I was very appreciative of the amazing customer service. All the employees were very pleasant, due to the circumstances surrounding my vehicle I had to leave it in the middle of the night. They were awesome about the randomness of my drop off and even assessed and repaired my vehicle before the original time slot I picked the night before and the price was way lower than I found anywhere else. We have been with EZ Auto Repair since January 2018, when they did a water pump and belt replacement. They have done all of our service and repairs since then. I had my differential seals replaced there in the Fall of 2018. EZ Auto got me in quickly and were much more reasonably priced than elsewhere. I then had a leak from the same differential in recently. I thought it may have been the seals and mentioned that to them. They got me in quickly and confirmed that it was not the seals and now a loose plug. They fixed it and didnt charge me for the service. Im very satisfied with their service.

After removing the OEM head-unit and installing a new Pioneer Stereo, I forgot to plug the SRS (Airbag) indicator harness back in before turning on the ignition. This created a very annoying SRS warning on the dash. EZ Auto cleared this alarm light for free! Excellent service. I would highly recommend and will be bringing my personal vehicles here for any service. Thanks alot!

I was in a pickle as my tire stem broke and the tire went flat. Upon calling they answered the phone ASAP and offered a solution to my problem. It was repaired shortly after I arrived. If in need of a mechanic again, I wouldn’t hesitate giving them my business.

I’m a GM and ASE certified tech since 1995. With a fractured shoulder I cannot do repairs for quite a while. These guys are more picky then I and thier price is always lower then quoted. They do a wonderful job, are always friendly and know thier stuff! I go there and get treated like family, every time. The owner is a real great guy who is trustworthy, fair and treats his workers well, and it shows. I cannot recommend them high enough! This is the only shop I have work done at whether it be tires or a transmission replacement, Eric and his guys are extremely fast and do excellent quality work for an extremely reasonable price. Theyve done work on several of my vehicles and I have yet to ever be disappointed.

While the work is good and of great quality, I have extreme issues with their customer service. Rusty is an honest guy however, Steve has bad customer service, called me a liar on multiple occasions and hangs up on me. Rusty is the only reason we use them.

The tech fixed everything - no error showing anywhere. He did an outstanding job.

I have used EZ auto 2 times now both visits have been great treated fairly best hourly rate for a mechanic that ive used other shops have quoted me 100$+ per hr and one shop 115$...believe i got charged 80-85$/ would have to check my bill thought...eric saved me lots of money on 1st trip replaced powersteering line and new u joints front axle and front axle seals at the ends forget what there called...could have charged me double on labor but didnt only needed one u joint but wanted to do the both since the axle was off. Turn around would have been sameday but was working so picked up next day ..2nd visit did a oil change new Thorttle position sensor and had my idle air control valve cleaned 182.00$ for the sencond visit would have been same day turn around but was at work again. eric is friendly and knowledgeable parts are warrantied for a 1yr i believe ..tristian was friendly and polite in person and on the phone communication was excellent they called to let me what was needed to be done and how much it would cost never went over quoted price for either visit...will be back for sure with 1995 jeep cherokee sport and recommend this place to anybody that needs some mechanical or maintenance work done
