to King. It was dull and pretty scratched up. They removed ALL scratches, and had our vehicle looking like it was off the show room floor. We are blown away with the service and level of detail! Scott prepped the car, removed scratches and ceramic coated. It’s pristine now! Do not take your vehicles any where else!!

Workers need to take some Initiative with their washes, especially paying $75 for a king wash. First and last time washing my truck here.

My 11 year old car looks new. They emptied the glove Box, they emptied everything and put it all in a bag and cleaned every crevice in that car. Shiny, clean and smells good and looks great!! Great job!!

Kings detail is by far the best hand wash and full detail shop in San Juan County. They provide great customer service and truly do an exceptional job of taking care of vehicles. Owner Scott does an excellent job of making sure all vehicles that come thru his shop leave ultimately clean. Scott also provided special detailing, tinting and clear body wraps..which he does an excellent job. Thank you Scott for all you do for those that truly want to keep their cars in great shape.

Had my Truck detailed here awhile back. After I got the vehicle back buttons on my steering wheel, dash and passenger seat switches wouldn’t work. I noticed a mold smell in the vehicle a few weeks later. I had taken the vehicle to the dealership and the found mold in the vents as well as the carpet. They asked if I had taken the truck to get detailed. I let them know I did. They determined that the mold cause in the vents may have been from the detailer trying to steam them and they did not fully dry the carpet well which cases that mold. Long story short don’t take your vehicle here. They caused more damage than good. The price to correct all the damages surpassed the price to fix it all.

Was not able to get services from this company as they have never called back. I have called 5 times to get information and set an appointment, they never return my call. Tried to stop by but was closed during posted business hours.

Unfortunately not a good experience. Had high hopes but detail job fell short and when asked to remedy it we were met with an owner who would charge us more to redo it. Wont be back.
