15 years of business with Treadworks, this week I bought new tires off the internet because they were 300 dollars cheaper, had treadworks put them on, left, truck was bouncing, I took it back, they had to do the balancing again. No big deal it happens. Left after balancing and later seen a nasty gouge in the side wall of my brand new tires after leaving his shop. I went by and asked for them to fix the incident. Osner James calls me and proceeds to call me a liar. I told him that the tire wouldnt even pass a DOT inspection, proceeds to rudely ask me what qualifications I have to make such a judgment call. He says he will take a look at some cameras because he has every single thing in and around his shop on camera. He calls me back, laughs at me and says well I have good news! It wasnt our fault, and I also have bad news! He tells me I have to go find some place to sell me a new tire. End of call. 15 years and thousands of dollars in approved sales to this company and he treats me like that. He refused to hold his employees accountable for what happened in his shop. And passive aggressively puts blame on his customers. Absolutely disrespectful and careless.To the owners response. The tires are not used, just not bought from you. They are absolutely brand new tires. And no the slice in my tire was caused by your company. You can lie to your customers all you want, but this review will stay up so people know.

Had a few locking lug nuts that needed removed. James took care of me and replaced them and added new lug nuts. Youre the best! Ask for james

Great needed an alignment and got me in right away

Several weeks ago my daughter needed tires and alignment. The good folks at tread works gave us an honest assessment of what was needed and completed the work in a courteous, timely & professional manner. Today as she was driving she heard a strange noise while turning. Called Treadworks (3 p.m.!) hoping, they were able to squeeze her in before a long trip to check out the problem and make sure she was safe. Turned out to be a loose trim piece rubbing against the tire. They corrected the issue, checked wheels & tires and sent her on her way safe & sound. I want to personally thank Daniel and the crew for treating my daughter like they would their own. His exact words. This is how a reputable business establishes and KEEPS repeat customers. Put us in that category. Thanks for keeping my daughter safe and easing a worried dads mind.

Long story short- road trip Detriot to Mesa verde etc - tires looked good but guess the 1700+ miles and long mountain drives it wore my tires outside of tire were almost bald- tread works didn’t have tires in stock so I went to discount tire Arturo for them…Arturo told me tread works had the best guys- tread works had 2weeks booked for alignments- but since I was headed back home - same day service even tho I bought tires somewhere else-THATS SERVICE!!! Thx guys

I need to give these folks more stars. I was traveling through the 4-Corners on my way to Utah when I had a wheel issue with the truck. The issue left me stranded on the road. Hi Country Towing was called, and they recommended Treadworks for the repair. This was 4:30 on a Saturday, they closed at 5:00, and were not open on Sunday. Harold, manager, had one of his staff stay late (Mark?). My truck was picked up and delivered to Treadworks a little after 5:00. They had already acquired the parts and were ready to rock on the repair when we arrived. Less than an hour later, I was back on my way. I cannot express enough gratitude to Harold and Mark for staying late to get this traveler back on the road.

I bought my very first set of tires at Treadworks after a series of high school burnouts that left me with bald rear tires. That was over 15 years ago and theyve maintained the tradition of taking excellent care of their clients and they always have the tires I need in stock. I dont have to wait in a line of ten people like you would at other tire shops in town!

INTEGRITY and VALUE!!! These guys always take very good care of me and my family. A few years ago I took my wife’s car i for tires and an alignment. After the work was done and the bill was paid my wife and I were driving out of the parking lot. One of the sales people came running out to stop us and tell us they owed us money. Apparently they charged us for a standard 4 wheel alignment. My wife’s car is only adjustable on the front wheels. They told me that the price for the 2 wheel alignment was much less and that they needed to pay back the difference. I would have never known had they not informed me about the 2 wheel alignment. By displaying integrity like that they earned my business for life!

Absolutely excellent. Everyone there was friendly (And there were a lot of people working there). I had them check my rear brakes. I expected to pay out the nose. They told me the brakes were good and only needed an adjustment. They could have ripped me off but did not. How many times in life do you find a business like this one?

Friendly staff , had tire rotation & all wheel alignment which they did. Requested brake pad inspection but didnt get consultation on it , just the bill.

I have been doing business with this company both professionally and personally for years. It is a multi-generational company and local business. The company has always been able to assist me with my tire purchases and some of my mechanical issues and Ive always left a satisfied customer without complaint.

At first I was a little skeptical coming to this location, but to my surprise I was welcomed by such a great team (not just one but all) and very excellent service! These people are so nice, quick, and very knowledgable! If it was up to me Id give more than 5 stars! Thanks!

They charge a little more than discount tire but it may be worth the few extra dollars per tire because they can get the same tires a week earlier depending on the situation. Great customer service in person ok service on the phone

The service at Treadworks was excellent. I put a lift, wheels, and new tires on my vehicle. They had my wheels ordered quickly and the install was done within a few hours. Highly recommend them!

Called early on a Tuesday morning to see if they could mount some UTV tires for my Can Am fairly quickly (I supplied the tires) since I was heading to California that day. I spoke with Daniel and he assured me that they could have it done in about a half hour. I arrived and they delivered on their promise. Every employee I encountered was very friendly. Later that day when I was several states away, my wife called to let me know that she had a flat tire. I called Daniel to make sure that if she took it in that day he could take care of her. He set her up with 4 new tires for a reasonable price. She said that everyone at Treadworks was very friendly to her as well. 2 visits in the same day and 2 positive experiences. The Treadworks in Farmington is great! Friendly people at the front. I had a question and they brought me back to ask the tech in person. I have never had a good experience in Kirtland, though. They are always so rude and off-putting there.

Treadworks is the only place in town that I trust with my vehicles. They are very knowledgeable and professional! They are not just a tire store they are also a full service shop with very knowledgeable and experienced mechanics. I took my duramax in for an alignment and they were able to determine that I had more issues than just needing an alignment. After visually showing me all the front end parts that were bad, with my approval, they replaced a wheel hub, pitman arm, idler arm, steering stabilizer, and gave my truck an alignment. After the mechanics were done, my truck drives like new! Thank you treadworks for yet again a great customer experience!

So my partner got a flat from a puncture. Took it to TW (Treadworks), for a repair and they told her that the tire was not repairable due to sidewall damage of said tire and the major puncture could not be patched. They then tried to sell her 4 new tires. I went there the next day with my partner and asked to see the damaged tire. Also to see if the investment for new tires was worth it. To my surprise, there was no sidewall damage and the puncture was repairable!! I grabbed the tire and walked out. I had it repaired and put back on my partners car at another tire shop. I guess you have to have someone knowledgeable of tires with you when getting repairs from TW or else they will target your repairs to meet their quota of new tire sales. I usually dont write negative reviews but this was ridiculous.

We bought tires that had to be ordered and received them the following day....but the real excellent customer service was that we dropped our truck off and went to eat but decided since our downhill walk was too much for my husband that we call a cab. No cabs. I called to ask if Treadworks had a shuttle and no they didnt. But the above and beyond customer service came from DL he was there in our truck ( with our consent of course) to pick us up and made sure my husband was taken care of since he didnt need the extra strain on his health. Ty Treadworks and DL deserves acknowledgement from his supervisors!!

I always take my vehicle here. I never had a problem with them. But recently I took my car in and got the grinding brakes fixed on passenger front. And a week later they squealing... Ill have to take it back.
