Towed my car after an accident. Decided not to tow it to the shop I asked but instead kept it over night. The neglected to inform me or the shop that they were not bringing it. I got a call the next morning from the shop saying they couldn’t find my car after checking all around them. I called the towing company to see what happened and the man rudely told me that it was on its way now and that they decided to keep it over night (they picked up the car around 4:00 the previous day). I asked why I was not informed since I was getting told my car was lost, and he hung up on me. I’ll be letting my insurance company know that they should discontinue use of this business.

JZ Towing was used to pull a car out of my yard after the car driver ran through my brick mailbox. The tow truck driver was rude, used profain language and did over $10,000 damage to my property. Luckily the car drivers insurance picked up the bill. I would never recommend JZ Towing services.

Do not use JZ Towing unless you want your car stolen. I was involved in an accident and they were sent to pick up my car and tow it to the repair shop. Despite being 15 minutes away from the site of the accident, it took them two hours to arrive. I called several times to ask where they were and was told they were five minutes away. They then took my car but did not deliver it to the service shop. This despite verbal and written acknowledgment of the cars destination. Instead they took it to their lot, and I was unable to access it for several days.

Steve is an absolute joke of a human being. Unprofessional and a clown. Waited for over an hour and he never showed. When the next (different towing company) showed up in 10 mins, he apologized for JZ Towing because he knows guys like Steve give towers a bad name/reputation/and look.

DO NOT I repeat do not choose JZ!!! The towing company stated they will be able to tow my car in 45 mins after 1.5 hours of waiting I get a call saying they can’t come and they sent another person to tow my car. The person that came to tow my car was very rude, did not acknowledge my existence and did not introduce himself. The manager of the company stated I can ride with him to the dealership but this man refused to give me a ride. After talking on the phone with the manager I was able to get a ride. We are in the midst of a pandemic and this man was NOT WEARING a MASK and was VAPING in the truck and Blaring loud music. Very unprofessional!!!!! This man has no respect for human being !!!!!!!!

Jz towing helped me with my car that was broke on the H.W they handled it with professionalism and with care. They called me after a rainy day to make sure that I made it home safe. They also offered me a ride with the my car but my friend was waiting with me.. very recommended company

This is my 2nd time using JZ Towing, the 1st time they were reccomend by my road side assistance they 2and I personally asked for them. Both of times the drivers who came out to help got to me really quick and were really helpful. Ive used other towing services but from now on if I have any car issues Ill be calling these guys!

They finally called after waiting 30 minutes and told me they would be there in 20 minutes. 45 minutes go by so I try calling the driver twice and he would not answer. I called the company they said it wouldnt be there for 25 more minutes. A hour goes by and I get a notice saying they wont be able to complete the job after making me wait 2 hours with no luck at reaching someone the company owner even ignored my calls. This is the most company I have ever felt with

Customer service was awful. The guy who picked up my car was rude and did not follow the instructions that my insurance gave them as far as picking up car and dropping car off. Poor customer service. The guy they sent did not introduce himself or anything. Who do not recommend this company!

My car broke down suddenly on a Saturday night in the middle of nowhere on I30 headed home to Dallas. JZ Towing was patient with me despite my panicked state, and they were timely, professional, and followed up a few times before and after getting my car and after dropping the car at the dealership. I will definitely use them again!

Do not use!! Call someone else! Wow. Just terrible. Didn’t show up. Didn’t answer phone and after several calls, we were finally able to get someone on the phone that said they would not be here. This was after an hour of waiting and insurance also calling and confirming they were “12 min out.” When asked why, he said it was none of our business and hung up on us. Called back... and he answered by saying “don’t call here again mother f#%*r. I’m so shocked at how terrible these people are. Do not use!!!!

Company towed my car to their tow yard instead of insurance approved repair facility, Sunday. It is Tuesday and I am still fighting with them to take it to my repair facility. All a ploy to bill storage fees and cause unnecessary delays. They blame third party dispatch service, but we have attempted to three-way call with dispatch service and they pick up and hang up without a word or send us to voicemail. REFUSE their service if you need a tow, get another company.

William was such an awesome guy!! They were at my car within 20 minutes of me calling roadside service!! These guys are awesome they even got my car started and I didn’t even need a tow!! Recommend to everyone!!

Wish that I could leave negative stars because I would. They were to tow our trailer and then when arrived didnt have a trailer big enough. Said they could bring us a tire and change it. We went to trailer to meet them and no one showed up and when I called them, they would not answer phone and sent me a text asking if they could call me later. Then another text that stated they couldnt bring a tire. And would not answer our calls.UPDATE: My husband was there with cash in hand and I told you that but you would not answer phone and sent me a TEXT. Very unprofessional!!!!!

I was assigned a tow service called Geze towing by Progressive insurance. Geze towing left me stranded in the middle of the road for three hours and never showed up. Then Progressive assigned me this service. I received a call from them within three minutes and the truck was there in the next 20 minutes. The guy even gave me a ride in the truck (usually not allowed) when I told him my phone had died and I had been waiting for another truck for more than three hours. Highly recommend them.

AA picked me up when I got a flat tire. It was cold and rainy and he took his time making sure my vehicle was secure and taken care of. He was kind and courteous. Would recommend and request him.

I had a flat tire, i thought my wheel had broken too and would need my vehicle to be towed, i called and AA came to help me. he only took 10 minutes to get to my location and once their He assured me all i needed was a tire replacement and went straight to work. He changed my tire and recommended a great and discounted tire shop near me! Awesome employee, thankyou for all your help !

My husband had an accident and it was raining very badly, he got the call from AA stating that he was on his way, and that he should be there in the next 40 minutes.AA drove to my husband in 25 minutes!My husband drives a bmw and is a maniac for towers because they don’t always know whAt they are doing. that wasn’t the case for AA he picked up our vehicle in records time! He also took pictures from before and after he towed it to assured us he did not cause any additional damage to our vehicle! He asked how long my husband had been waiting and even offered us a ride to the impound! Super sweet man. And extremely professional. I am impressed by this drivers actions, attention to detail and over all attitude.If i ever get in an accident or a flat tire i will make sure they call JZ Towing and ask for AA as a driver!I would %100 recommend!

We got stranded on our way home from a 4-day camping trip. Jay picked us up from deep within Oklahoma and drove us to Dallas. Not just same-day, but on a Sunday. The service was impeccable and we were able to hold an enjoyable conversation the whole drive back. We could not have asked for a better outcome, in our worse-case scenario situation. If you truly want a reliable professional, this company is the way to go! Thanks again for saving the day! We are very grateful.

O stars if I could. My mother was involved in a accident. Her vehicle was taken to the impound because its not drivable. We get to the impound to retrieve personal items. They told us that JZ Towing picked it up about an hour prior. We were given JZs info.We called to ask what body shop the truck was taken to. The company answered the phone with hello not with the company name, or a normal company greeting just hello. I ask if this is JZ Towing, yeah was his response. I ask about the vehicle and its location. He tells me that the vehicle is in Dallas. Thats odd but whatever. I looked up the repair facility and its over 30 minutes away. I called back to JZ make sure I have the right place. Hello again I hear. I ask for the phone # and address to verify so Im not calling 2-3 places. I was given information and called.... no vehicles matching there. Found out its a mile away from the impound in the same city as the impound This company is a joke and run by people that were not properly trained. Their review rating speaks for itself.

My insurance contacted 2 other companies and first one didnt even have the driver out after 1 hour and tried to say they arrived and other just kept saying they were in traffic then got a call from jz towing saying they were 15 min away which was music to my ears. Arrived on time and was very respectful and professional.

They did not pick up our vehicle and when we called they were very rude, unprofessional and hung up on my wife. When i called back he didnt listen just said call insurance company and hung up. Next call was sent to voicemail. In the comments by state farm it clearly stated this was a unattended tow but they took the job and didnt pick up vehicle.

Those people are awesome very friendly and the are always on time i was lucky to get there service, and if there is a ten stars I will give more than that to them

Lied to us repeatedly about towing car to dealership. Said would deliver car this morning since dealer’s gate locked when car broke down last night. It is 6:15 & car still not delivered. Told them needed there by 5 so service department could evaluate. Kept saying would be delivered by certain time or car was being towed right then. Even said tried to deliver to dealership at 2:00 am & reminded them that was not true as my son was in truck with driver. Do not recommend this company!

Called for tow and was told they arrive within 60 minutes. After 60 minutes, I called and was texted back 30 minutes later that they would be there in 3 minutes, then 10 minutes later received another text they would be there in 13 minutes. After 2 hours and 20 minutes, I called another company and they arrived within 60 minutes. When the other company was towing my vehicle, a JZ Tow Truck drove by 3 hours and 20 minutes after my original call.I would give them 0 stars if Google would let me. Do not use them.

May broke down on I35 and they towed me all the way from Dallas to austin. They came exactly on the ETA they gave me when I called them. And the driver called me several times while he was on his way to me to make sure that everything is ok. They are great company and they really deserve the 5 stars.

Terrible. Driver was very rude overall and agitated. He was driveling aggressively my vehicle on the back of his truck bouncing all around. He is lucky my wife calmed me down else he was going to need a tow to the hospital after our encounter. I would never use or recommend this company

ROAD RAGE OPERATOR If u could Rate this place a 0 Star I would. The driver was very Disrespectful. When he called to Ask me where I was I advised him AAA send him the Address he Hung up in my Face. When he arrived at my location he didn’t introduced his self, he asked for my keys and just started moving my car, mind u it’s 50 degrees and I’m cold AF and didn’t offer me to get in the Truck. So I got in on my own. As he was Driving we where going about 85-90 miles on the highway, mind u my car is in the back bouncing all over, I was Scared but all I kept telling myself was I’ll be there soon. Well as he kept texting and Driving he almost hit 2 cars from behind and that’s what did it for me. I Then turned around and asked him if he could please watch the road instead of his head be in his phone he told me it was none of my business what he was doing. I will be Repoting AAA and This Company For There Unsafe drives cause from these Reviews it’s not the first time.

Progressive assigned JZ to tow my car back home, they accepted the job, never texted or called, don’t pick up there phones, don’t know how to do business and lied to both me and progressive. Waited 2hrs and they never showed up. Kept getting texts saying 12mins away (30 mins later) 7mins away (10mins later) job completed??? I haven’t see anyone and I’m sitting in my car! WTF?!?! They tried to take my money but I got my refund. Good luck keeping those doors open much longer if you think “working” is where you get paid to do nothing. You’ll have more customers like me getting my money back for lazy incompetent employees. Wonder if they have any affiliation to BREAK THROUGH TOWING, Lol!

Their customer service upon arrival is excellent. The techs are courteous and manage to take care of the request in a timely manner.

ROAD RAGE OPERATOR: Made wild and aggressive maneuvers trying to deliberately cause a collision on the Eastbound Tex Express New Years Eve in their Red Flatbed tow truck. My part Driving a safe speed on New Years Eve. I stayed in the far right lane to allow the driver to pass and was nearly ran off the road multiple times by a raging driver/operator in an oversized vehicle at the DNT exit and followed until Coit. You are creepy and you need your license revoked. I have filed a formal complaint with TDLR. Doing business in Texas is a privilege and I will be working to put an end to that. ZERO STARS

Im absolutely livid with this company. They tried to scam me.I called roadside assistance and JZ was picked by the company to tow my car at 3am. This morning it took JZ 45 minutes to find out where they put the car when I asked after the dealership informed me it had never been received. Turns out, instead of dropping my car off five minutes away at the dealerships overnight lot as instructed, they drove the car back to their lot 40 minutes away. They then tried to claim i owed them $150 for overnight storage plus additional fees today to tow back to the dealership. First, I would think the office paperwork should at all times clearly indicate where a customers car is located... and are you even kidding me with these fees?When the roadside assistance (owned by the dealership) questioned JZs team, they claimed there was a gate preventing them from leaving the car as contracted and refused to let the car go without paying these false fees. Obviously the dealership knew better SINCE THEY OWN THE DROP OFF POINT and they had to spend over 5 hours on the phone and in person with a second towing company demanding the car be released without additional charges. Im not sure what the dealership threatened to do to get the car released but JZ finally realized we werent going to pay and turned the car over to the new tow company.Be aware when dealing with this company; they are not honest and will attempt to take advantage of you. Thankfully I had a big dealership fighting on my behalf or who knows what they would have put me through/how long it would have taken before giving me my car back.Jz, You dont get to spend my money without my permission and if, IF, there are extenuating circumstances you should still have reach out to me, not waited for me to do the legwork of finding out what YOU did with my vehicle. You should also know at ALL times where any vehicle is that is in your possession. Instead of getting my car back today at 10am, Ill have to wait until Monday night. Thank you for not only trying to scam me of money but also putting me out of pocket and out of my way for three days. Thats just not the way to run a business. For starters you didnt even attempt to call and tell me what the situation was much less give me options for what to do with the car which should be mandatory. Shame on your team JZ. I hope you lose the contract for this dealership and they inform their counterparts of how you do business as well. I promise you anyone i come in to contact with will know what i experienced and will be advised to not use your services.

Went and picked up my car from hotel after having wheels stolen off it over night they were to take it to the ford house in Irving I called them today because it still wasn’t there and they said “ it’s none of your damn business where the car is” needless to say they are being reported to cops and Texas towing authority . That isn’t acceptable!
