We went to have are taxes does on the 24th and she was amazing! She was very professional, and thorough with preparing our taxes. If there was something she didnt know she did her best to get me an answer from her supervisor. We did have an issue with the refund advance where it didnt seem to want to take. She told us we would know in an hour, 3 hours later we hadnt heard anything so I called her and even though she was with someone she quickly answered the question and had her supervisor help. Sadly it still didnt take the rest of the night. When I called in the morning at 11 a.m. when they opened I got to deal with the district managers Brandon who was most helpful. He helped make sure that the refund went through and stayed on the phone with me until it did. He made sure to call back and check to make sure that I got the amount and how quickly I got the amount I would have to say that the Jackson Hewitt team did a phenomenal job at doing their taxes given I have been a customer there for 6 years Im very proud to say that I am a Jackson Hewitt customer.
