Was making my regular payment amount agreed upon with Allina for medical bills and one day I received a bill saying my regular payment amount wasnt enough anymore. Which I get it bill goes up so does payment. They basically stated that if your not in poverty and homeless you need to pay the majority of the debt right now. I worked with them the best I could. I didnt make the cut for assistance so if I didnt pay what they asked right then and here they were going to give it to debt collection long story short I had to max out a cc and a line of credit to pay them the majority of the bill. Went in for a covid vaccine. It was quick painless and staff were friendly. Was there another time and everything ran smoothly.

Direct care from this particular clinic is satisfactory. However, DO NOT waste your time with the call representatives in the health records department. In particular, there is a representative name **ERICA**, who evidently has very little customer service experience. Impatient, demeaning, rude and interuptive, AND proceeded to hang up on me when i confronted her and her irrational behavior and phone etticut. Your better off finding the resources yourself online.

Rude staff! My 9 month old baby was referred to get tested and I called to ask if I could get tested instead of him. The lady I talked to was rude and was not helpful at all!

This is a fantastic location. Wife goes here to see various doctors for different reasons. The nurses and doctors are excellent!

Absolute joke! My 15 year old daughter has symptoms of covid-19 yet this clinic wont test her because of an unpaid medical bill from over a year ago!! What a disgrace in the middle of a pandemic!! Go with Mayo health systems people!!

We have the best provider here! He is absolutely amazing and is helpful explaining what all my options are, gives his professional advice, and then he allows me to choose. Definitely patient centered care.

The front stuff are rude, racist and disrespectful, they expect you to know what they’re thinking with out them even telling you what to do and they talk about you with each other with you being right there! how rude!. The doctors and the Nurses are okey when it comes to treating you respectfully, but they don’t take your sickness serious. Their billing department, oh those are something else. they have no compassion What so ever. When I called them to talk about a issue I was having with something that was totally their, fault the response I got was “that’s your problem you figure it out” like how? Over all I didn’t feel like i was a patient at this place rather a paycheck to them. After all it’s a Hospital not a Hotel people come to you to make them feel better so.

Does nobody work here? Tried calling 3 days in a row now to schedule my depovera shot. And been on hold for more than a half hour each time, to get ahold of nobody!!!! Come on!

As always this clinic staff dropped the ball! Tomorrow I’m scheduled for surgery and it was almost canceled because my pre op results weren’t sent to the proper place. I had to drive to the clinic and hand deliver my records because the people who SHOULD HAVE FAXED THEM JUST COULDN’T get it together!!! Desk C is always too busy complaining how over worked they are... also they discuss patient’s private information loud enough for all waiting patients to over hear! I thought HEPA was in force but apparently not for all!!

My fience and I we to district one emergency room, she had a severe migraine. From check In to nurse who brought us to her room. I cant remember the nurse who took care of Dawn Smith, she was very professional and compassionate to Dawn and my concerns. The doctors student i cant remember her name but she deserves my highest respect, she took the tim to listen to us because our experience with medical facilities has been life threatening and neglect, profiling and treated worse the animals. If there were awards I would give her the top award. Dr. Church was the attending physician and he is very caring, compassionate to Dawn medical problems she is very Ill and I get to take care of her outside her hospital visits, appointments. I have been at this clinic as an interpreter and also patient. They have great providers that help you and work you to get the best care.

They will make you do a check up every few months or they will withhold your prescription. Going somewhere else. billing department sucks. I set up a payment plan and they “forgot” to put in some of my bills so it almost went to collections and they told me that it was my fault and my responsibility. Umm it was your responsibility to put all my bills together for the payment plan. I’m not able to do that myself. Rude customer service.

Worst Clinic in the Area. Choose a provider that cares about your well being. Expect long delays, No responses/or vague responses from your provider. And approximately 2-3 weeks in wait time for a appropriate doctor to see you to refill your existing medication..

Not as good as the old days. Been sitting in the office 40 minutes past my appointment time as I type this.

Went here with an appointment for 4:30, after half an hour we were given paperwork and a swab sample taken and told our doctor will be right with us. Waited 2 hours, with no answer as to the wait, everyone that was waiting before us had been in and out of the office, everyone that showed up even an hour AFTER us had been taken care of by a nurse EVEN people without an appointment. The clerks at the upstairs counters were gone for 45 straight minutes and never gave us an update as to the wait. Here it is 6:30 and we get a phone call saying that they ran the swab sample and said its negative but could be positive, with no apology, and now we are getting charged for waiting for a doctor. Thanks for wasting our time you incompetent bunch of clowns.

Always so slow, my O.B never seemed to be concerned about anything.Ive switched to multiple doctors and I think changing clinics is the best route for me.

My whole families health depends with Alina clinic now my concern is my daughter does not sleep at night because of nasal congestion caused by influenza I took her to ER without taking swap or blood test for virus or bacteria check they they discharged her .me my wife we don’t sleep whole night she wakes up after every hour

I see a great Dr. but the appointment desk not at all. Some very rude employees.

Very poor and uncaring, dont listening or treat a person w repect, dont precrde proper meds, ect. 3-month of HELL there! Moved to another Provider to get proper healt care & to LIVE!

I bought a blood sugar tester at Walmart,got a 442 readingSo I went here and sat for 3 hours,they took some blood.Never got a pill to bring my blood sugar down.Left there with over 400 blood sugar and a prescription for the next day.Now I get charged $870
