This Organization is very fair and responsible! i HIGHLY recommend them ! keep in mind if you want them to detail your car its best you drop it off the day before to have it completed by the end of the following business day..

Warning: DO NOT take your car to this place. They turned a dent into two dents and messed up the paint at the dent. It looks like they ran a file on it. It looks worse than when it was taken in and thats $160 later. I have to take it to a dealership or collision shop now, but now it will cost the additional $160 that was wasted at this place!

They have a great team of people that obviously take pride in their work. I brought my 5-year-old car in for detailing and it looks brand new inside and out.

I gave my car for complete detailing. They just vacuumed the car and applied shining that’s it. Nothing is cleaned in my interior and engine. I am pretty much sure they didn’t apply single drop of water to my car.

They did a great job of cleaning the interior for $79. The problem is they charge $139. Absolutely not worth it! Highly overrated. Save your $$ and go elsewhere.

Hired Ding Masters to wax and detail my classic car. They damaged the paint (huge scratch), horrific wax job and left the floor mats dirty. Damage cost me hundreds of dollars. The owner denied responsibility and refused to correct or pay for the damage. I have filed a lawsuit in civil court, filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and State of Michigan licensing athourity. Poor quality work and horrible customer service from Ahmad the owner.The car was a 1972 buick classic auto restored by a professional shop in 2007. Ding master pre inspected the car twice before the job and still screwed up the paint. Another local shop fixed the damage perfectly. Full paint job was never required.This guy has closed up and gone out of business. I guess that proves my point.
