I have used Kathleen twice now and I dont have any complaints from either case. She is very busy but I assure you she will contact you any time there is a reason for it. She is very fair and honest. She wont BS you or give you false hope when it isnt warranted. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Kathleen will always be the person I recommend for ANY custody case. She is hands down the best lawyer I’ve ever dealt with. She truly wants what is best for the child and is not afraid to fight for you. I had another attorney for almost 10 months who did absolutely nothing to help me, even when my ex kept my 1 year old son from me for 3 weeks for absolutely no reason than wanting to get back at me for hurting him. We hired Kathleen for my step daughter to handle a custody battle. When we hired her, my step daughter already had an attorney, however that attorney wasnt doing anything to fight for custody of the child and nothing was getting done. I hired her to take care of custody of my daughter she let me know that I had no rights let my ex take my daughter across state lines. I paid her in full for exparte orders that she got continuances on instead of taking care of them like she promised. She told me I was being ridiculous because she was the second lawyer I hired for this and still wasn’t even getting visitation. She kept my money and done nothing for my daughter or me. Over 2500$

Humiliating. I applied to the Southern Legal Services for a personal need. This lawyer accepted the fees from SLS and did nothing. I wish I could report her to the #ABA for #fraud. She took the money but didnt fulfill her contract for the fees. Dont hire her if you value your finances

Anyone else who has had issues with this attorney the paper you need to fill out is from the office of chief disciplinary counsel its s simple complaint form to fill out stating the problems that you have had. This woman is a crook and i will help anyone that has been done wrong by her and her staff i know there is plenty of people who have put their familys well being in this womans hands only to be let down.
